Good food. Good service. When I wasn't sure how to use the kiosk a lady came out and cheerfully helped me order.

Whenever I go here, it is always the same guy taking my order, collecting payment, and sometimes handing out the food as well. Never once has he gotten my order wrong, is the absolute politest person there is, and he actually cares about your experience there. I do not know his name. Tall slender man with longer hair and a mustache. I'm sure anyone who's came across his path feels the same. You are great and you're doing a great job! Omg I spent 1/2 hour in drive through just to be told at window if I could park in lot to wait for my food!!! I refused to leave that window and asked well how much time do you all need to complete my order and the service window kid yells in the back.... boss she wants to know how much time before her order will be ready and he shouts back ... " I don't know?" I was freaking furious by then and said ok so what is the problem back there and he replied we are short staffed! Obviously if the boss is back there cooking then yeah I believe they may have been short handed. Well I refused to wait any longer and asked for a refund which they quickly gave me to get me out of their hair I'm sure. They seemed so unprofessional about everything and didn't even apologize right away. I was in a line of about 8 cars that I could see but was glad I made it out of there! I will never go to that location again. Im usually forgiving but if you can't have a 20 piece nugget ready in 30 minutes and another 10 minutes trying to find out what is going on then I'm sorry I can't even think of giving them my business again. The nicest fast food crew in town. Runil, in the drive-through, is warm and friendly. (my wife calls him 'lovely and my 3-year-old, who has never met Runil except window-to-window, calls him friend. For chain restaurants, hiring people like Runil is how to excel. read more

I went to this establishment late at night and was expecting the usual bored and low key rude McDonald's employee. Well, to my surprise that's is far from the type of employee that I received. This particular McDonald's employee was EXTREMELY nice and made sure that my order was correct three times. He also made sure that all of the sauces were in the bag and gave us our order correctly and did all of this with a positive attitude and huge smile on his face. He overall made my experience one hundred times better. read more

Never been to big on McDonald's but since my wife got pregnant she craves it. This McDonald's is a joke the one thing this franchise has on competitors is their fries but every time I go to this one my fries are so old it's disgusting now I got half frozen fries! Like cmon get it together guys! My mom used to have to shout through the speaker box every time she got fast food when we were kids and this is definitely the place you have to do it. Although the mistakes are almost always been in our favor like getting free french fries about 30% of the time the order is almost never correct despite you being very clear when you're ordering it. read more

The French fries are half filled in a large fries. Probably a diet place for less fries, but still this McDonalds have bad chicken and bad fries and the soda tasted probably like milk. read more

Today, i found out, an employee at this Mcdonalds in Marina on Reservation Road laughed and giggled at one of the most special, kind , unique souls! You can google Gary from PG and likely get quite a few hits ! See , Gary is special needs , and was raised in PG. He went to all the PG games , spent a lot of time at the PG Mcdonalds , the community embraced and loved him . His father became ill causing a move to Marina , where I raised my family and thought how nice it would be to have him join our community (where his sister lives as well). Today , your employee laughed , giggled and said out loud , he's weird, she doesn't want to serve him (Unbeknownst to the employee, Gary's sister was sitting in the drive thru, and witnessed the whole thing) . I wont be eating at your place anymore , but i really hope you take this chance to train your staff on the etiquette of all customers are THEIR boss, they pay their salary , they give them job security! I don't eat McDonalds often but today I stopped by to grab breakfast. While I was at the window waiting for my food I saw my Brother who goes to this McDonalds most Sunday mornings walk in. I was shocked and saddened when I heard the girl working the drive thru window comment to her co workers that she didn't want to help that guy because he was weird. She continued to point at my Brother and again said that guy is weird. I wanted to cry. The fact that these people could be so mean to another human was heartbreaking. My "Weird" Brother is one of the sweetest souls you will meet and just because he has a disability, this poor girl (I say poor because I feel sorry for how ignorant she is) thinks she has the right to treat him that way. She is an employee at your establishment and my brother is not the only "different" customer that walks in there on a daily basis. He is a paying customer and deserves to be treated in a respectful manner when spending money in your establishment. I really hope your establishment will think about sensitivity training for your employees since they obviously lack any sensitivity to anyone they see as different or weird. Sorry, but your drive thru is extremely slow at night, the food is barely warm, and the food is sub par compared to other McDonald's. There are never apple pies, something is usually broken, last night it was the drink machine. I've never went to a McDonald's that had so many problems. I probably won't come here again. The worst McDonald place ever and I was so disappointed how they serve the food. I ordered McFlurry with Oreo cookies at night. I know that people are tried and hate working at McDonalds (but they have to get in order to get money). But don't put it on the customers, who wants your food and don't play with the food. I ate McFlurry from Canada and since when I was kids for 10 years. However, I don't know if they change the style but they just was lazy. They usually mix the soft-served ice cream and Oreo cookies with a specialized spoon. However, this time they put the ice cream on the bottom and just put the cookies on the top. Moved to this area from Bay Area and normally expect certain level of service from McDonald's. But recently ordered 12 meals to go and after coming home only found 11. Called to let management know, they said would honor next time in. At a subsequent visit mentioned the shortage to the Manger on duty and her response was can't do anything about it. No more military discount. Boo! Hiss! This McDonald's used to offer a discount to all military with ID. Tonight my husband and I placed our order and when we presented our military IDs, we were then told that from now on, the military discount is for active duty only and then only if they order an extra value meal. When we questioned it, we were told that it came down from corporate. However, a simple Google of McDonald's Corporate Policy on Military Discount proved that statement to be false. One thing about living where we do is that there are plenty of other McDonalds to choose from. Shame on you Marina McDonalds! So, here are some valuable tips. 1) Stop mixing left overs from mutilple pots of coffee. 2) Get rid of the colorful paper you wrap your breakfast sandwiches in - the blue dye stains the English muffin and the egg white. 3) Fill you French fries past the brim - so important. 4) Serve food hot - always! 5) Stop sweeping around yours customers!!! Its funny how all you people are so quick to judge the employees and use their names in this site. People may I remind you that this site is intended for restaurant use only. Two particular individuals have stated I have no class when they themselves couldn't even look at me in the face to clear up the situation. They have used my name and invaded my privacy. In reality the only problem with this job is the RUDE customers who come in here. I have worked at different McDonald's restaurants and let me tell you by far its your area that contains so many rude people. Its funny how more than half of you go on the bash at the employees as if you all knew what really is going on in their lives. As if you people were the ones who had to deal with people like you complaining how your fries are too salty how your drink doesn't have enough carbonation how there aren't any straws, or the famous one how there isn't any ice cream.
