    McRib done extra

We like using the app here. We always stop here before fishing for breakfast sandwiches. Always fast and accurate service. Great deals on the app for breakfast sandwiches, bogo free. 99 cent any size coffee and 1.00 hash browns. We just had the seasonal McRib. Ordered it was extra everything and it was one big Sloppy mess of deliciousness.

No refills on drinks is lame! You're McDonalds. Fountain soda is the only thing you do REALLY well. Maybe spend less on balloon arches and give your guests some value instead? Your priorities are a bigger brick than an Angel Reese 3-pointer.

    NO REFILL? Crazy.

Good food. Good service. When I wasn't sure how to use the kiosk a lady came out and cheerfully helped me order.

This McDonalds is very hit and miss. The iced tea is ghastly and the service is often slow.

Employees there are really nice. My order has been right every time besides once but it was minor. Areas are kept really clean.

My favorite burger is the quarter pounder with salted meat without cheese (as I allergic to American cheese, a real bummer really).

I was a little surprised because the meat was all chopped up, like hash-style, but it was oh-so-delicious! The portion was GENEROUS, and my pregnant belly was satisfied. If you want to try different things on the menu, most things come a la carte, which is nice. My husband got the banana crepe platter, which I liked because it wasn't overly sweet, as well as the biscuit & gravy. And my toddler loved his pancake breakfast. We also had to get the spam musubi lumpia (the special for the day) because how could you not? It was just as amazing as it sounds. Family friendly spot with a good amount of seating and parking. Service was great. We never ran out of water or coffee. Surprisingly, it was pretty empty the morning after 4th of July.

Waiter and all of the dates we interacted with were very nice. Food was good, country potatoes were boiled and not fried and not seasoned great, but everything else was diner style and tasted good. Here's the issue on why I'm giving 3 stars: it was Sunday brunch, which I know can be busy and hectic and crazy. They had no host and so when people were coming in when the tables were full, the seating situation was managed poorly. The staff tried to tag team but it didn't work out super well and some people got sat before others who came earlier, simply because they were waiting outside. It was just kind of crazy and personally I think a hostess is an important position you can't just not have. I highly recommend when the diner is at capacity to have a staff member stop what they are doing and focus solely on the hostess stand.

Our server, Andrew, was extremely attentive in the beginning, but it quickly became excessive. He was constantly hovering around our table and repeatedly trying to upsell us while we were trying to catch up and enjoy our night. There's a difference between being attentive and making your guests feel like they can't have a conversation without being interrupted. The food was just okay. The steak and dessert were definitely the highlights. The biggest issue was with a dessert cocktail that my friend and I shared. After trying it, I realized it contained coffee, so we asked Andrew about it. My friend explained that I can't have caffeine and that she also didn't want to be up all night. Andrew immediately said it was decaf, which felt a little suspiciously convenient since that wasn't mentioned when we ordered it. We told him we were still uncomfortable and simply asked him to take the drink away. Instead of respecting that, he kept insisting that it was decaf and that he had made it himself. At that point, we weren't interested in drinking it regardless. We asked another employee to take it away, and they did. A few minutes later, the manager brought the drink back to our table to assure us that it was decaf. At that point, the issue was no longer whether the drink was decaf. We had already said we didn't want it. Bringing it back after we had specifically asked for it to be taken away completely missed the point and made an already uncomfortable situation even stranger. After that interaction, Andrew essentially stopped acknowledging our table. We had to find someone else to get our bill and then had to flag down another employee again to take our payment. It's unfortunate because we genuinely just wanted to have a nice girls' night out. The steak and dessert were good, but the service--especially the way the cocktail situation was handled--really overshadowed the positives. When a customer says they aren't comfortable consuming something, the appropriate response should be to simply take it away, not argue with them about why they should drink it. We left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and unfortunately this isn't an experience we'd want to repeat.
