I got a thin mint cafe au lait and a snicker doodle muffin. Both were excellent! The coffee was perfectly balanced and the chocolate inside seemed like good quality. My muffin was absolutely delicious and the owner offered to warm it up for me a little bit. It had cream cheese inside which ended up being warm and gooey. I sat and did a little bit of work for about 45 minutes before they quit. A few people came in for a cup of coffee and it seemed like such a lovely neighborhood spot. These are the moments that make me really grateful to be a Yelper. It's so easy to go to the same spots you frequent or chains you're familiar with, but when you actively make a choice to go that 5 extra minutes maybe out of your way, you may find yourself stumbled upon the most amazing businesses that fuel and support your community.

Most restauranteurs will tell you that the price you pay is partially for "real estate." In other words, somebody's got to pay for the decor, at least. But 7 Brew has none of that yet they levy a fairly harsh "tax" for the privilege of purchasing there. I suppose the drive-in/drive out feature deserves some compensation. But again, I don't come here often because I would expect the pricing would reflect the lack of amenities offered. (note, for all my complaining I still return every three months or so.)
