This place is such a cute vibe. I came with my MIL & 3 kids- they all thoroughly enjoyed their baked goods and lunch. The bakery is very well staffed, super friendly and efficient. The chicken salad was sooooo tasty... macarons... lemon curd croissants.. just all so good. Luckily, I won't go bankrupt since I don't live in the area.. but I will certainly be back when I return to Chagrin. So many menu options I'd love to try! Yum! read more

Great bakery with excellent coffee. They have a fantastic blueberry English muffin and an excellent chocolate croissant. There's a coffee shop attached that is quite good, with plenty of options. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall decor is very nice. They seem to have an active calendar with many events upstairs throughout the month. My only suggestion is that they don't warm up the cinnamon buns. They're ok at room temperature but would be even better if warmed in the back. All that said, I highly recommend Victoria's Bakery. read more

It's unfortunate to see some less than stellar reviews, I had a great first visit to Victoria's Bakery. I agree with others that the limited hours can be a bit of a challenge. I visited on a Friday afternoon that I had off work. Entry to the establishments parking lot is a bit confusing, but I figured it out, upon exiting. I was very warmly greeted upon entering the bakery. I proceeded to the multiple bakery cases, to peruse the offerings. There was a nice variety of baked goods. Cupcakes, bars, cookies, and bread. I decided on a cheesecake square, raspberry cream filled chocolate cookie and a beautiful piece of foccacia. I thought the items were reasonably priced, especially based on the quality. The cheesecake square was creamy and flavorful, on a graham cracker base. The ratio of filling to crust was perfect. I purchased the filled cookie for my daughter, she said that it was equally tasty. The best part of my purchase was the French onion soup focaccia. I purchased on Friday, stored in plastic, refrigerated and saved it, to accompany Sunday dinner. The foccacia slice was huge, enough for 6 servings. It was fresh and pillowy soft, with just a hint of French onion flavor. My family really enjoyed it, I will return! read more

I've gone multiple times a week and absolutely love the unique spread of baked goods and classics Victoria's has to offer! This place is super cute and I love the changing outside decor, I have been wanting to patronize but their hours are limited. Today, I finally got a chance to stop in and purchase some items (cupcakes and cinnamon roll). I am so very disappointed in the taste and quality of the products. The cupcakes had absolutely no taste and I could not distinguish the chocolate from the vanilla because they were both tasteless and very heavy. The cinnamon roll had some cinnamon on it but it was tasteless as well and left a interesting after taste. One of the best bakeries ever may not have much gluten free but my family loves everything here from the bagels to the bread and the yummy cakes! The coffee here is so good I may not be able to have any of the baked goods but the drinks are strong and very tasty, the only thing missing is a rewards program I buy over $100 each time and would love a stamp or square up program to keep track of purchases be nice read more

I have been here 7+ times since opening. The first 2 - 3 times I was very pleased. I generally get a loaf of sourdough bread, a few bagels, and a few English muffins. I still get the bagels and English muffins, but no longer buy the bread. The bread is legit sourdough and tasty, but the top of every loaf (sometimes 25 -30 loaves) is beyond burnt. Most are extremely dark brown to black. I initially thought, "Ok, just a bad batch" ( which I'm surpried the owner would even sell). But the last 4 plus visits over 6 months, have showed no improvement over the burnt bread. The visual appeal and location of the bakery is 5 stars, and for me if the bread was baked correctly, the entire package would be 5 stars. read more

Cute bakery and coffee shop! Every time I go to a bakery I have to try a cinnamon roll if they have them, and theirs was pretty good, but I enjoyed the scone even more! There's a coffee shop that you can enter separately if you're just getting coffee or you can place your coffee order at the bakery. There's seating both inside and outside. My only bummer is that they're closed 3 days a week and only stay open until 12pm on the days they are open. I'm guessing that's because they're focused on their baking, which makes sense. Great location and interior is pleasant. Sadly, the baked goods fell very short. We purchased 2 chocolate rice crispy treats and 3 cheesecake bars. The rice crispy treats were stale, not sweet, and had a strange flavor...awful enough to remove from the mouth. The cheesecake bars should have read lemon bars because the lemon flavor was overwhelming and the crust was VERY thick and hard. Sorry, not worth the roughly $15.00 we spent. Lastly, it wouldn't hurt to have the staff smile and be friendly. I hope this review is taken seriously as I wish all small business owners' success. Surprised to see that no one has previously left a review on this establishment. Located in Chesterland, right off of Mayfield Road is this very impressive store/layout. I'd say the pasteries/breads tend to lean to the French style, but in no means should that be a turnoff. We tried a spinach/tomato/olive egg brioche, pepperoni focaccia, egg/bacon/cheese bagel, 2 different macaroons and brought home a couple loaves of sourdough (one fruit and one basic sourdough). Excellent quality and taste. Also they brew Duck Rabbit coffee - which is one of the best in Cleveland. They also have an extensive coffee bar area for all your specialty coffee drink requests. For the unique - their hours are limited to 7 am until noon (Wed. - Sat.) and they are credit card only. Overall, highly recommend you try this quaint place if you are out in the Chesterland area. The owner Victoria needs a crash course on customer service. Bakery department is decent at best. Very overpriced for what you receive Honestly, you can get a better loaf of bread or pastry from either farmer in the deli or giant Eagle.
