This McDonalds is completely out of control. Many times I go there and no one answers the drive through. People in line drive off. I have just pulled up to the window to order. Looking in the window it looks like a disorganized crew. Taking and laughing and not a bit interested in providing service. When you do talk to someone they act like what do you want, not in a nice way at all. I felt like our order was being rushed midway through. The person taking our order at the drive through window didn't really care by her tone of voice. After driving up to the second drive-thru window, we were instantly handed our meal despite the lady not even checking our meal, even though they're supposed to check to make sure we have everything before we go. They didn't hand us our Fillet o' Fish sandwich or French fries the first time. In my opinion, I wouldn't come here anymore. The service was mediocre at best. read more

I know every restaurant has a bad day, but every day is a bad day here. I blame myself for coming back, but it is literally the only drive through for miles (rural area). They are so FREAKING SLOW! I have never waited less than 20 minutes (often more) for the simplest orders. When I get to the first window, my order has never been right. Not once. Then I get to the second window. Wrong again. I ordered two drinks today. How hard is that?? Employees are milling around looking confused. How can such a huge corporation have such a terribly run location? Do they not train anyone? Takes long to receive my food every time even when ordering fries and a drink. Seems like a lot of teenagers work there in the evenings. Only had one bad experience with the drive thru cashier. She was loud, rude, and immature. read more

We go here several time a week , out of convenience only... every single time the order is wrong.. some thing is always missing .. My guess from horrible management and lack of attention to detail for employees... Today was by far the worst... they left out a 10 piece nugget that was for my niece .. so this time I chose to drive back up there and address the issue.. I explained what happened to the manager on duty. After being called a liar .. she said there couldn't have possiblely been something missing because she personally over saw the order.. Long story short I was highly offended from the scene she made over their mistake in front of their employees and customers.. plus the issue wasn't resolved. I received no refund or nuggets.. so I had to drive to a different McDonalds and purchase another one..i waisted almost 2 hrs trying to get it corrected .. all the while my niece watched the rest eat infront of her while she waited.. This location is a disgrace to the fast food industry!! They have to be the worst McDonald's around (although Lake Dow comes close) food is never hot and they seem to mess up EVERY order! The young staff is not trained and not pleasant--and the managers aren't much better! read more

This is the worst McDonalds ever!!! Unfortunately I live close and it is one of the only places on my way to work for breakfast. It takes at least 10-15 if I go by there. I try to avoid all other times of the day because the service is always terrible. It is really a shame because they could do a lot of business because there aren't too many food options in this area. read more

The cashiers are usually very impatient and give you the wrong food. Not to mention the manager is VERY rude to his workers. He will yell at them in front of customers to embarrass them (which is not cool.) Every time I'm there something always happens to my order. read more

This McDonald's has got to be the worst with customer service. Fast food is just that, suppose to be that fast. When you pull up to order your food with only three cars awaiting ahead of you at the window, it takes you ten mins to leave with food. There is a serious issue with poor management and servers. I ordered my food and waited with one car in front of me as the male server flirted with a car full of girls at 6:30 in the morning. As I finally get to the window my food was ready but because of his flirtation my drink wasn't. He finally handed me my drink and food, took my money and proceeded to a register for the front counter. Why was the second window not running during morning rush hour? I see he's calling for his manager and she takes off with my money. I'm irritated waiting absolutely to long for my change in the drive thru. I get his attention to see why he had not given it to me. He comes to the window talking to me about respect. The respect he could've given me was to let me know he had no money in his register. How can you open a store up at 6am and not have enough money in a register for an order paid with a twenty? Again poor management to open a store and not have it properly running for people to start their own days on time with their own job!!!
