After almost a year without Shake Shack, today's visit reminded me why it stands out. We came for the BOGO burger special and the food was fantastic. Fresh made to order juicy burgers with high-quality ingredients you can actually taste. The buns were soft, the produce was wilted which is my only gripe when eating Shake Shack, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. What really made the experience exceptional was Mikeel. His customer service was easily the best I've experienced at a fast-casual restaurant and honestly felt more like service you'd expect at a high-end restaurant. He was welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. I have tried this location a few times. My visits are always very average. This will be my last time visiting this location. The food is subpar usually. Food: 2 STARS Burger was lack luster and bland. The presentation was great. It looked amazing, but had no flavor, seasoning or grill taste. It was truly disappointing. Even with the pickle and onions added the burger was still blah. Drinks: 3.5 STARS My cookie milkshake was good. I love the limited edition holiday flavors. Presentation was great. Visited this new fast-casual restaurant today, and I am so glad I did! I had the Bacon Jam burger, which includes a topping of onion rings. To me, the bun can make or break and in this case, definitely makes. Pillow soft and perfectly grilled on one side, it was perfect. I also ordered the krinkle fries which are dusted with cayenne pepper. Don't let that worry you, it's just the right amount and they are delicious. The burgers are 100% Angus and taste homemade. For the dairy scaries, they have a plant-based chocolate shake and scoop of custer. I didn't get to try it on this visit but will definitely be back to try. read more

Okay so I've tried Shake Shack in NY but this was my first time checking out this location and my partner and I only went for shakes because we have a sweet tooth! The restaurant was clean and well maintained! You can order at the kiosk or with a human. I ordered the cookies and cream milkshake and my partner ordered the chocolate. Both were absolutely delicious but the cookies and cream milkshake is the showstopper! It's so creamy and good! It reminds me of an Oreo blizzard in milkshake form and that's my jam!!! Once your order is placed it was very little wait for the food to come out hot and fresh with friendly service to your table. We order the avocado bacon burger and the link burger with FF. The avocado bacon burger was so good and filled with flavor, the bun was soft even portions to make one good burger.
