This is more a review of a McDonald's product than the restaurant itself. On a Monday morning the drive through was 7 cars deep but inside I was the only customer in line and had my food within a couple of minutes. Apparently, the inside was recently remodeled and though dark and metallic it was clean and comfy. The staff were efficient and friendly. But, on to the food... I came because McDonald's announced that they were now offering a Chicken McGriddle sandwich, featuring "soft, warm griddle cakes with the sweet taste of maple, holding a crispy chicken fillet. McGriddles cakes have no artificial preservatives or flavors and no colors from artificial sources." Since the McChicken is my favorite item they have, and I also enjoy their McGriddle breakfast sandwiches, this seemed like a great combination. However, it turned out to be awful. The McGriddles were very sweet and mushy, just like pancakes are when saturated in syrup. Served alone they would have been okay, or bracketing cheese, egg and bacon they would have been wonderful. The contrast of flavors and textures is what makes that breakfast sandwich work. Here, though, I wish the chicken had been crispy but it wasn't; it was very soft and contributed no flavor or spice of its own. The Chicken McGriddle sandwich was like eating a thick sponge flavored with sugar water (not really maple flavored water either). Yuck! read more

I was there today with a group of friends today at 3 pm and there was a old man on a substance and he was harrasing us. he was asking my 14 year old friend if they wanted pussy. and making highly inappropriate comments. after him asking him to back up he eventually did but was still running his mouth i told the cashier that he was harrasing us looked at me and continued to ignore me. this is completely ridiculous that me and a group of friends were harrased and they sat there watching it. read more

They mess up every order, give you cold fries at the window and pull you around the building to wait for the rest, they can't comprehend no Mayo add Mac sauce you will get both sauces on your mcchicken or just Mayo they put way too much ketchup on the burgers to the point that the burgers sliding off the bun and about 6 pickles instead of 2. The hash browns are soggy and not crispy or warm , they made us pull around the building to wait for our order, 40 minutes later the food was brought out and cold bc it sat there for that long befor they decided to walk it out to our vehicle New management was swearing at the employees when we entered the restaurant to order , so really there's no winning at this location , when new management took over the store went down the tubes , sad to see this happen that's for sure read more

I came here expecting fast food service. Yet when I asked for the Shamrock Shake, I was told it wasn't available at that time. When we went to pay, we saw at the second window, a shamrock shake being handed out. I wasn't upset about that, but the fact that we waited in line for at least 15 minutes, and almost another 10 just for our food. When waiting, we were given the wrong order, I also heard a verbal altercation between the workers while waiting at the second window for our food. Very unprofessional. The worker at the second window was kind enough to reassure us that our food was right. Soooo...I do not eat fast food and would not normally write a review for a fast food spot, as I do not eat meat and even their fries have beef in them (seasoned with beef tallow.) I did however pick up food from this location for my boyfriend and his father last week. The reason I decided to write this review is because of the service. Truly outstanding. The people were so friendly and kind, and the drive through was so fast and efficient. I only got a diet soda, but the rest of the order was correct, and seemed fresh and hot. The boys were very happy with it. The people that work here are so friendly, and give new meaning to the term, "service with a smile." We stopped in just once and usually I would not write a review on a McDonalds. But I wanted to put a quick note in. Watch the drive through and property entrance/exit. I gave her a 20.00 dollar bill and she gave me my 20. Dollar bill a 3 ones and some change. I showed her that I still had the 20.00 that I gave her. Well you really have to check your order before you leave. The Drive thru gets your order correct but the kitchen doesn't know how to read. You ask for no cheese and it's on the receipt but you find out when you get home that it has cheese on it. When you call to say something all you get is " We'll replace it for you ". However why do I want to waste more gas and time to go back? I've reported this 4 or more times and never got a free sandwich when I go back. Call me gullible I guess. The eggs are not cooked fully (yuck) or your missing half of your order. I have NEVER, not once, not ever...picked up my food from the window and had my order be correct. There's nothing like getting home with your kid's "happy meal" and finding out that it's about to be an unhappy meal for you. Why? Because there's no nuggets?!! OK why am I reviewing McDonalds...Not a clue. IF you decide to eat here breakfast is the only thing I would order. Their bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit was a fav of my when I was a kid. Sadly I stop coming here because let's face it, McDonald's is the worst of the fast food restaurants out there. Their products are the lowest of the low. For a few more bucks I can go to a diner and get a breakfast sandwich made with better quality ingredients. The reasoning for me coming here is, my mother in law wanted their big breakfast.
