Fries 10/10, pretty clean, and the workers are pretty nice, no yelling. Also, the line went by fast

Have a craving for a milkshake? Like a REALLY GOOD MILKSHAKE? And why not a burger and fries ? Omg this place is perfect! I got the chocolate peanut butter milkshake ... AMAZING!!! Please go and tell me what you think. Oh and don't forget you get peanuts to snack on while you wait for your order to be called!! Hashtag WINNING!!!

Excellent burgers, great fries, with no frills. It's all about the food. I tried the bacon cheeseburger and it was definitely one of the best burgers I've had. You have a choice of twelve toppings at no extra charge. Make sure you're hungry because the regular burgers are doubles. The fries are cut fresh and deep fried in peanut oil. They're NOT typical fast food fries. Again, makes sure you're hungry because they over-fill the containers. All in all, great food!

It should really be about 4 stars but I gotta go with 3 stars for a couple reasons. These are probably the best burgers in the area after all the summer joints close down. The only problem is they go right thru you. This location seemed very clean and everything tasted perfect but my stomach was not happy before we even left. I don't know what it is but just make sure you don't have to be anywhere important afterward.

So many choices and this being just one meal, chose a salad with chicken. (All salads have chicken, just different presentations.) This salad would rival any decent diner or "bowl" place. I didn't think I'd finish it all, but soldiered on and ate it all. Greens, yes, it had romaine and some chopped cabbage, but included enough fruits for its own separate fruit salad. Strawberries, blueberries, 2 types of apples, blue cheese crumbles, granola and nut toppings and a choice of multiple salad dressings choices. It is going to be a go-to for me. Drive thru - extremely busy. Ample parking for in-store dining. Has coke Zero, Diet coke and diet Dr.Pepper. Staff were very friendly and bring your order quite fast. Only complaint may be that they are not open on Sundays. I'll live, there are plenty of options for that day.

The shift super/manager just explained to the kids that ordered when I did, that there's only two people working the line. Well, there's at least 6 people behind the counter, surely you could use a couple of them for something. The drink machine is backed up and soda is pouring onto the counter. That's just nasty. Pretty sure the diet soda was hooked up to the regular line, too. It tastes pretty weird. Hell, I should have looked at my order because they're notorious for not getting that much right. But honestly, right now,no don't even care. The soda is diet and everything was cold by the time I got to my car. So much disappointment.

What is supposed to be a "fast food" option is in reality a training ground for rude, incompetent, and quite frankly unattractive people with nose rings and colored hair giving you horrible service, a rude attitude, and even worse food. 30 minutes in the drive through line only to get treated horribly by today's inconsiderate and unattractive young people who could not care less about your experience, your food, your time or your money. This was a totally DISGUSTING experience to get some of the worst "food" I've ever tried to eat. It was cold, tasteless, and disgusting just like the people working there. Stay away. This is a microcosm or what is wrong with today's youth and the fast food industry as a whole. HORRIBLE place. HORRIBLE people, and if possible even more HORRIBLE food. It being July 4th, Independence Day, I thought it would be an appropriate day to enjoy a hot dog. Just ask Joey Chestnut! I'm not going to reduce my # of *s because we really enjoyed our food and beverages. But I do have to question what I had to drink. The board said it was an Ommegang Grande Tripel stout at 5.5 ABV ($9). That level of ABV would be reasonable for a stout, but the color of the brew was golden like a typical Tripel, and not dark like the typical Stout. The bartender gave us a sample, and it was full of flavor with my wife noticing the vanilla tones that were described by the bartender. I didn't initially identify any specific flavor other than delicious and different than I would have expected from a stout. I also would not take issue with the posted 5.5 ABV. HOWEVER, a quick reference to Ommegang online as I write this says that it is a Belgium Tripel and the ABV is 9. Yes, NINE ABV! I would definitely have noticed if I were drinking a 9 ABV on an empty stomach. I also would have noticed it driving the car after finishing a pint within one hour. For those familiar with Utah Phillips, "It was good though!" But on to the food. We ordered a shareable Tot-Chos ($12.99) consisting of tater tots, tomatoes, avocado, cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños, and chipotle aioli. These were very tasty and not too spicy, with crispy on the outside and soft on the inside tots. My wife ordered the Sooo Cali ($10.99) hot dog. The black angus beef hot dog is very tasty even before it is topped with wild arugula, tomato, avocado, crispy onion strings, and spicy basil aioli. The combined flavors work well together on the Kings Hawaiian rolls. My choice was to try the Hogfather ($10.99) - a pork bratwurst with bacon chipotle onion jam, chipotle aioli, and miso ranch. The bratwurst was delicious and again, the flavors worked well together. BTW, my wife had a Grimm Nothing But Citra ($8), an IPA that even I found acceptable. We really need to return here more frequently.

Another friend, Pam, had highly recommended Emma Jayne's Restaurant which is only a couple of traffic lights from Trader Joe's - a perfect location for our trip. The restaurant sits just north of Fred the Butcher (next door, literally) for those who frequent that establishment, on Route 9. There is off-street parking. When we arrived at 12:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, the front parking spaces were full. (Note: there may be parking around back; I didn't check) We thought we might have to wait for a table. Wrong! The restaurant is surprisingly spacious with two large rooms furnished with tables that were thoughtful spaced apart. A photo of an adorable young girl, whom we assumed was the dining establishment's namesake, was on the wall. Let me be sure to mention that the ladies room, which smelled faintly of bleach, was spotless. I mean REALLY clean! About the food ... my friend and I shared an appetizer of Fried Calamari. It was an ample portion (took some home) accompanied by sweet chili sauce - a nice change from typical marinara served at other places. However, the calamari was small and overcooked. As a result, what was presented was a plate of small, overly crisp rings of 90% batter. No squid! For our entrees, Barb chose the Chicken Salad Sandwich. She requested that it be served on a pretzel bun (touted as homemade) for which we were hit with an up-charge of $3.50. The chicken salad had grapes and walnuts in it and Barb liked it very much. The up-charged pretzel roll did not appear to be homemade. Very disappointing. Had she known it would be uninspiring, she would have accepted the brioche roll. Macaroni salad - not very exciting - accompanied the sandwich along with a pickle. I love seafood and was torn between ordering the Fish and Chips (halibut) and Lobster Pot Pie (an appetizer). Our server, Drew, gets a gold star for suggesting the second one when I told him I wasn't a big eater. Apparently, the halibut, while highly recommended, is a sizable portion. The pot pie was superb! The rich, creamy sauce was divine. I couldn't eat it all and will enjoy the rest of it for lunch today. Emma Jayne's menu has something for everyone. Our server, Drew, was informative and attentive. While we may make other food choices (skip the calamari and pretzel bun but keep the pot pie), we will definitely return.
