This is my local McDonald's, and honestly, as far as McDonald's go, this one is pretty solid. Yes--it's a McDonald's, so you're getting the same familiar menu everyone knows and expects. No surprises there. That said, this location is noticeably nicer than the average one. The building itself is well maintained, clean, and just feels more put-together than many others. During the Christmas season, they really go all out with decorations and lights, which is a surprisingly nice touch and gives the place a bit of personality you don't usually associate with fast food. The exterior is always kept looking sharp, and whoever handles the landscaping deserves some credit--it's consistently neat and well cared for, which definitely adds to the overall impression before you even walk inside. Inside, things continue to be pretty pleasant. The dining area is clean, orderly, and comfortable enough for a quick sit-down meal. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, and interactions are usually smooth and hassle-free. The drive-thru setup is nice in theory, with two lanes, but somehow it still manages to back up more often than you'd expect. Ordering is fine if you're grabbing one or two items, but once an order gets more complicated--say, three meals or more--things can slow down noticeably. And definitely check your bag before you leave, as missing items seem to happen more often than not. One consistent issue worth mentioning: the sauce situation. If you order nuggets, be prepared to ration. Getting four sauces with a 40-piece nugget order feels a bit stingy, and it happens regularly. It's a small thing, but it's noticeable--especially when you're clearly feeding more than one person. As for the food, it's exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. I've never had a bad meal here, but I've also never had a "wow" moment either. It's consistent, predictable, and does the job when you're craving it. I visited your location around 3:50 PM and placed a mobile order. After confirming it at the first window, I was told to pull forward. When I got to the second window, they claimed they didn't have my order in the system and told me to cancel it. However, because the first employee had already confirmed my order, the payment had gone through and I was unable to cancel it. Eventually, they began preparing my order. A few minutes later, the car in front of me returned to say they had received the wrong food--and they handed my bag of food back to the employees, who then tried to give it to me. I refused, as this is a major health code violation. I work in fast food, and once food leaves the kitchen, it must be discarded--not handed to another customer. At this point, the manager (wearing purple with dark hair) became visibly annoyed and spoke to her staff in a rude and unprofessional tone. When I asked for her name, the owner's name, and a contact number, I was denied. I told her calmly that this isn't how a manager should treat their team or handle a customer concern. This experience was unprofessional, unsanitary, and embarrassing--not just for me, but for the staff involved. This location is terrible..I did a mobile order and when I got to the drive thru they had us park in a spot and wait which is fine but then someone came out with our order and they missed two items..we told them and they went back in and came back out with one of the missing items but not both..at that point I was just annoyed and left but I would not recommend this location read more

I went to this location this morning 8/31/25 and I had ordered breakfast. I place my order and waited a solid 15 minutes for them to tell me that they "were trying to figure out whose order this was " when I had told them that I have been in the dining room waiting for my food. Medford McDonalds.... ANOTHER incident ( not with me). Grandson asked me to get him chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder ( don't judge he's in a growth spurt lol). So I walk in and place a order at the kiosk. While waiting I noticed 4 young boys around 12 y/o. They were sitting there eating. I thought to myself, wow they are being so well behaved. I hear the one boy say " did anyone see my second burger?" So they were looking in the bags and there wasn't one . The kid starts counting the wrappers and says I think they forgot my burger. The kid goes up to the counter and states he didn't get his 2nd burger. This other parent and I are standing there. All of a sudden this manager comes out and starts yelling at this kid stating he knows he had 2 burgers and will pull up security footage on his phone and is this how you want this to go down? This poor kid was scared to death at this guy yelling at him. Then he asks can you just check to see if I ordered 2? ( mind you, this kid was speaking so calmly but scared) the guy says oh im gonna do more than that and repeats "Is this how you want to do this because I'm pulling up footage on my phone!" Then... the kid starts doubting himself and says well can u just please check my order? This guy would not have any of it. This lady and I just looked at him like get off this kids back. The kid starts welling up with tears from this guy and once he started 2nd guessing himself me and the lady had enough. She stepped up and said I'll get him the burger. The guy was like nonono and tried to backtrack what he was doing to this kid. I literally think this guy gotta so caught up in yelling at the boy that he didn't realize we were there. I was just about to get him the burger when she jumped ahead. She was wonderful. I gave the kid some fries. That manager was pissed. You don't treat someone like they are trash. It's one of the few fast food places in the area to choose from. The menu is typical for all of the McDonalds. chicken McNuggets, Big Mac and fries. They have a large park by lot and are easy to locate in the area. The drive thru gets packed during peak times so plan accordingly. They have recently renovated their drive thru ordering posts which may assist with the traffic back up. Getting in and out of the lot can be a bit of a hassle. There is NOT a play area in this location so if your little one has their hopes on bouncing in the balls or playing in the play area this is not the location to go to. There is a pretty big dining area. This location is pretty clean can definitely use an update. The staff is friendly enough and when we visited during breakfast they made an exception and cooked some chicken nuggets for my little guy. read more

Manager needs to be retrained all he does is yell at people and eat food in the back. Especially kids. When there is a group of kids there when he isn't there, there is no problem. But when this dude is here he kicks them out. Today there was a group of kids there waiting in line and so I watched the whole thing. His fatass starts yelling at them for waiting in line and messing with each other when he tells them off for being disrupting. Keep in mind they were first in line with a long line behind them and it had already been 5 minutes of them waiting to get their food. After he tells them if they start making a fuss they will be kicked out. their other friends are waiting at the table for them as well. My experience today ordering dinner was some of the worst service I've ever had. Nancy the manager needs to be retrained on how to speak to people. I order about 5 things in drive thru picked up my food and realized two things were missing so I went and parked immediately and walked the bag in with the receipt. Nancy was at the counter and pointed at me and said are you missing one item and I said no I'm missing two and showed her my bag and receipt. To which she responds "well I packed the bag so I know it was in there". So she accused me of stealing more food then what I paid for. I told her she could walk with me and check my car since she thinks I'm lying to her, but she just walked away. Needless to say it was just a simple mistake which I wasn't to bothered over, but being accused of lying to steal was enough so I think Nancy should either be retrained or learn to own up to her mistakes. Always a bit understaffed and in need of a good cleaning or just wipe off your tables and flat surfaces. Staff is rushed and usually not friendly. I put I want to eat in and always get it in a bag. I prefer to customize my orders so they are fresher. Fries without salt. Double cheeseburger without ketchup and extra pickles, etc. Sometimes if you order fries as is, they are old and beyond their time. Hate to always send my fries back and ask for them to be filled rather than half full. I would not order and pay for a Large fry if I wanted a small fry. Use kiosk and get a free chocolate chip cookie. Nice. WiFi stinks so get your McDonald's app up and ready before you enter the store to take advantage of deals. Sometimes it says you can't use deal because you already used one. I just walked into your store, how could that be possible? That is frustrating. And one newish female manager, she says tough I cannot help you or she gets argumentative. What? Not appreciated. No need to tell me I screwed up using your kiosk when the same thing happened to her as well.
