I would give 0 if I could. We had other kids with us. I order our food then husband order for him and son. We got our sandwiches; but had to wait on fries about 5 mins. Not too big of dean. Then we had almost finished eating and my husband was still waiting on food after 20 mins. Sandwich and chicken nuggets had been sitting in warmer. He confronted the worker. So he asked other worker what she was doing. One guy was in office on phone I assume trying to find manager. When manager finally appeared started barking orders at staff (very unprofessional no name tag. I had told my husband to start eating and would wait for fries. Manger called out 373 I said he wants to get a refund for having to wait so long. He turned is back on me and said i wouldn't be getting any money back. I said excuse me. Why you gonna be so rude to me when we had to wait 20 mins for food me and kids already finished; but they just started eating. I took receipt back to husband and he confronted manager. This time manager still didn't take time to assist just told him don't talk to him like that; and my husband said you don't talk to my wife like that. Manager told him if gonna talk to him like that we could leave..... really we did nothing wrong but order food from wrong place. I went back up to request his name told me he didn't have to give me it. I said I was going to do review and send to corporate. One trucker behind us had waited 15 mins for Mcflurry and another older couple for sundaes. The older couple told me to call Sherriff and get the board of health called out as place was a pig sty. Tables were all dirty, floors dirty as well trash cans were overflowing. I just moved to the area. Unfortunately, my first experience at my "new" local McDonald's was not great. We went through the drive-thru which turned out to be a huge mistake. The lady ahead of us ordered through the drive thru 40 MCDOUBLES!! Who does that !? Call ahead or go into the restaurant.We would have went in had we not already ordered. I ordered a sausage mcgriddle, large vanilla iced coffee, a 10 piece mcnugget, and a Happy Meal. The sausage mcgriddle buns were hard as a rock, didn't even taste right. The iced coffee tasted bland. I purposely ordered it with extra vanilla, cream and sugar. Never had a problem at any other McDonald's I've visited. Instead of a 10 piece mcnugget they put 4 chicken strips in the mcnugget box. I'm not sure why this was done. Luckily my husband is easy going and didn't mind eating the chicken strips. The Happy meal was fine except there wasn't a toy. That, I really don't care about my kid has enough toys. I understand the drive thru was held up because of someone else's inconsideration, but waiting as long as we did would have been worth it if our order was correctly made. read more

Came in to order a single 6 pc nugget happy meal. Receipt said meal was ordered at 1:41pm. Did not receive meal until 2:10 pm. Multiple other customers were also waiting - some as long as a half hour - for their meals. The employees were shouting and yelling angrily at each other for the whole time I was waiting for my food. At one point they were arguing about who was going to get into more trouble for making mistakes. At another moment, the employee who had been running food out to the drive thru customers, came back into the store loudly berating the customer she had just given food to saying, "I'll go just take her a cookie or something to shut her up." By far the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. I was shocked at not only the ridiculously poor service, but the blatant rudeness and unprofessionalism of every one do the employees I could see and hear. read more

About 2 AM in the morning I came in after I fueled and I stood there while a lady ignored me for about 10 minutes- never even said I'll be with you in a minute, nothing! I was the only one in line. I saw her use her hand to wipe her nose then wipe it on her jeans! I was going to be nice and wait and not say anything but when I saw that I just walked out. Needs to be rated as zero! Us truckers are on a ticking clock if it takes that long to even get acknowledged how long will it take for the food. Driving up from Nashville through the night we stopped by this McDonalds and whoever the manager was on July 26 at 5am was the best. He made me and my toddlers laugh when it was too early and he delivered out food in a timely fashion. He even accommodated my aunts crazy order. The worst McDonald's ever. Stopped here on the way back north from Louisville to grab some lunch today. Waited at least 15 min for our food, extremely slow service. The quarter pounder felt and tasted like it was sitting there since yesterday. The bun was dry and stiff and it was just gross. Don't bother stopping here for something to eat. I understand restaurants are busy but your employees need to speak up when they see an issue. You had two customers come in while we were eating (father and son). However his teenage boy did not have a shirt on and his pants were almost down to his knees. This is completely inappropriate considering it's posted on your door. This is extremely trashy and unprofessional as a business. This venue will not get our business again and we would not recommend it to anyone. I guess McDonalds doesn't have standards anymore and all clientele are welcome, even with their ass hanging out. I'll leave two stars because the food was good. read more

This McDonald's is so terrible! 99% of the time you go here your food will be wrong. The service is also very slow. Be prepared to wait in drive thru for a very long time also be prepared to go in and get your correct order. I don't know what could be so hard about getting the right food to the right customer but it is at this location. They take your order correctly and charge you correctly each time however they don't give you the correct food. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The service was atrocious. We waited 25 minutes to get our food. My friend ordered a plain McRib and they interpreted that as a patty with no sauce. Another friend went up to ask for barbecue sauce and they gave him honey mustard. And worst of all, one of our friends found a hair in his McGriddle - absolutely disgusting. No honey mustard, no sweet tea, frappe machine was broken, both ketchup machines empty, ran out of napkins and they deleted our order and had to fill it from our receipt. This is the slowest and dirtiest Macdonalds I've been to. The only reason I go there is that I live close by and from time to time I get a bonus. One time the kid gave me my $20 bill back with my change (I didn't keep it). Another time, I ordered a quarter pounder and got a double (I did keep it). Yesterday after waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru, only 3 cars ahead of me, I watched the disgruntled customer in front of me throw his cheeseburger in the face of the guy that brought it out to him. Worse McDonald's ever. Never can get your order right. Never seen a restaurant have so many problems. Can't serve drinks do to a water boil advisory, credit card machine down or ice cream machine not working. I'm so over the slow service. I went to the drive through on September 17, 2016 at approx. 6:35 PM and ordered a large sweet tea. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home and tasted it, it was actually unsweet tea. I had to go out and run an errand so I went inside this time. There was no sweet tea in the lobby, so I went to the counter and asked the manager for a replacement. She gave me a new large sweet tea. I got a straw and tasted it before I left and it still tasted like unsweet tea. I left it sitting on the counter....I had already wasted more time than it was worth. I will never patronize this location again. On top of that, half the staff looked like heroin addicts.....ever think about drug testing your employees?! Thanks but no thanks!! read more

The WORST McDonald's that I have ever experienced. There are no options for about 11 miles so I (unfortunately) go to this McD's about once a week. Mostly for coffee but occasionally for quick meal. 2 times out of 4, they screw up the order. Or, 3 times out of 4 the food is old. This morning, I was out of coffee at home so I made the trek at 6am and ordered two coffees and a Sausage Buritto. The food was old and cold. The coffee was so weak and cold that I almost drove back and threw it all into the drive thru window. This place SUCKS. Do not stop at this McD's. Go to Sellersburg exit if heading south or Scottsburg exit if heading north on I-65. read more
