Fries were cold- we asked for fresh, and they actually brought them to us, unlike our meal. Instructions on the kiosk say to take a number 'tent' to put on your table and they will bring your meal to you, hahaha. Ordered 2 double quarter pounders, which looked like half of what they should have been. Not a smile from any employee that we saw the whole time we were there. It's no wonder this McDonald's has a 2.6. Horrible service and a disrespectful manager. I used the app to order with the pickup at the counter. I was given, on my phone, a pickup number. I walked inside and waited for my number to be called. There were about 10 order numbers on the screen. None of them were mine. After 10 minutes I asked the man at the counter about my order. He checked and they didn't have my order number. I showed him the order on my phone and he pointed to a bag on the counter that had been sitting there since I walked inside. The order number on the bag was not mine. The man at the counter identified himself as the manager and told me I should have known it was my order based on what was in the bag. I told him that's not the way it works. If u give me a pickup number the number on the bag should match. It is not my job to be inspector Clueso and track down my order. I asked him to remake the order so it was hot or refund my money. He chose to refund my money. Are you kidding me? What kind of service is that? Oh, did I mention the lady beside me told him, that just happened to me. This manager needs a new job not working with the public. Get it together McDonald's. Shitshow is the only way to describe it. There were only a couple people ahead of me in line and we waited half an hour for our food. They prioritize the drive through and leave the guy in front to make the food and serve the dining room. The food was fine and the ambiance was pure chaos. There was no one to help the people with the kiosks, no one taking orders, at one point I walked behind the counter to see if anyone even worked there. I was there at lunch. There was a 15 minute gap where no food or drinks were served through the front and only drive through was being served, really, they should just shut down the front and do drive through only. read more

MCd's at Falcon Ridge is getting worse. I always order on the before the end time and drive down to get my breakfast. I ordered at 10:25am before the 10:30 end time. The app stated they were working on order that I already paid for and gave me the app number. I get there soon after 10:30 and they tell me I have to be there by 10:30 which is different than the app. They kept telling me they wouldn't do my order cuz they already shut down the station, whatever that means. I pressed for my order and they finally said they had to reopen the station and I would have to wait. I waited about 5-7 mins only for the worker to challenge on my order then shut the window on me. All McDonald's no longer have customer service, but this one was pathetic. We placed our order at the kiosk, $20 for 2 breakfast combos, higher prices, yet fewer staff to pay. The girl who brought out our food, was the worst. She placed the tray on the table, pushed it in to move the number table tent, instead of removing it, we said thank you and she walked away, never spoke a single word to us. I went to the counter, the same girl looked at me, I asked for ketchup, she said huh, I asked again, she pointed to the ketchup on the other end of the counter. Went to this location tonight about 4:45. Did order on system. Talk about slow way to order a family order, but did it and had to get a number. It says to place on table and order will be brought to the table. Nope, they call your number and you have to go and pick it up. Then they ignore you as I stand there waiving to get their attention and ignore you while they just do drive thru. They filled a pickup order and rudely ask what I needed. Should have asked me when I had to pick up my order. I needed ketchup and she got it and slammed it on my tray. Very poor service and smaller portions and high prices with a side of rudeness and service. Better food at other locations and clearly don't want repeat business. Literally the worst McDonald's I've been too. facilities are brand new so those were a positive, but otherwise, AVOID. Ordered food on the app to get a discounted fry. We told them no pickles on mine. It came out with pickles and when we told them, they literally took the pickles off and gave me back the burger. I had a terrible experience with pickles in the passes and the taste of them immediately makes me sick. Including remnants from where the pickle juice soaked in the bun. Furious is an understatement. Went back to MDs first time this year around 3:00 PM. Went into the restroom, and they were out of paper towels. The trash can was full of paper towels. The air blower did work. Tried to order on the board but wanted to pay cash. Had to go to the counter to find someone for help. Placed order and sat down. The table was clean, but the floor was nasty dirty. I received my Big Mac meal, and it was a disappointment. They should call it the little economy Mac. Probably won't go back for another 6 months. read more

This McDonald's is brand new, recently opened with 24 hour drive-thru service. Nice!! Definitely a great choice for late-night snackers like "me" or grab-and-go meal when you're driving through the night on the interstate. Very impressive service from friendly staff! As we all know when you're at the drive-thru that speed is everything and those employees know how to serve their customers literally the fastest despite the long line. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Within 2 minutes, my food came out as crispy, hot and fresh as I had expected. I was fully satisfied!! Also had a large strawberry milkshake. Both Mesquite McDonalds are atrocious. Filthy, lack of service, and poorly managed. In recent visits to both locations, tables were not bussed, the drink stations were dirty, the drink lids were not replenished or they were left in the bags they came in, and the restroom floors were not cleaned. Food was not delivered to tables, even after taking a table number. Mesquite relies on tourism and these two McD's cast a poor light on the city. read more

I would never write a review about McDonald's since we all know pretty much what to expect already but I was pleasantly surprised by the drive thru staff! I ordered a sweet tea but once we got to the window we were told they ran out. As the young lady started going down the list of alternatives, another lady (which I assume was a manager) stopped her and said it was ok, she'd make me a sweet tea. I would've been ok with an alternative but she still went and made it. After she made it she waited for me to taste it to see if it was ok. Would not recommend stopping at this McDonald's. While driving up to my cabin in Utah I decided to stop and get a bite to eat before I continued my drive. I ordered a 10 Piece Nugget Meal and a Spicy Chicken. The workers had an extremely rude attitude and when asked what dipping sauce I wanted I replied extremely nice saying "extra buffalo please" they then proceeded to hand me 1 sauce and said "this is all you get". It's pretty ridiculous for someone to think I can dip 10 nuggets in about 1.5 oz of sauce. I will not come back here I rather go to the subway down the street than go here ever again. As soon as I entered, an employee led me to the kiosk to order and I'm thinking "oh great, I'm challenged at ordering all my special stuff on these things!" There is a lady by the name of Leonora who cleans the tables who works here. She smiles and greets everyone. She is the friendliest lady and if it weren't for her it wouldn't be the same. The place is always clean. She had gone on vacation and I really missed seeing her. She greets me with a smile and a hug. I believe that she really deserves a mention for her friendly customer service because people like her really can make a difference.
