I'm only giving it 1 star because I have to write this review! Its 8am Tuesday morning and all I wanted was to go pick up breakfast and some coffee in order to start my day at work. I went to McDonalds 6150 S Dixie Hwy in Miami Florida and I was shocked on how bad and RUDE the customer service was. I walked inside since the line to the drive thru was too long. There was no one before me in the line - I waited 10 mins and never acknowledged- the manager and the person packing orders for the drive thru knew I was there, why because they kept looking at me. I asked politely can someone take my order and I got the rolling of the eyes the sizing me up and down and the walking away! I was shocked - I saw that the drive thru was emptier so I left the line and headed to the drive thru- I didn t have luck theirs either. The lady taking my order was also rude! I said my order in English and she was struggling so I said one more time- Im Hispanic so I know that she might have needed help with her spanish- I went ahead and asked her - would you like for me to say to you in Spanish- she then said well yes! You talk to fast and your not giving me a chance to place the order because your talking to fast! I said ok - I Gave her my order in Spanish. I get to the window to pay and Im greeted with an angry worker yelling at me about the customer behind me - I looked at her with a confused face and she continue to rant. I waited for a mints waiting for her to finish and the she looked at me and said What ? What you Want I replied with my receipt. She then said and you still want your receipt and rolled her eyes. I then moved to the next window where the same lady that wouldnt serve me inside was and she looked at me and gave me my order and before I can check slam the window shut were I couldnt talk to her! I thought this experience was horrible and maybe Im was having an off day.... but now reading the reviews on yelp for this specific location the complaints are spot on to what Ive experienced! It has to be the worst service in Miami - I would understand if the location was always packed but its not - the customer service is horrible- I might never go to another McDonalds because of this experience like I was in shock that this type of service actually existed. The young female (no name tag on) at the drive-thru food distribution window was very unfriendly & uncooperative. Debated with me about an incorrect item. Attitude to fix the issue and her leader (supervisor/manager) ignored me when I tried to get his attention. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. With a leader like that what should I expect from his team. I am medically exempt from wearing a mask. The worker insisted that I had to wear the mask. She didn't care that I'm protected by the AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT and that they can be fined. She REFUSED SERVICE! Maria, the manager, brought me a mask and when I didn't take it, she dropped it on the floor. She also REFUSED SERVICE. I talked to another employee and she thought I was rude because I mentioned that they hadn't been properly trained on medical exemptions, so she started being rude. OK start at ordering from parking Lot at 8:17pm on the McDonald's app. Selected curbside parking spot four. Waited about 20 minutes and about 9 cars through drive-through with no response. So I ended up going through drive-through. Waited another 15 minutes to get through drive-through to the first window. The gentleman at the window I asked for a manager he told me he was a manager. So I asked the gentleman his name he refused to give me his name. I then asked for store managers name and phone number and he close the window on me. So I drove up to the second window. Seen a young lady in the window asked her if she was a manager. She said she's not the manager but she is a manager. I asked her I would like to store managers name and number and she said it's on the receipt. Meanwhile I was charged for my food and never received the receipt. She said she was going to make a phone call and walked away. Waited another five minutes with her not returning I ended up leaving. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow I will be looking up their regional manager their district manager and their store manager tomorrow. I highly recommend not going to this place. So my wife is in the hospital across the street and wanted to get something fast for me and my 2 kids. So I decided to go to the McDonald's some quick and easy. First i wait I front of the register for about 2-3 minutes before before being acknowledged. The women (Teresa) tells me to place my order at the kiosk, mind you there was no one on the line waiting drive through wasn't packed. Ok no problem place my order while I'm waiting I ask for water cups she rolls her eyes at me. Ok maybe it's me but once my food is ready I ask for condiments while I was telling her (Teresa) what I needed sweet and sour she walked away and I hear her telling someone back there that I'm rude and she can't stand me. Mind you I haven't said anything rude And made sure I said please and thank you as I always do. So she returns with the sweet and sour sauce. I continue to ask for the remaining sauces since she walked away and rolls her eyes ketchup and once again she walks away again. She returns and I ask for mayo again walks away and rolls her eyes. Returns again I ask for an additional bag to separate the food cause she just put everything in one bag, the bag was going to break. So I say thank you have a nice night got in my car. But I wasn't happy with the service so I return to get the women's name. She replies Teresa why did I do something wrong. And I simply replied do you feel like you did something wrong her answer was NO. Which is incredible to me. So I walk out come back to the hospital give everyone their food and to top it all off the fries were completely raw not exaggerating. I do understand that it's not easy to work with the public. I've worked in retail and have had to deal with customers yelling at me and calling me all types of names. But in the end you need to maintain a level of professionalism no matter what. I will never come back to this location ever again. I will blast this review on all social media to make sure no one gets treated like this. No one deserves this at all. It's sad that locations like this puts a bad name for McDonald's. read more

The manager here refuses to accommodate delivery drivers from doordash and postmates, i dont know her name but she's the one that works after 7:00 pm, on plenty occasions, while i was waiting for an order, i have witnessed her slam the drive thru window in peoples faces. Just now as im writing this review, i accepted an order for pickup from this place, and as i get there i see at least 6 delivery drivers outside the main entrance to the dining room which was closed (which is a common thing to do since making a long 35 minute line to pickup a $7 order is very irrational and time wasting, so often times delivery drivers save time where they can), rather than coming out and asking us the name of the client who's order we were picking up, and telling us a rough estimate for how long the order might take to complete, she calls the cops on us and treats us like delinquents loitering outside a mcdonalds. Please avoid this mcdonalds at all costs!! Especially at night, the line will literally run down us1, and they are understaffed, if possible, dont hesitate to report this manager if she gives you an issue, she cannot hold the title of manager if she cannot meet basic expectations and duties of working at a fast food establishment read more

I go to mcdonals to have a mocafrap once and a while.Well i work next door,since we only have 1 car my gf left me there till is time for me to go to work around 6 am.Today i had a headache and placed my head down while i was waiting for my time to go to work.One of the employee with a stinky attitude knocked on my table angry cause i was sleeping and asked me to go to sleep at home.I said excuse me do u have a problem? I am a huge fan of McDonalds but I am sad to say this particular restaurant does not hold up to what I would envision as McDonald's standards or good customer service. Maybe my expectations may be set too high but I have never had as many mixed up orders, missing items, slow service and bad customer service. My last (and final) experience with this location was when I waited in the drivethru for almost 15 minutes and once I did get up to the window, I placed my order, 1 - Big Mac Meal, a Kids Happy Meal and a Hamburger. After paying, I waited for my food for almost 7 minutes (that is an excruciatingly long time to wait for fast food) I checked my bag and everything seemed to be alright, except when I get home, instead of a Big Mac sandwich, I had two pieces of hamburger, three pieces of bread and onions. I don't even know how that happened or what that was. I tried the app to make my order easy & quick. Didn't work. Ordered 10 piece nugget meal, a small burger (no cheese), and a medium fry. It took 35 minutes for this small order (they were not busy) and they got it wrong. Waited another 25 minutes for them to just fix the burger (they put cheese on it). The rest of my food was cold. This location is pretty chique for being a McDonald's. The inside has been completely re-done and has plenty of seating with large booths that can fit parties 6 to 8 and low tables with leather stools.
