So here's the deal, I just finished a long day of suckin my homies' fingers. Super hungry work. And I was in the mood for a classic chicken sandwich from the Golden Arches. When I got my meal it was just cheese, too much cheese. Literally they filled the bag with cheese. I wasn't expecting the cheese when they gave it to me and I spilled it all over my wife. It's bad enough I cannot order grilled chicken snack wraps through the drive-through anymore because of internal systems errors. This has been a problem for months. However ordering inside doesn't help much either. I use the automated system ordered 2 grilled chicken snack wrap and got a deep fried instead. I live in the area and this McDonald's has terrible service even at 11pm on a school night.. Almost 30 minutes in line for some large fries.. Was never greeted just asked "What'd you order". Holy hell its like the night crew in this McDonald's are a bunch of idiots. It's always some random crap when I come here. Either they closed at 2am or they close at 3am, the lobby is 24hrs but they choose that they wanna just close it whenever they want. One thing that is for certain is that the customer service is shit/garbage/non existent etc.... rude employees, they don't even greet you, you gotta assume what moves to take whether to stay at the first window or the second window. You have to expect to wait about 30mins for one burger. I've complained through the site multiple times and it's like it falls on deaf ears. I never got a call, no email not even a damn complimentary hamburger smh. Word of advice there are good people that can work nights. Do a better job and take your time in the hiring process to find employees with great customer service, instead of hiring anything with a heart beat and two legs. This is the worst service I've ever gotten. The person who attended me through the drive through greeted me with "cash only" when i drove to the window they laughed and turned away. Meanwhile this establishment is advertised to be opened 24 hours. They simply turned away from the window and laughed as stood there in my vehicle. There were apparently still customers still inside. Dam for real this drive through is terrible. I pulled up at around 12:30 and there had been an accident on U.S1 in front of the McDonald's, I didn't realize this until I was already in the drive through, place a simple order for 1 person, and they told me to wait in the reserved space. After 20 mins of waiting I decided to go in and ask for my food, it was sitting on the counter behind the cash registers, and when I told them, the guy at the register told me to go outside and wait some more. After complaining he gave me my order and even though I had ordered a value meal, they still messed up the order and didn't put in the fries. read more

I always order a large ice coffee and ask for it to be made with decaf. Today the lady making coffees handed me the coffee. I asked if it was decaf. She said "we don't make ice coffee with decaf" I asked if she could make it decaf. That's what I always order. She says "not from here you don't order that, because we don't make that" seriously? This mcdonalds took 25min to get me food. Not because they were really busy, but because they dont care. They saw me waiting at the register for 10min, repeatedly made eye contact and kept wiping the counter and doing minor sidework. Not cool. Atleast say hi or tell me its gonna be a min.Finally the manager came to take my order and shes not the friendliest. I was the only one there with a few cars in the drive thru and my food took another 15min. I thought mcdonalds was fast food. Then when I got the food, the fries and hash browns were cold and sucky. worst mcdonalds ive ever been too. workers are so hood, they have their pants sagging & always treat theyre clients horrible. i go i'd say twice a week & the workers treat me with such shitty & rude attitude. they always mess up my order, always high & always rude. i ordered a chocolate chip frappe with extra caramel & mocha drizzle & they never put it. i asked for extra & the worker said that it already has extra drizzle. my brother asked for an oreo mcflurry & they gave him an m&m mcflurry. we showed them the receipt & they didn't want to make it. worst mcdonalds ever. fries are always cold, nuggets are always cold as well. horrible mcdonalds. read more
