Refuse to give me my food after I completely showed them my online receipt, but the manager at the time said she couldn't give me anything without the number, but I clearly showed her the receipt on my phone and the food on my phone wasting my fucking time and after an hour past of me trying to get the number, he says the food automatically got canceled in the system. This McDonald's custodial worker is extremely dangerous. I went to sit down while waiting for my order and he came right in my face and started swearing and screaming at me. Apparently, he was cleaning the area I sat down in and was upset I was there. A co-worker had to come over and hold him back. I moved and started looking at my phone, checking my order status. The custodial worker came over once more and started swearing and screaming again, but this time also literally grabbed the phone out of my hand. Another co-worker came over and was able to retrieve my phone from his hand. It was a very dangerous situation and experience. I, of course, didn't even wait for my order and just left. The staff that's predominantly women seem to always get the orders wrong and have you waiting at least 15mins or longer for redipped food that's not fresh and when you try to ask for condiments you're most certainly being cut off mid sentence and you will receive NASTY LOOKS AND THEN IMMEDIATELY BEING TALKED ABOUT IN CREOLE.!!!! Lady took my order with a runny nose and wiped her runny nose with her hand. Then she proceeded to assist in preparing my order. After explaining that to her manager, her manager asked her to wash her hands before I could finish my statement, then scurried off, the employee then washed her hands with no soap and proceeded about her duties. Yes, I got out of my car. It is much quicker to park, go in and order to go then it is to wait in their drive thru line. Then there is confusion as to who should pull up next and everything gets blocked up and you have over 10 cars in the drive thru line on a typical weekday morning. This is literally the worst place to go. I will legitimately drive 20 miles to go to the one closer to where I work then eat here. I have sat in the drive thru for easily 20 mins, and I was the next car to order. The employees don't care about anything including you and what you want. If you go through the drive thru don't ever expect to get a shake or any form of ice cream. They tell everyone it's not working. I tried to call the store to talk to a manager but of course nobody picked up and you get this weird internet connection sound. Overall im not even mad at the managers, more so the Owners.
