This is a solid McDonald's. A lot of the reviews state how they get peoples orders wrong and in all honesty that has happened to me once and made me try a new menu item I normally wouldn't have. Bright side. I havent been eating fast food for a few months now but today was one of those days, I got off work around 730 and saw the Golden Arches and new it was time. I kept it simple, I ordered a small fry, McChicken, and a cheeseburger (with extra onions because my mom raised me right) and it was good. It did the job, it filled me up, it was tasty, they remembered my ketchup. The girl that rang me up also had the most amazing smile and eye lashes and I had to let her know how amazing they looked. She told me I made her night. So all in all, I made a service worker happy, that's a win, and I had a solid meal. I'll be back to this Mickey D's for sure. read more

Only go there when in desperation mode. Food is very rarely "fresh" and I paid outrageous 2.90 for small fries (best part of the meal). They are still cheaper than the other options. Honestly, negative 12 stars. I don't think I have ever gone through this drive thru without them screwing up my order. It's my own fault to keep going back, but it's on the way home from work. I order Diet Coke, I get regular, I order no ketchup, and even though it says no ketchup on the ticket on the burger, I get extra ketchup!!! I've gotten the completely wrong order of wraps that I never ordered, and they looked inside the bag before handing it to me!!! $15/hour for stupidity is insane. I don't bother calling to complain, because I'm not going to turn around and go back when I'm already home. I will absolutely not go back after today's wrong order. read more

This was the go to place for mcdonalds, today was the last day i will ever go here. They had me waiting in the drive through waiting spot for 10 mins just to give me a small frappe and try to tell me its a large. I go inside (which i would never do) and tell the guy at the counter about it and he made me the right one (which wasnt the worst part) the worst part was watching the manager make something for someone and lick the box. I seriously do not know how this woman didn't know what the hell "a MEDIUM number 7" means. And before you think I'm evil, NO she was NOT old... she was around my Age; in her 20s. Somehow, she originally tried giving me, one cheeseburger, my 4pc I ordered & a medium drink. Then I corrected it because the price seemed off. I told her, no I wanted the #7. It's 2 cheeseburgers not just one. Then she adds the #7, no meal. So now I'm paying 7.50 for 2 cheeseburgers & a drink, instead of 9$ for the meal like I wanted in the first place. So when I said something when it finally got to my table, she replies "oh...I guess I could get you a small fry if you want" What the fuck? No. Keep your pity food you complete incompetent fool. I ordered a Medium meal & had to struggle to explain what that meant; i will NEVER come back unless I give STRICT instructions, I'm very non confrontational with women unless they are rude to my mother or another woman I love - so I just said "Nah, just forget it." What about any of this meant, I'd give you a small fry in return for my complete fuck up? I genuinely cannot stress enough how ignorant this location can be. Bring the guy that's always laughing and smiling with the dreads back, he's legit the only one that does his job & he thinks it's fucking hysterical on top of it. Horrible experience at this McDonald's today. Kaitlyn and joe c. The "managers" refused to refund any portion of my order after they did not include the three orders of fries we were supposed to get. I called and spoke with kaitlyn, she said I can't help you sorry we forgot your fries. Called my credit card company that called the store on recorded line. Store managers said they don't hAve the authority to refund money at all at the store. They kept saying they need to call the "higher ups" but wouldn't call??? I just want money for fries back - just don't want to pay for what I didn't get. This is really disrespectful treatment of a longtime customer. Extremely poor management. No wonder the one down the block closed. Just poorly run business. How often do McDonald's close down? Just poor management and ownership. read more

I got to this McDonald's almost everyday. My daughter goes to school for 2 hours over there, so I sit and drink coffee while she is in school. Then some days come back to get her lunch before we have to go to another school program. Today was not there best days. The girl at the window was very nice. Smile and seemed happy to be at work. When I got home my story changed. Chicken tenders were not cooked. They forgot the toy in my daughters happy meal. Also the frys are old and nasty. At 11:45am you would think it would be better. I am on a tight schedule today and now I am going to go with out eating because I don't have the time to go back. read more

Sadly this location is my least favorite even though it's the closest to me. At this point I think I'd rather drive 20 minutes out of my way for McDonald's if I want it that bad. They mess up my order almost every single time I'm there. I'm allergic to onions and my family is picky with what they each like on their burgers and such... so I get that special orders are a pain, but c'mon now, every other McDonald's can handle it with no issue. Tonight after waiting on line for 20 minutes they actually gave me someone else's order entirely. Thankfully since they mess my order up just about every time I've been there I make sure to check the bag before I leave.... but now after waiting in the drive thru for quite a while still I have to go inside too. Then after all this my food is cold and I don't even want it. I'm just over tired of never getting the right food from there, especially when I used to get all the home to find out it was all wrong.
