I have never truly had a bad meal, though granted, I always get a burger, and they are literally known as Better Burger. I would be hesitant to get some of their other options. Again, they are not very consistent. So, I guess this is basically just a review of burgers and a Diet Coke. I can confidently say you won't have a burger if you go here; may the odds be ever in your favor for anything else. Oh, and they are also very nice! So if you care about that, then A+ for good service.

Where do I even begin? I paid for the Deluxe BBQ Package for 59 people, and what was delivered was…read morebeyond disappointing. They showed up with two tiny electric grills that could barely fit four burgers at a time -- and those same small grills were used to cook everything: burgers, sausage, steak (which was hard as a rock and completely inedible), and chicken. There were long lines of guests just standing there waiting for food. Many ended up walking away because it was taking so long. They provided only one small tray of salad, which ran out in the first 20 minutes -- with no refills, no backup, and no dressing (they claimed it was already "on it"). What really frustrated me was the lack of transparency. The company's website shows a large professional grill under the Deluxe Package -- that's NOT what they bring. When I questioned it afterward, they pointed to a line on the invoice that said "electrical outlets needed." I assumed that was for warming trays or fries -- not for cooking everything on a tiny portable Blackstone-style grill. I truly regret not sending them away and just ordering trays of food myself. I paid a lot of money for gross food, poor service, and an embarrassing experience for my guests. On a positive note, we also had the Crepes and Pizza at the party -- and their food was absolutely delicious. If you're planning an event, skip Better Burger LI and go with someone who delivers what they promise.

Ever since I was a baby I have been going to five guys. So when it comes to something I've known my…read morewhole life, I tend to have a good idea of what to expect. But this isn't the case. For years five guys fries have been a staple of the franchise. It's always a conversation topic when you buy a LARGE fry and they put fries in the bag that fill it up almost more than halfway. As always the burgers and the shakes hit the spot like no other, 10/10. Unfortunately what brings me to leave a 3 star review is one specific worker named Prince. He seems like he's new so maybe he needs a little bit more training. I ordered my two meals for me and my spouse with a large fry for the both of us. Like I said earlier, the burgers and the shakes were a 10/10, but when I got back my LARGE fry, Prince (who was in charge of the fries) didn't fill it up how a large fry should be. Now I know it sounds very petty that I take away two stars because of some French fries. BUT THATS THE FIVE GUYS STAPLE!!! The fries have always been my favorite part and always feel like the cherry on top of the meal. Attached is a picture of the fries he gave me, and then when I asked for more fries he gave me a second bag with enough fries to fit in my hand. I was totally unsatisfied by this considering the fact that I've been to this location multiple times and have always gotten what I expected, Especially after paying over 45 dollars. I plan on going to a separate location to order just a large fry and compare what Prince decided to give me vs what I would hope is five guys compliant Large Fry.

The long wait time didn't make much sense given how quiet the place was. On top of that, I requested light ice for my drink, but the cup ended up being about two-thirds ice. At that point, I honestly have to ask -- is that what they consider "light ice"? These may seem like small details, but they matter, especially when using mobile ordering, where accuracy and efficiency are expected. Overall, the experience was disappointing enough that it affects my willingness to return.

Pay the exact same amount for a five piece chicken tenders "with sauce on the chicken" and you…read moreliterally get three times more sauce than if you order it "on the side". I politely brought this up to the worker - that it doesn't make sense that you get so much more sauce when you get the sauce on the chicken as opposed to on the side - is there anyway I could get the equivalent amount of sauce you get when you get it on the chicken.. just on the side.. so the chicken is not all soggy by the time I'm ready to eat it? The worker responded to me by telling me " if I gave you the amount of sauce on the side that comes on the chicken when you order it on the chicken- that would be the equivalent of giving you two sides of sauce - and would cost extra" I'm not sure if he was trolling me or if he's brain dead, but basically he admitted that for the same exact price you get less. Cool. Won't be returning . Brilliant business move- what's more valuable - retaining a customer or saving a sauce that you give out for free for the same exact order when you phrase the order differently? Definitely saving that sauce, right? Lol it's cool though I can see you're heading in the path of your predecessor Soup's On. Excited to see what the next restaurant that opens in this location will be!
