Worst service ever at a McDonalds. I've been waiting in the drive thru line for 33 minutes

We wanted a breakfast biscuit about 9:30. Drive thru was a bit backed up so we went inside to order. Apparently during the virus crisis the only thing that operates now is the drive thru. No one would even give us eye contact. I believe I saw 4 people working. One employee even walked right in front of us and denied our existence. Okey-dokey, we'll stick with White Pigeon McDonalds next time. At least they know how to treat their customers. Professionalism and courtesy, Middlebury McDonalds, look it up in your employee handbook. read more

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALDS IN ALL OF WORLD HISTORY. First off the staff couldn't even understand us at the drive-thru then it took them 45 minutes to cook our meal (I was actually wondering if I should go in there and cook the meal myself!) and at one point the line was soo backed up that people actually started to leave then when they did finish our meal half of it was wrong and all of the food tasted a bit off. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. read more

Never open for breakfest. They should have a closes sign or some way for people to know they aren't open for that particular morning

Oh Middlebury McDonald's please teach your employees the difference between coke and diet coke! It's not hard! Have a taste test, label the crap out of your syrup boxes, do whatever you have to do! I have had so many mistakes with this McDonald's I won't even eat there anymore but I LOVE a good fountain diet coke. You know the only time I don't love fountain diet coke? One is generous! This place is terrible. I would not go here. The gas station food is way better!! It is closed half the time because half the time there is No staff. Place is far from sanitary. No good things to say about here! read more

If you can get drive through service it's okay. NEVER use the second drive through. I've waited for over five minutes on multiple occasions not to be served. Don't know why they even bother having it. read more

This is the worst McDonalds ever! Extremely slow - people are always pulling out of line because they take so long! Their shake/ice cream is always broken. And the food is bad - even for a McDonald's. My kids like to go and once in awhile I'll give in - but this is just a dreadfully mismanaged place! I would avoid it! There's definitely better and healthy places to eat for the same money around here!! read more

Normally I wouldn't yelp a McDonalds, but this restaurant was SO POOR, that people need to warned. We went on Thanksgiving and were glad to find a place that was open. There were only 2 other customers in the place. There were FIVE employees sitting at a table eating and laughing and playing with their phones, and left what appeared to be an untrained young man on the register. My husband ordered a Large meal and was given a medium cup, when he asked to trade it for a large, the young man asked us to see our receipt (um, look at the screen right in front of you!). We got our food and sat down and realized we did not have any napkins. There weren't any anywhere, so had to go to the counter and ask. Then we went to get ketchup and the squirter thing was completely empty, so had to go to the counter AGAIN, and the kid plopped a little bin of ketchup packets for us to grab a few. There were dirty tables and papers and receipts on the floor and some annoying constant beeping sounds in the kitchen area, meanwhile the employees just sat and ate and farted around. This is the worst McDonald's where I have ever eaten. Two guys argued about having to wait on me and they both walked away claiming they were on break. A third employee just stood there and stared at me. After standing there for five minutes someone asked to help me and then I had to repeat my order back three times to get that right. I thought they were going to have a brain aneurysm when I ordered a grilled bacon ranch salad. I'm surprised I even had an appetite after visiting their disgusting bathroom. If you ever want to see the stereotype of a millennial in action (or inaction) this is the place to go. read more

This is the ABSOLUTE worst McDonalds I have been to, and I've been across the country and back many many times! I came here the first time about a month ago and ended up waiting for a big Mac meal, fish sandwich no cheese and a cheeseburger happy meal in the drive thru for 35 minutes! They had me pull all the way around and then forgot about me, my husband had typ take my receipt in to prove we were waiting! So I figured it was a fluke so we tried one more time at 745 this morning, doors were locked even though the dining room is supposed to be open at 5am. No note on the door, but the lady yells out the drive thru window that she can't open the store because only 3 people showed up and she can't do everything! Went through drive thru, was pretty quick, breakfast sandwiches were cold. I think they totally need new managers and I may even call corporate, what horrible service! I will NOT return! read more

Sat today in the Drive Thru with about 7 other cars and was never waited on. Pulled up to both windows and no one was manning them. It was just before 1:00 pm. Terrible service so I took my business elsewhere read more

Worst McDonalds ever, no ketchup, closed lobby because not enough employees showed up for work

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. ....service wise. I live about 5mins from this location and there has been an issue everytime my husband and I go here. I will just name a few......one night all the young highschool employees were crying....I ordered a M&M Mcflurry and the employee made an oreo the girl noticed before handing it to me and told him it was to be an M&M....as he comes back with I assumed a new one he says "I just put M&M'S on top and stirred it up....they won't even know"., always having to pull forward, the Wifi is down alot, ice machine was broke peopke were scooping ice out of a bucket on the floor, AC was out, managers are rude and unfriendly, the young employees hangout, literally, out the drive thru windows shouting to their friends. This is just a few things I have noticed or experienced. I think the owners of this place either are not involved with the business or cannot operate one. I understand this is a fast food place but I feel that some of these places just feel like people will come regardless. If more people complanined about poor service and quit giving them business maybe they would change their tune. read more

If i could go lower than 1 star i would. This place was more like a play ground than a business. Stood in line for 10 minutes and no one took our order. There wasn't any one else in line. Workers stopped what they were doing to all go look at a mess someone made. Manager was opening sandwiches to see what was on them. Lots of cussing and childish behavior. read more

I just sat in line for 30 min. 10 min waiting to get my order taken and then 20 min after they took my money. I did NOT get my food, people were yelling inside and the place is filthy. They need to shut down or get a new manager. Worst McDonalds I have EVER be to. read more
