literally the worst experience i've had in a mcdonald's other than the time i got a box of soggy pickles in florida over 10 years ago. for starters i walk in there and head to the bathroom and there was only one stall available and the stall available didn't have toilet paper, so i went to wash my hands at least and there was no soap. then i go and order and they only have the kiosk which my traditional grandpa hated, my drink was very watery, the chicken nuggets where rubbery, they only gave me one of the two french fry's i ordered and no sauce and i had to stand there waiting for 10+ minutes while workers where looking at me seeing i needed help and disregarded me. then once i finally got someone's attention i asked for my 2 bbqs and he only gave me one and didn't say absolutely anything and just walked away and went to the bathroom. this was the most unpleasant experience ive ever had in a fast food restaurant. read more

We made a quick stop at McDonald's in Midway Kentucky, we had never stopped at this McDonald's before and we tried it today we got an order to go I ordered a quarter pounder no cheese medium fry medium Coke and my wife had a cheeseburger medium Coke. The price wasn't bad, the service was super quick for being noon, the young man that took our order was very friendly knew what to ask. He was well mannered helpful in the service which is super nice. The facilities was clean and well-kept parking lot was well cap and clean there was ample parking for all double drive-through's but I did not use a drive-through. read more

Stopped by yesterday on the way to Lexington. My nuggets were burnt to a crisp. The fries were hot, which normally would be great but weren't cooked all the way. No way they could have been mistaken for fresh ones. I didn't realize until I was back on the highway so turning around wasn't an option. read more

McDonald's is never my go-to but my husband and kids love it. The Happy Meals are pretty cheap and fulfilling. I do have to say that they always get something wrong but they are getting better little by little. Do love that they employ young kids as I have a teenager and it is hard for her to find a job sometimes. read more

Me and my 10 year old go it this McDonalds every day after school and EVERY DAY the service is very slow. But today it was so slow that it took 20 MINUTES to go through. You might think we go a lot to order, but NO. All we got was two 6 piece mcnuggets! unbelievably bad service don't recommend. read more

I haven't had an order delivered without error in months. The last one was completely wrong: regular Coke instead of Diet, no cheese on the breakfast sandwich, food cold, I could go on and on. Typical McDonald's, but this one is slow and they seem to struggle. Sweet tea is perfect, the food is good but they always seem lost here. Too bad the only fast food nearby closes so early in a college town. A midnight food run is not possible here sadly. read more

The thing I like about McDonald's is consistency and speed. This one has neither. The drive thru is super slow and 2 to 3 cars will pass through the inside lane before they take an order in the outside lane. Inside is slow too. Food is generally cold and although I don't expect it to be hot the buns have a staleness to them like they have sat in a warmer for a while especially the filet o fish. There's something wrong when the Subway drive thru next door is faster. read more

This location seems to be going downhill. In the mornings their registers are constantly down (one poor cashier was doing everything with pen and paper one morning) and if you customize your order in any way, well.... Just count yourself lucky if you get the right order at all. If I ever go at lunchtime the drive through line takes about 15 minutes to get through. The restaurant doesn't seem at all concerned about endearing itself to locals, they're perfectly happy to be a trap for people coming off the interstate who don't know any better. read more

I did the take out via McDonald's app. After ten minutes of waiting, I went over to the restaurant and knocked on every window on the restaurant for almost another 10 minutes. I tried calling their phone number 5 times and nothing. Finally someone comes out and sand brings the food. This is the worst run McDonald's I have ever been to. Took about 25 minutes to receive a simple order of fries and two $1 sandwiches. They are not understaffed or over staffed.

Just ran they the drive they with a pretty simple order. Big Mac value meal. No big deal. Got it home and the sandwich literally fell apart and was ice cold. Took one bite and threw the rest away. I have made multiple drive through stops at this location since it opened one month ago. Each time I have had an inexcusably long wait at the window even when I am the only car at the drive through. All but twice I have been directed to pull into a "waiting" parking space to wait for a cheeseburger. Every time I pass this location there are cars waiting in those spaces. Twice I have received hot milk instead of hot chocolate. Once I was instructed I could not order a hamburger because it was not 10:30 a.m. and the meat was not prepared (it was 10:28 a.m.). I honestly don't know why I kept returning, other than because I gave them the benefit of the doubt as a new restaurant, but today was the last. After one month the employees should have their act together. Obviously this location needs better management and more training. If you are looking for a quick stop to get you back on your way or to an appointment in time don't stop here. read more
