I'm thankful for the people that hoover over hot stoves to cook for me - and on hot days the last thing I would do is turn on the stove in my house - that is a no no.... Self order kiosks appreciated. Order then sit down - you don't have to stand in line for 15 minutes. You can scroll on TicTok or play Candy Crush until food gets delivered to your table. Soccer decorations all over the dining room. I suppose that is focus right now in the bay area. I noticed picture menus were available and menus were TV screens. The RUDEST place in Marin. First off, there are no prices posted in the drive-through. There is a menu board AFTER the speaker/intercom so there is no time to read the menu and look at prices, which aren't there anyhow. I asked the order taker what the price was for a Big Mac Value Meal and she shouted that she wouldn't know unless I placed my order and then it would tell her. Really, because I'm pretty sure that order is the number one thing they sell so she should know the price by the second day she worked there. Btw, how is it even legal to not display your prices? Every McDonald's has different prices so you really need to know. The other thing, apart from corporate malfeasance, is that the staff is exceptionally rude and constantly get your order wrong. I asked for a Dr Pepper and on the order board it said "Coke" so I had to correct them. Then when I got my order they gave me ice, when I had asked for none, and didn't give me ketchup and salt on the side like I asked for. All the while being shouty at me, just because I corrected them politely. Luckily when I was able to cancel this order thru the app. There was time prior where another location couldn't fulfill my order and I wasn't able to cancel. I never did get that refund. (It was just points so I did not make a fuss.) I'm not sure if this is the case, but it may be that you cannot cancel an order until after 30 mins. I kept trying to cancel on the way home. Now part of that is the physical set-up of it which was done YEARS ago and never updated (assuming they even could fix it). I was given the middle finger by a McDonald's employee... The food was fine, actually pretty good for McD's. I did a mobile order on my way back from dropping someone off at SFO. When I got to the store, the app said to pick up in the store and the doors were locked. Two gentlemen walked up to the door and the girl came over and unlocked it for them, and as I walked in behind them one guy turned abruptly and said they were closed. I said I needed to use the restroom and pick up my food, they just kind of stared at me so I went to use the bathroom, but it was locked. There were still 5 teenagers hanging out inside so it didn't look very closed to me. When I walked back to get my food the guy that told me they were closed was at a table giving me some serious sideways stare. I got my food and as soon as I got outside and was locked out again the guy looks right at me through the window and gives me the finger. I tried to take a picture of him but he covered up his face. Stood and waited in line. Asked if they still served the Impossible burger or a plant based burger, but the server spoke little English (and my Spanish is rusty) so she told me they did. I got my receipt and it didn't seem to be what I ordered, so the woman called the manager. He told me that they no longer have plant based burgers. Food delivery window: I was handed a small drink. I ordered a medium. No big deal. I mentioned it, and he said I ordered a small. I told him no. He said, "Let me see your receipts. I looked at the receipt, and it was small. OK. They put down a small instead of a medium... no big deal. I said it says small, but I asked for a medium. He tried to give me the small drink again. I said I know it says small, but I want a medium. He said he would have to charge me and tried to give me the small drink again. I told him i know it says small on the receipt, but I want a medium I will pay the difference. He went in the back and brought back a medium and told me it was 1.00. I know a medium coke is not 2.29. I paid 1.29 for a small one, so that makes 2.29 I paid for the medium drink. I don't care about 1.00. I do care about the attitude, trying to force push the small drink I did not want and overcharging me for a drink at the food delivery window for the 1.00 cash. I can't imagine he brought back to the cashier for the wrong price he charged.again I have come here once a week since September 2021. Don't expect McDonalds to fix a mistake THAT THEY MADE! Today, I stopped by McDonald's to pick up some food for the road. I ordered 3 orders of 20 pcs of McNuggets (60 pcs in total), but when I finally opened my bag, there were 3 bags of 10 pieces! It had both the wrong amount and type of sauce. I told them about the sauces on the spot but not knowing 30 whole pieces of McNuggets were missing from my order as well! The place was not busy and nothing in my bag made any sense. How did you miss 3 more bags of food? Thankfully this wasn't a lot of money, but MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING GUYS!!!!
