Kobe was super personable and energetic, despite a dreary overcast day and few customers in the Village. He surely brightened my day and made a total home run of a polish sausage! Thoroughly enjoyed my mid day bite.

In trying to find something to eat on the go that was vegetarian a staff member at The Gap recommended Stang's. Although it was somewhat busy, ordering was effortless. I popped in to Pottery Barn while waiting for my order and as soon as I stepped out my name was called. I thoroughly enjoyed the beyond sausage dog which I had with mustard and sauerkraut. I loved it! Even the bun was tasty which often is not. I snagged an outdoor table in the sun to quickly devour my dog.

One of few spots for a quick casual bite while walking around at this area in town. The other 'snackable' places are maybe the cafe at Nordstrom or Boudin clam chowder. Hotdogs and sausages are great, hotdogs served on hotdog buns, sausages served on french bread style sesame rolls. All the Toppings are available for you to add in at your liking, just let the person at the register know. Takes around 5-10 mins for the food to be ready, definitely depends on how busy they are. Good afternoon tea or mid shopping snack, I wouldn't classify stangs as destination dining so don't drive miles and miles to eat here, but it does it's job at this mall!

I'd almost forgotten how delicious Stang's is! I came here (the shopping center) to work with my dog on her manners and decided to get lunch. The aroma drew my pup to Stang's and I couldn't argue. There was a short line that moved quickly and we got our hot dog in no time. Great food and even better service. We sat where she could practice her manners and not be too tempted by the amazing aromas (or was that for me?). It was a crisp day and they were doing a great business. Eating outside in a beautiful setting with the sun shining--can't be beat. Loved the options, including vegan. Will be back.

Easy hot dog stand in the Corte Madera mall. The guys are super nice and will guide you to the right dog. They've got killer music and always have a solid attitude. The menu is simple enough, but with the toppings you can make endless variety of dogs. Quick paced and tasty - this is an easy spot to hit for a snack or a solid lunch. I'll be back!

Damm good dogs and sausages abound at this quaint strategically located stand outside on the mall promenade. Delicious high quality meats and condiments for everyone's taste. I usually go for the smoked brats or hot links garnished with saurercrout, pickles, spicy mustard, and jalapeños. All beef hot dogs are always good along with a beer or selection of soft drinks and chips. Just follow your nose to the fragrant aroma of these grilled to order goodies and take a little break in the comfortable chairs and tables close by. Cheers & mangia

This is a great hot dog stand in the middle of the shopping mall. They have a mini indoor seating patio in front of the stand which is a great edition. My wife and I loved their sausages; I enjoyed their hot link with Mayo and grilled onions and my wife loved their polish dog with relish, mustard, and grilled onions. It's a bit pricey with a combo (hot dog, drink, chips) for around $10 but if you're needing something quick and hardy, this is a good choice. Their hot dogs are grilled on the spot and they also toast your buns which is a plus. This is an excellent choice if you're craving a hot dog/sausage to-go!

Chili Cheese Dog. Not impressed, however the service was excellent!

Retuned again, because I didn't bring my lunch. There's not too many low cost or half-hour quick lunch fixes here in the center. With a lack luster chili cheese dog the week prior, I grabbed the Original Dog Combo. A grilled foot long pup in a steamed bun. Fix'ns available were sweet or dill relish, jalapeños, white onions, and sauerkraut. A full array of mustards and a ketchup. Choice of canned soda and chips. Satisfying for $8.75. Not better than Top Dog or C(K)asper's. Just a different genre.

Me and my baboo wanted to try this little hot dog shop in the middle of the mall and thank fucking god we did. It was so good! The bun tasted fresh, the hot dog had a snap to it and was most likely fresh as well just by how it tasted. I forgot to take a photo before I started munching on it but I remembered half way through. The service was very nice as well. :) It's outdoor seating and there's a lot of nice options to sit. With 1 hot dog combo (chips + canned drink) and 1 chili dog, it was $20 and it was definitely worth it. Super stoner approved

It's inside a mall, and I did not see any directories to point the way. Once we found it and sat down, I noticed the sign telling us to scan the QR code on the table to order. Honestly, that almost sent me right back out the door. I wanted an actual menu, not a tiny phone screen with lots of scrolling and submenus, especially since I had questions about the food. The atmosphere felt a bit impersonal at first, mostly because of the mall setting and the QR-code ordering system, but the friendly staff helped make it feel much more comfortable once we got settled. The two people working the front were both very pleasant, answered my questions, and made the whole experience feel much more welcoming. They had a decent IPA selection and a variety of bar foods (pizza, wings, appetizers). We ordered the arancini, fried cauliflower, and a pizza. The fried cauliflower was the surprise hit for me, especially with the garlic aioli. The arancini and pizza were also very good. The QR ordering setup still feels more frustrating than inviting, but the friendly service and surprisingly good food turned things around. In the end, I left glad that I stayed.

It took almost 10 minutes after we arrived for someone to greet us- not sure why. However we were seated outdoors as we requested which was appreciated. We started with the chips & salsas- the chips were just as I like them; thin, crispy with salt. My sister had the vegan enchiladas and her husband the vegan pozole which he raved about. My son had the trio of carnitas tacos and was quite satisfied. I thoroughly enjoyed the veggie (not vegan as I love my queso) chile rellenos - they were divine. The sauce was perfectly flavored. We shared the churros for dessert- a bit disappointed as they were not crispy & a bit doughy on the inside. Our server was friendly and the prices were reasonable. They even brought out slices of oranges since the kiddos were eyeing it in our Old Fashioned cocktails! Happy the food came out quick! Picco blends the best of California with locally sourced and fresh produce with classic and modern takes on Italian dining. They are also Michelin recognized, as they've been Bib Gourmand winners ('21-23) in the past, and are currently "Recommended." The Good: * Reservations via OpenTable * Free street and City-owned lots available but there are time limitations, so check the signage. * They also run a pizzeria (Pizzeria Picco) literally right next door if you'd rather have a pie than pasta. * Outdoor dog-friendly seating * Waitstaff was fantastic and friendly. * Also has a bar if you just want to come in for a drink or three. * Local brews on tap, as well as a full oeuvre of alcoholic beverages. * They're known for their changing seasonal risotto, and after one bite, it was easy to see why! It was simply fantastic, as the rice was cooked perfectly and the fresh spring flavors in ours shone. * Carissa loved her King Salmon and veggies, as the fish was cooked perfectly. I ordered a daily special with house-made pappardelle noodles and smoked beef short ribs, and while it looked like a hot mess, it was fantastic. The noodles were thick and held up well to the assertive smoke and flavor of the beef--just a perfect dish in my opinion.. The Meh: * The Polenta-Crusted Artichoke Hearts appetizer was just OK. I liked the crunch and how they tried to present them as chicken wings, but they ate a little dry and the coating needed more seasoning. Fortunately, their concomitant aioli was able to save the day. The Ugly: * Not the biggest restaurant, and with the brick walls, it can get raucous in there fairly easily, especially if a large post-wedding party shows up to the bar to get sauced. Conclusion: Fantastic spot for a date night or any other occasion with great ambiance, service, and, most importantly, food. Highly recommended.
