We regularly order from this location and they always provide great service and solid, tasty pizza. We always order well done, and the pizza is always crispy and never doughy. The doughyness is generally a problem with "chain" pizza places. I think the website (corporate) could use some work, it constantly logs you out and has managed to mess up coupon order pricing several times, but the store always makes it right (if you can remember the code!) If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in here one day because I had a Dining Advantage coupon. It said that location on the coupon. Didn't feel like cooking so we ordered online for a couple of pizzas. The time was about 30 minutes until ready, and off we went! We had ordered a large GUINEVERE'S GARDEN DELIGHT (original crust) and a large 1/2 and 1/2, with half pepperoni and olives and half MAUI ZAUI (thick crust). When we got there, we asked for the order and was handed 2 large pizzas - luckily we checked the pizzas before leaving and found out they had given us the wrong pizzas! What are the odds there were 2 other large pizzas waiting for pick-up at the same time? We traded those for ours, and headed home. We were annoyed because if we hadn't thought of checking, we would only have realized the mistake when we were home - and another customer would be without their order! I do have to say their large is pretty small. It's not like other chains where a costco large is actually XL. A medium is more like a personal pizza. Either way the quality of the pizza was good. We ordered 2 pizzas from our local RT last week and it was so good! The delivery time quoted was an hour, but it arrived in about half the time & was still hot! My daughter enjoyed the vegetarian pizza and me and my husband shared the King Arthur's Supreme. My favorite part is the zesty red sauce! Most places you can barely taste the sauce. I live nearby and mostly go here for convenience, the pizza is generally ok and the wings are pretty good. Ordering online is easy but they almost always screw up the mix and match wings! There's gotta be some issue with the way their ordering system shows the order on their end. This usually results in me getting a bunch of free wings after waiting for 10 minutes, so I'm not crushed over it. This location is convenient and located close to many shopping stores donuts a no brained when you need to bring home a pizza last minute for dinner. I still love Round Table Pizza. I don't know why the reviews are so low. This is the pizza I ate growing up, and it's still pretty much the same and tasty. It still has the crispy edges with that certain Round Table taste that I can't really describe that distinguishes itself from other pizzas. I decided to try something new, their Pizza Panada, which is basically like a calzone or meat pie. My only problem with it is that slather on too much BBQ sauce that it becomes overwhelming. I still liked the concept of it and would just order it next time with light sauce. I liked their concept of the personal pizza, which was very cost effective compared to other fast-food places. They've always been good - long-term staff that we got to know and enjoyed seeing, delicious pizza, etc. They have updated the restaurant in the past couple years and it seems to be under new management - all good things I believe. 99% of the time I order take-out for dinner, but every now and then I enjoy their lunch buffet (a great deal!) Pay close attention at an Oakland A's game and you'll often find that the ticket stubs can be redeemed at Round Table for a free personal pizza. That brought me in here twice recently, at lunchtime. Despite whatever past reviewers may have reported, I was happily impressed: Tables are clean and bussed quickly, the staff is friendly, competent, and attentive, and the salad bar is the cleanest, most nicely stocked Round Table salad bar I've seen. Both times, I ordered my free personal pizza with thin (skinny) crust, green bell peppers, and yellow onions. I liberally enhanced it with dried red pepper flakes and that puppy was cheesy deliciousness. No complaints here. I had a big, 4-person table to myself, and read my book as I ate but they also had a big screen airing a professional ice hockey game and they kept the volume nice and unobtrusive. It's the freebie that got me in here, but I'd return. This particular Round Table is doing a good job of making the pizza/salad experience a nice one. Note to parents: This is a small Round Table without a game room or party room.
