EAT neon sign through glass: The classic Gott's red neon
    Marc D.

Good, not great. That sums up the new Gott's at Bon Air Center. I'm a fan of the chain and have hit the Walnut Creek and Napa spots, so when this one opened in Greenbrae I had to check it out. It delivers the Gott's you know, but nothing here pushed past solid. We got an Impossible Burger, a cheeseburger, fries, and the veggies with hummus. The cheeseburger was the standout, classic griddled patty, melted cheese, lettuce and pickle on a soft bun. Tasted good. Not Shake Shack good, but good. The fries were fine. The veggies with hummus felt thin for what you pay. For two people at lunch this added up faster than expected, on par with the other locations but still pricey for what lands on the tray. Ordering was smooth and the service was great. Food came out fast. The space is bigger than you'd think, with indoor and outdoor seating under umbrellas, and we had no trouble grabbing a table inside even with a crowd. It stays clean, and it's not as loud as you'd expect given all the kids and open layout. Beer, wine, and drinks are on offer, and there's a full bar area with TVs running soccer. Parking is easy since it sits in a large center, but watch yourself. People walk right in front of moving cars like the lot belongs to them. ADA spots are up front. Fun place to eat and people-watch. I'd come back if I were in the area, but Bon Air has a lot of other choices, so look around before you commit.

A Great Burger joint with lots of benches and tables to choose from . Got the Burger with Blue cheese , Double cheese Burger , Tacos , side onion ring and garlic fries.. got my white wine to go with my burger . . This location is definitely a local community joint where families go out for lunch on weekends. Teles the person who got our order was very welcoming. Since we have a buddy Dog with us . Instead of hotdog she suggested a patty. . A friendly conversation goes a mile for a first timer experience. Its a go brunch for us now ..

Good Beer selection. Best servers. Leo is the man. It's the local choice and that's it. Food is always on point. This Gotts is managed so well that it never disappoints. Well done.

    Impossible nuggets. IMPOSSIBLE.

We've been to this location plenty of times and have never had a problem.. until today... The only reason to come is really the large open space inside as well as outside. Lots of seating and so nice during the summertime when the weather is nice and hot. There's a small playground in front and even a large fire pit that I imagine would be lit up during cold nights (I haven't actually seen this myself). It's a great spot to hangout with your kids, family, friends, and animals! Plus there is also a few dessert places next door! My child loves the plain cheeseburger on Gluten-Free bun. The impossible nuggets and the roasted brussel sprouts are what I usually order. Today those impossible nuggets became the impossible to ever eat again for me. When I got my order I thought "wow that's weird these look really oily today..." as I marveled at the extra shininess of these nuggets. I sat down and ate one anyway because I was pretty hungry. And then.... after a couple of chomps... I looked down into the container and felt my hunger instantly replaced by disgust and the desire to eat completely disappeared. The impossible nuggets were sitting - swimming - in oil.

    Vietnamese Chicken Salad

Hanging out with my friends who live in Marin, they recommended we all take our pups here for a dog-friendly no-frills meal. I've been to Gott's at the Ferry Building, but this was my first time trying their other locations. Overall, good food and service, nothing particularly memorable. The restaurant is unassumingly huge! It is extremely open and spacious with plenty of seating for all party sizes plus a bar. The menu is extensive and displayed on giant screens. You order at the front with the workers and wait for your buzzer to go off. There's a section for ordering and picking up food, and all condiments and utensils are self-serve throughout the restaurant. If you want their soft serve, they have a tablet you can order and pay at. We chose to sit outside with our pups and there was plenty of spacious seating in the plaza. My friend recommended the Vietnamese Chicken Salad. I love salads and am a sucker for a chicken one so I opted for that. No complaints, tastes as listed! The salad was fresh, filling, and well-balanced. It was a giant portion and I could only eat half. My friends enjoyed their meals and everything they ordered looked good! If you live in this part of Marin, Gott's Roadside is a great option for a fast, casual, and decent meal. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat it but it's a nice spot in Bon Air. Parking is plentiful in the shopping plaza.

Double Cheeseburger, brussel sprouts, fries and rings and some dummy of a sister ordered a salad
    Raymond L.

This particular Gott's is overrated in my opinion and if this is any indication of a Gott's then this will be a one and done. The double cheeseburger was a ho hum cheeseburger, nothing special. The fries and onion rings were pretty good, the rings were not real crunchy so I would order them again. Whoever heard of a burger joint that serves brussel sprouts, only in marin, they were good but I like brussel sprouts that aren't overly roasted, it's as if it was left in the oven forever. I don't know what my dear sister was thinking, but who the hell orders a salad at a burger joint, needless to say, that was the only item doggy bagged home. Silly sis.

    Cheeseburger and fries.

I like it here because it's not just burgers. They have a few sandwiches, a few salads, ahi tacos, and burgers. Their fries are great. We usually get the ahi tacos. They are definitely not Mexican tacos. They're closer to an Asian taco with a soy flavor and green onion. The service is pretty quick. Order ahead if you're really hungry and it's a weekend.

On a Saturday evening in mid May, my family came here for dinner. It was hard to find parking at 5:40pm so we circled around the plaza. It's located next to Susie cupcakes and the line was long to order. There was so many little kids eating with their families. Lucky my brother found a table in the corner. The ambiance is nice of people watching and staff cleaning tables. We ordered at the cashier and got Texas avocado burger and shared fries. There are different sauces at the sauce counter. My burger tastes good like a homemade burger. The fries are nice and crispy, . No room for ice cream cone. I read it's coming to LA soon.

Gluten free beer from BevMo to go with our gluten free gotts burgers
    Jennifer C P.

Yes, it's going to be expensive. Especially if you are comparing it to fast food or chains. When you want quality food, expect this. Too many reviews complain about this. I don't get it. I don't need to get it. Onward. When you are looking for a delicious burger with sides, gotts has it! My gluten free burger was delicious. My husband bought my favorite gluten free beer from BevMo so I could recreate my favorite: Burger and a beer. Gotts was always a stop on our way to wine country when we started on the Napa side before we went over the hill to the Sonoma side for wine pickups and dinner. Delicious meal, reasonably priced, gluten free joy in my heart.

It was okay as long as they ordered without waiting for us. Comforts is both a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, and a separate take out deli bakery. Known for their Chinese chicken salad which we all planned to purchase at the deli after brunch. We all enjoyed what we ordered - * pork carnitas hash + eggs - hubby & BIL both had this. Very hearty meal. * stuffed pecan crusted French toast - sis had 1/2 order. I tasted it. Thought very sweet. * eggs your way- friend enjoyed. She ate the scone but left the jasmine rice. * farmers breakfast - both friend & I had this. My eggs cooked perfectly. Griddle pancakes excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. We finished brunch within an hour. Automatic gratuity as we were party of six. Then moseyed over to the deli bakery. You need to pull a number located by the bakery front door. I bought three bakery items and a large box of the Chinese chicken salad. The peanut butter cookie and the chocolate chip cookie were very sweet. Definitely need a glass of milk or a strong cup of coffee. The lemon bar was very good. Very lemony with a thin crust. Being a Saturday the deli bakery was very busy. We had the Chinese chicken salad as a side for dinner. It was good but I'll pass on it next time.
