These people just want to complain about something. I eat there every night. 3rd shift is the bomb.com. They are so friendly. My food is always fresh. No complaints here. Was just at your drive thru. Ordered Cheeseburgers, Nuggets and Fries. Got home to no fries and the coldest hardest nuggets I have ever seen. Like dried out dates they were so hard. Tried to ca but your phone lines are down according to the note left on the drive thru so obviously that didn't work. A truly awful experience. Appreciate ruining mine and my daughters dinner. I've been here a few times, not that I'm a huge fast food fan, but I was out for a walk and saw it and figured I would grab something on my way home. It was 10:15 at this time and I walked right in the front door. I get in and I'm using the kiosk to place my order and after standing there for about 3 minutes and about to swipe my card a lady comes over and says excuse me the inside is closed. I informed her I didn't have my car with me and the door was open and asked if I could still order as the door was open and she refused saying the inside closes at 10. I wouldn't have left a review like this, however the door was unlocked and I wasn't trying to dine in. Just take my food and leave. The drive through was still open so it's not like they didn't have food ready or something. Never give this place another chance worth how rude that is to turn a customer away due to YOU making a mistake and leaving the door open. read more

By far the WORSE experience and service I've ever seen. I was a kitchen manager for Mcdonalds so I know how it is when you have lockdown hours when it's busy. The McDonald's on Lawyers Road has the worst customer service. Waited too long for what we got and then the food was cold. We sat down and then none of the drink machines worked. Tried several different drinks and they all spit soda all over me. Wanted ketchup but of course it too was out and no cups to put it in. This was not at rush hour as it was 8pm at night trying to get my grandson supper after soccer practice. Seemed like more people were working the drive through then attending to the restaurant or the customers inside. My last trip to this location. I have never reviewed before, but I thought this is necessary. I have only been to this McDonald's twice and each time they have messed up my order. The second visit I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins a large fry and a sweet tea. The person working the drive thru repeated it back to me three times so I assumed he got the correct order. I paid and pulled to the next window to get my food. The young man in the window was talking about the car in front of me. He said he didn't understand why they were parked even though he gave them the wrong food. He gave me my drink and told me to park so I did. Another young man came out with 2 McGriddles and a medium fry. I told him that wasn't what I ordered and I told him the correct order. Another young man came back with the same 2 McGriddles and a medium fry. I again told him that was incorrect and he asked to see my receipt and took it with him. After 10 mins I was a little impatient so I went inside myself to get it. They were waiting on the McMuffins to be made and when they finally got my order to me I checked the bag to be sure and they forgot the cheese on my McMuffins and gave me a medium fry instead of a large. I finally got it fixed and hopefully will never have to go back. I don't care that there were only teenagers working. McDonald's is a starter job, they are learning. However, I do wish the manager (who I hope is an adult) would make sure to train them well enough to get orders correct so customers don't have to spend 30 mins + at a McDonald's. read more

Terrible AGAIN! Every single time I decide to give it another chance they never fail to disappoint me. I live close by and McDonalds is my guilty please like once every couple of months. When I tried to pay for my food with Apple Pay, the reader didn't work and the cashier was no help whatsoever. Honestly the worst service I have received. I asked for my mocha frappe with NO whipped cream and what do I get ? Whipped cream. I kindly return it and ask for no whip cream and they take it back and put their hands in it. I am disgusted. Tried to have a salad for lunch. First salad had a bug in it,, literally. I showed it to the cashier. She had to convince the manager until I offered to open the saladbowl and show it to her. Every time I try to come here for a quick burger I am met with nothing but attitude. I have been in the food service industry for 11 years and would NEVER talk to customers the way the people here do. If you have a coupon they act like you just kicked a baby and talk to you so condescendingly. I called back immediately afterwards, asking if hung up on me, and she answered "yes?" with a 'can't be bothered' attitude.
