I have not had a decent experience yet, I understand it's fast food and they are over worked, how ever when they make a mistake , they can just oh sorry and fix the order. My last visit today turned into a nightmare, I think I got someone else order , when I went back they asked what I ordered and I showed my receipt, they went through the bag and said it's all there, I asked for the receipt back and read it to them and asked them to pull the items when I read them off, not one item was in the bag. Ordered a ten piece order of chicken nuggets at around midnight and in five hours I was ejecting from both ends for two days and was weak and sick for two more. How hard is it to put the right food with the right order. I was charged for the #3,egg white delight meal, and drove all the way home to pull out from the bag a sausage mcmuffin with egg. Needless to say I drove back to get the correct thing. It's the point!!!!! In addition, I choose to walk in to settle this matter as I started to go thru drive in and we were sitting for 5 minutes and the line of cars weren't moving. When I walked in, several staff members were speaking Spanish amongst themselves, including the manager who was having difficulty understanding my situation while the counter staff girl was explaining. The manager had to be told several times and it wasn't until the young lady spoke Spanish to her did she understand and approve the correction. By the way, it should have been simple because I brought the incorrect item back with the receipt. I find this whole experience disturbing. I think that the young lady who will be making 15.00 an hr in a few years to put food in a bag should be able to do it correctly. This is not an educated position that requires a college. Personally, I could do a better job at a kiosk. After all, isn't this what we are doing at grocery stores right now when we check out ourselves read more

Ya'll. A mobile order, the mobile spots are in a weird location at the front near the street, not near the drive thru. Came out in 8 mins and brought a wrong happy meal. I ordered a 4 piece and a hamburger, 2 hamburger meals came out. She took the food back in and pretty sure brought the same box and just took out the burger and added the 4 piece. Glad they were open! After a weird experience at a different McDonald's my husband and I came here for a middle-of-the-night breakfast or snack. My order was taken efficiently, coupons accepted, paid quickly and considering it was at 3 in the morning the order was processed, complete with a latte in less than about 5 minutes. I came to this location a few days ago, and I think it will be the last time, at least until they get new employees or new management. They are constantly handing me incorrect items, if not forgetting them. I ordered two Egg McMuffins, a side of hash browns, a small Coke, a medium double cheeseburger meal for my mother, and two hot fudge sundaes. After ordering, I was told to pull into the reserved space. When the guy handed me my food, I noticed they forgot to give me my sundaes, my fries, and gave me a large, not medium, iced tea! I had to go back into the restaurant, only to find my sundaes were sitting on the counter and had practically melted. This isn't the only time these idiots fucked up my order. Last time, I ordered two Egg McMuffins, a side of hash browns, and a small Coke. Instead of my hash browns, they gave me a sauce packet! Last time I checked, "sauce packet" and "hash browns" are not phonetically similar. read more

My mom and I came through the drive they today and had planned on using two different mobile offer coupons. So we had asked to do two separate transactions. When we went to the second window we received the first order but not the second. Which was a large hazelnut cappuccino which was free. They asked if we paid. Which we had. The cashier even asked if we wanted a receipt. After receiving the drink, the worker proceeds to rudely tell us to next time do it on the same transaction. Which with multiple coupons is not allowed. read more

This establishment makes you park every time you order something because they want to lessen the time it takes to get everyone out of their driveway, every time I come here they make me park and wait for my food, I was in the drive-through with no other patrons behind my car and they still had me park, this is highly inconvenient because I have to drive around the facility again to leave the parking lot. read more

I was not satisfied with my order because I tried to order a daily double & the employee taking my order refused to seek assistance with her manager to find it on the menu. Regardless, I changed my order to a 4 piece tender medium meal. What I was charged: 10 piece tender no fries no drink. After repeating this multiple times the mistake was still made. The manager was not friendly at all, it seemed to have taken a great toll on her time. Upon receiving my order, I was STILL missing my fries and the food was cold. Lastly, we went back to order 2 simple icecream orders, and it took them 10 minutes to get that to us, despite us standing ther trying to get the managers attention who was just standing there with her back to us. Well, this particular issue isn't something that can be told to the managers - maybe the owners of this McHenry based McDonalds. The drive-thru has a parking lot that is used by the cars coming and going. The drive-thru has a designated opening for cars to get in line as they cross over this parking lot to the drive-thru speakers. But people take the parking lot to this drive-thru and TOO MANY TIMES, people will cut in line in front of those who are waiting in the designated opening for cars to get in line... And these people seem to think cutting in is no big deal. People honk, yell and some get out of their cars to point out the cutting in line to those people who ignore the obvious... cars waiting in line. I can bet there are many people as myself wish something could be put in place for these people who cut in line to be ushered into the space that is for the cars waiting in line. This opening for cars to come in and out of this parking lot is a huge mistake and possibly something to get out of hand into something that could become a lawsuit. Surely a better incoming and exit for cars could be put in place. read more

Wow...what can I say here? I was running late this morning so I stopped for a sandwich and something to drink. I walked in and stood at the counter for a minute then the lady at the counter said, please use the kiosk. You are standing right here just take my order! I go over to the kiosk and there was another girl standing there and asked if I've used it. I told her no and she said ok and just stood there. She didn't try to help at all. I finally figure out my order (it would have taken less time to just take my order at the counter. I go wait by the counter for my food and drink, the lady comes up to me and said she didn't know how to make my drink. ITS ON THE MENU!!!!!! I told her to ask someone. She rolled her eyes and walked away. While waiting, another gentleman walked in. He went to the counter and asked someone to take his order. They told him no, use the kiosk. He refused and the lady RUDELY took his order at the counter. Finally I got my drink and food. The drink was TERRIBLE by the way. I don't think I'll be back here. So I often stop at the Pet Smart next to this McDonald's and then head over for a drink or snack and it seems silly to review a McDonald's but they are really friendly here. Granted I've got a little more than my fair share of fast food goofs here but every time I come they are so nice and everyone is smiling and pleasant. You can say "They get paid to do that, its their job" but trust me they don't get paid enough to be nice to a lot of the people they deal with. The idea that in retail, let alone fast food, they are always positive and happy when I visit makes it a nice place for me to come and I rarely ask them to fix the mistakes because they provide great customer service and I'd prefer to keep seeing them smile. read more

I'm a bit irritaed.. I went on drive thru. placed my order.. (a meal. and a smoothie) I get to the window get the smoothie.. the bag with my meal. when I asked the curly headed kid where my drink was he said I didn't ask for 1... . this is the first time I get told the meal doesn't come w a drink. I tried to clear up to see if maybe they thought I wanted the smoothie. he rudely said no.. FOOD POISONING!!! My parents and I wanted a quick meal and decided upon this location. We met up and due to time, decided to go through the drive thru. We all ordered the same food items. After eating we went out separate ways. Within a couple of hours we all got very very sick. I called McDonalds the very next day and the manager simply offered me a small gift card. I explained there were 4 individuals involved and it was not like they had just messed up on our order; we had gotten food poisoning. Unfortunately we did not go to the doctors and rack up medical bills for the food poisoning incident so McDonald's stated it's as though nothing ever happened. Really?!?! You're out of lemonade on a hot summer day?? Ok fine. Let's just get 2 hamburgers-easiest thing in the world for a McDonald's right?! I ask for 1 plain (for a picky eater) and one regular. I go through the drive up and I go to pay, cashier repeats "my order" saying "2 plain hamburgers right?" I say no-it was ONE plain and 1 regular. He spends a total unnecessary long amount of time to fix (or so I thought) the order. I pay, go to the next window and get asked "you had a large Coke right?" At this point I'm wondering if any of these people have even received basic training for their jobs. I tell him "no it was 2 hamburgers and please make sure ONLY ONE is plain." He gets my order gives it to me and I begin driving off...and then I stop abruptly because something inside me said check your bag coz these people seemed like they had no idea how to do their jobs. I check my bag and sure enough, they gave me TWO PLAIN hamburgers. Now I'm irritated as all hell. I go inside and shoe my receipt (which shows 1 plain and 1 regular) to a lady who I guess is the manager since she wore a different uniform than the rest. This lady has the audacity to give me a dirty look as if I am somehow I conveniencing her by asking for my order to be corrected. No apology nothing. This place is a TOTAL JOK read more

I just want to start off by saying, good job. Really. It takes a LOT of determination to fail this hardcore. I've worked fast food and i understand it can be stressful and hectic, but when there is only 2 or 3 customers THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. My friend and i went to McDonalds tonight and i got my usual McDouble ONLY ketchup and Onions, sprite, coke and a caramel sunday. The guy taking our order did it very well and did it correctly. We get our order and we pull forward, i take a bite of my burger and, of course, there is ketchup, onion, mustard and cheese. Mind you, I've been taking Tylenol all day and my tummy is feeling kind of sick because of it but mustard makes me instantly suuuper sick to my stomach. So i almost puke right there in the car. We go back thru the drive thru and my friend looks at me and says, "Literally every time we go to McDonalds they mess up your order, this time they almost made you puke. Give them hell." So as soon as the lady comes on the intercom i say "Do you guys not know how to read? I ordered a McDouble with ONLY KETCHUP AND ONIONS. Mustard makes me sick to my fucking stomach and i almost threw up because your cook doesn't know how to make a fucking burger. It isn't that difficult to READ and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Can you please give me another MCDOUBLE WITH ONLY KETCHUP AND ONIONS. The receipt taped to my fucking burger says ONLY KETCHUP ONLY ONIONS." She replies "pull to the next window." We get to the window where the sweet kid who took our first order was and i told him he did a good job and it wasn't his fault, but we did want another burger. We explained the burger for a 3rd time. He said I'm sorry about that and then just closes the window. So we pulled up to the next window, waited a bit and the lady hands me out another burger. I opened it up and instantly said "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME????" at that point i leaned over to the driver window and handed it to her and said "does your cook not know how to read English? This burger has cheese, MUSTARD and pickles. I WANT A MCDOUBLE WITH KETCHUP AND ONIONS ONLY. I've worked fast food and i know it isnt that fucking difficult to make a fucking burger!!" That's TWICE now they messed it up. After three times they finally made the stupid burger correctly. I'm literally astounded, it isnt rocket science to read a screen and assemble a goddamn burger correctly.. What if i had been deathly allergic to pickles or mustard? I understand if they would have been jam packed with customers then yes, things get confusing, but when there is literally 2 or 4 customer at the store then you shouldn't have to try 3 times to correctly make a hamburger. This is pathetic, your company in general has such an awful thought about not being able to correctly make food. Why don't you try and change that?? Coming from a former fast food worker i understand all the challenges in that industry, i know full well what happens behind the counter. I know how to serve, take food order and make the food. I have usually went through the drive thru, a few nights ago decided to go in. After ordering, my kids and I went to the restroom. My poor little girl spotted a large cockroach on the floor crawling around and was to afraid to use the facilities. So needless to say we had to get out of there. My boyfriend & I had the most irritating & unpleasant experience at this location tonight. The lady running drive through, (who I also thought to be the manager) gave the worst service. She was a rude, UGLY older woman who didn't look like she too care of herself & sounded like she would have rather killed herself than be working there. They were cooking FRESH food, yet still managed to get our order wrong & when we went back through to fix the issue, they made us pay again for certain items on the order since the cashier didn't give us a copy of our receipt. Get your s*** together! This is exactly why you people don't deserve to make $12 an hour. I'm a former waitress & can run circles around you while still earning minimum wage. But then again. My daughter and I came after a doctors appt around lunch time. It seemed pretty busy but I promised my daughter McDonalds if she did good at the doctors. We went inside and two registers were busy with customers already but as soon as I got in line a worker "Liz" jumped on the 3rd register to help me. I ordered the happy meal and as she was asking the questions on what drink, side and sauce she would look at my daughter and try to guess what my daughter wanted. That put a smile on my daughters face because she was always wrong. Our food came out within 5 minutes and it was hot. It wasn't food that had been sitting there.
