A truck was blocking two or three lanes at 2 PM on a Wednesday, forcing me to park farther away and go inside. I asked the lady at the front about my order, and despite them seeming busy, she said it wasn't ready yet. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes total--5 minutes in, I noticed they were already serving my food, but no one was at the counter. The only worker in sight was wiping down tables, completely ignoring me and other waiting customers. It's classic McDonald's rush-hour chaos, I guess, but it took another 5 minutes (or longer) to finally get someone's attention. I felt like I was burdening them just to grab my order, which had clearly been sitting in the back for at least 5 minutes, probably more, getting cold. If AI is going to replace any jobs, they should start with this McDonald's crew--service this slow and indifferent deserves an upgrade. DREADFUL! -POOR MANAGEMENT: the people making the burgers got the orders wrong and the drive thru person was unprofessional even by McDonald's standards. The manager all but laughed in our face when we explained what happened, so right away it's clear that the smirky person at the window was probably trained by her. Another manager ended up helping as well and figured the food out for us. Meanwhile the smirky manager just made excuses for the employee who made the burger saying "it was probably a mistake, it has happened before" with sarcasm in her tone. It was dealing with her I realized that this place wouldn't improve with her there as manager. I have also looked at other reviews and they are all bad. -INACCURATE with multiple burgers in one order: they got every single burger order wrong and they weren't even that hard lol: 1 person asked for extra onions & pickles, one person asked for a bare burger and 1 person asked for extra pickles no onions, which seems simple to me, but maybe it's still a complex idea for the employees making the burgers, maybe they aren't taught or corrected the right way or maybe they were being defiant little adolescents i don't know. what i do know is that they remade all the burgers that they didn't get right the first time, with their manager watching and talking to them and they still got all the burgers wrong! I never really expected much from a small town McDonald's, but I think people should look into a different place for fast food. I have visited this McDonald's a few times before to grab a McDouble and fries, while using their wifi,but now I don't think I will be coming back at all. I had 2 McDoubles as per usual, and later that day I found myself becoming nauseous and dizzy. I was lying in my room until the urge to regurgitate my meal came upon me and I ran to the bathroom to hurl up what was inside me. There are other customers inside, but no one comes to let us in. We were finally told the dining area was closed and had to go through the drive thru, okay.
