Came in for lunch went to the counter to order was told they have no cashier had to use the kios I explained that I was paying in cash kios don't take cash. Used kios had to go back to the counter to pay the same employee then took my money for the order. When I asked why I just couldn't order at the counter I was told we want everybody to go to kios 1st and not the counter. That is a waste of customers time if they want everyone using the kios then the kios should be able to take the money we have the technology just go to a grocery store read more

We don't eat here often. Yesterday we ordered a Big Mac meal and medium tea and apple pies. They were busy. We ordered a half cut tea and the screen was incorrect, I informed the staff that the drink was wrong. They told us we they would fix it. Got home and gave the meal to my son and he came out yelling that trash was inside his burger. I was not pleased. I called the phone number listed and still have not received any word from McDonalds. What a joke, too bad it's not the funny kind. You can't go in to a fast food joint expecting much, but you should be able to expect them to cook a damned burger correctly. I ordered a couple burgers from this location and got raw patties. They tried to play it off as "a little pink" but these things were BLOOD RED, not just medium or even rare, THESE WERE RAW! They even TASTED raw. Take some responsibility, mcdonalds! Do some retraining, turn the temp on the grill down a little and give a little extra cook time so you aren't leaving burgers raw in the middle, etc. This is fast food, NOT a race! People would rather wait a couple minutes longer to get a properly cooked burger instead of risking their health and possibly their life for a fast under-cooked one. Remember what happened with jack in the box a few years back? Watch out folks, a quick burger could turn into a long trip to the emergency room. The SLOWEST "fast food" joint ever. Usually you are in and out in 5 minutes and back on the road again; not at this one! you take 20-25+ minutes in line!! I could have just gone home a fixed something quick and healthy in that time. I thought maybe they were just having a slow day, but this has happened SEVERAL times. The management team does a good job of teaching customer service. 5 stars for being clean - tables, floors, bathroom - its comfortable to eat there. 3 stars for the food. McDonald's went through a major remodel and fixed the drive thru. It now has a double-lane drive thru and runs like clockwork! Very nice!

I went through drive thru in this McDonald's and ordered 2 separate orders. It was a pretty simple order as well. When we got to the first window they charged us for the wrong order, then the manager came back to give us a refund and he shorted us on our change. We got to the 2nd window and they didn't give us 2 of our burgers and instead of a 10 piece nugget they gave us a 6 piece. We gave the worker the wrong change and asked politely if he could have his manager fix it and we will go wait for our food so we do not hold up the line. We pulled into one of the waiting spots and waited for our other food to come back and a new gal brought out our food with no change and no nuggets. We spent a solid 20 minutes waiting for our food only for it to be messed up over and over and never got our change back!! It's so disappointing to spend money here when all we want to do is go home and relax, aka why it's FAST FOOD. We still didn't get refunded or any compensation and the manager didn't even seem to care about us politely asking for these mistakes to be fixed, we were happy to wait in the parking spots so they could get other people their food, but even then after waiting longer, they STILL didn't get it right. read more

Last time I came here, my burger bun was completely stale. This time I came at 10:35 and they have the audacity to tell me that they are not serving breakfast yet. Excuse me?! It's 5 minutes into your lunch serving time, I am 8 months prego with a toddler, and your breakfast policy is the worst around. 10:45 rolls around and the lady let's me know that finally they are ready for me. The employees make so much mistakes :/ I would go the the one down in fry lands but they suck more. I always have to call for them to replace my order the next thing I know the owner says that they're not allowed to fix my order anymore like if it's my fault ! For an example I went there yesterday during lunch . McDonalds is McDonalds. Every year they raise their prices while their burgers get smaller. I eat at McD's probably 3yr and I can order a large sized value meal and still be hungry after finishing it and feel gross too. Like I just ate a bucket of lard or something. My fast food of choice is Jack in the box and I find it difficult to finish a medium size value meal and don't feel nearly as gross afterwards. read more

Stopped here on the way home from skiing. What started as a quick stop for some food on the way home became a 15 minute trip where we left without getting all of the food we paid for. First, they got our order wrong when we initially ordered it and we had to repeat it three times. Then we got to the payment window and had to repeat our order again, but we got a receipt that included the correct order. When we got to the pick up window we were handed a bag that seemed less full than expected, so my husband asked if it was the order that contained the items we wanted. The person at the window said no and then asked for our receipt. He went back into the kitchen area, then came back to the window and told us we'd have to pull up and wait, but "it will only be 2 minutes." Eight minutes later my husband got out of the car and went inside. Then he came out with the food, but not the drinks. He said someone was bringing out the drinks. Three minutes later; someone came out with two drinks. At that point, we realized they had not given us one of the sandwiches. We said something to the clerk and she said she would get it for us, but at that point we had been at McDonald's for over 15 minutes and were going to be late getting home, so we told her to forget about it and left. We stopped at McDonald's for the convenience, but the Monroe McDonald's was definitely not a convenient option. Go elsewhere if at all possible. read more

The food is hit or miss with freshness depending on how busy they are. The service has been friendly and polite. The order accuracy is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to so far in WA. Breakfast this morning was a huge mistake. Got 4 sausage burritos and 2 egg muffins. Both muffins where burnt. And the tortillas where really super hard. The rude manager this morning Nov 14th at 6 something am was a real jerk. All I had on me was a 50. She told me that unless I ordered 50 dollars worth of food I couldn't use it. I was polite and said it's okay. Sorry, I will have to just pull thru, it's all I have. She said, and I'm quoting here, get some god damn 20s. And opened the till so I could pay for my breakfast. I was really shocked she said that. Anyways, got my food and insist I wouldn't have waisted the money on it. Just terrible. And terrible people. Get it together people. Seems like always a trainee and always messed up. Today it was no toys in both happy meals. Of course I didn't notice until I was home passing out food. Way to piss off a 6 and a 3 year old. Very poor experience. I ordered my order and instead of taking ketchup I asked for ONE BBQ sauce and was told that it would be .27 more. I couldn't believe that they were charging for a condiment. So I asked to return the meal and get my money back. Which they did...BUT...while I was searching the restaurant for an 800# (which they don't have...and I know why now) I noticed that the manager returned the food to the french fries area to be re-served. This is against health dept. regulations to put food that has gone past the payment counter back to be served again. It is my understanding that it takes $1 million in equity just to apply to own a McDonalds. This jackhole millionnaire is not only charging for condiments but he is high-grading and making a severe profit on it. As someone that works in the restaurant industry I know that these packets of BBQ sauce only cost .05 or less each. Every other restaurant besides this rip-off provide it as part of the meal. The McChicken sandwich costs $1.00 and the condiment costs .27? I drive past this McDonalds often but will never stop there again. They have actually soured my opinion of McDonalds in general. Wife and I visited this McDonald's this evening. We went through the drive through which was a good experience. We bought a few things off the value menu and a triple thick vanilla shake. The shake was not great - not at all what we were expecting, so we went in to return the shake. The manager helped us and really took care of us. He not only extended his apologies, but offered a freebie menu item. We got a refund for the shake and a freebie ice cream cone. The store manager really made a difference for our experience, and we will definitely return because of the great customer service. If you're a McDonald's fan, be sure to go to this one! read more
