When I go to McDonald's my expectations aren't high, but there are certain expectations that should be met nonetheless... Such as the manager knowing when breakfast ends, that a mcdouble is a hamburger, fries generally have salt, and scanning money twice in front of the customer when it passed the first time looks bad. I understand that it takes the most rudimentary education to work at McDonald's, but today the bar was lowered from almost rock bottom, to rock bottom. The exterior is nice though. read more

Went this morning to get gift cards andbreakfast. They installed kiosks for you to place your order. I don't use self check out stations. The manager comes out and tells me I have to use it. She was arguing with me. I wanted the employee at the cash register to take my order. The manager told me the employee doesn't know how to take orders . The employee was assisting customers ordering on the kiosks and taking cash payments for people who ordered off the kiosks. Doesn't make sense that she can't take an order. Finally the rude manager took my order. I won't be going back. I am not going to be forced to use a machine. I can go to other fast food places who will gladly take my money. No one has the right to treat me like that. I hope you don't add them in the new Seaside location when it's rebuilt. read more

I bought 40 nuggets and your employees gave me 20. He even checked the bag in front of us. We trusted him and he still let us down. Had a craving for a simple cheeseburger. Saw the bacon mcdouble on the menu and decided to try it. It was delicious, but you know what would of made it even better? If they actually put bacon on it. I don`t eat out often but when I get a craving for french fries I will go to mcdonald`s maybe 4 times a week. usually I go to one of the two McDonald`s in Seaside, california. But since this was on the way home, boy did I* make a huge mistake. I purposely parked the car and went inside so that I could look and see if they had frsh french fries. I will only eat their french fries if they are 100% fresh. Just pulled from the deepe fryer. So I notced nobody was in the building and there were no cars in the drive through. I also asked the person taking my order if I could have a fresh order of fries? So she walked over and dropped a new basket of fries in the deep fryer. I was happy. But then to my utter surprise she proceeded to fill 1/2 way a large fry contaner with fries that were left over and were not crips and were limpy looking. Then she put the container in the holder and told me that my fries would be ready in a couple minutes. I told her that it was buisness slow and I asked for a fresh order of fries and that what she just did was unacceptable. I turned around and walked out of the establishment. You do not give paying suctomer left over french fries. When business is slow you make fresh fries!! read more

I understand that McDonald's is a fast food restaurant. However, I think that they should work on their staff a little bit better. I came in to eat with my mom around 6:30pm and we ordered through their new self-serve kiosk to make things faster. Low and behold, our order was ready within five minutes! My mom got her Filet-O-Fish and our fries and soda to share. But when I opened my order, I got the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich... I ordered the Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich. No big deal... I went up to the cashier with my receipt and showed them that my order was wrong. He and the manager at the time said that they will remake the correct sandwich for me right away. 15 minutes later, I got my order. Awesome! But when I opened the box, I got the same one that I returned them! I don't know if it was an honest mistake or if they did it on purpose... I ended up just eating that wrong burger because I did not want to wait for an additional 20 minutes and we needed to be somewhere. It's just food and I can get it any time... But I just want the management to know that there's a lot of work that needs to be done. read more

The Drive in is absolute SHIT. I don't know what is going on inside there, but it took over 20 minutes to service 6 cars in the queue. On top of that, they still managed to screw up our order. Never again. If you need to go to a McDonalds drive through, go to the one by Home Depot. read more

I ordered 5 McDoubles with no cheese and all 5 had cheese! The tags on the burgers even read "Double Burger." I scraped teh cheese of a couple of them an ate them, but I am REALLY unhappy about this. read more

I went to "happy hour" and the person who gave me my order did not even greet me, she started telling me what my drinks were when I did not even ask her to, it's not like I ordered anything else. Bad compared to the one in Sand city at least they don't run out of things, I wanted to get a kids meal and some cookies, this Mcdonald's near the Wharf did not even have apples or cuties for the happy meal or even powerade available. Talk about a bad concept of supply and demand, you would think that because there are so much tourists in the area they would be ready to meet the demand. This McDonald's changed so much in the last couple months. For now I'm sticking to Sand city McDonald's they always have my order, but their frappe machine does give out sometimes, they should really work on that too.
