Unfortunately, this McDonald's always has problems getting the order right. The one time I don't check my mobile order it's missing the main items the new BTS sauces! Come on! I ordered all chicken nuggets to come home with no sauces, Not even the regular BBQ sauce! The workers just don't seem to check what need to be in each order they just are trying to be quick. Unfortunately this is the nearest place to my home and the food is at the most part always warm but orders are always getting messed up. We were told that the fappchino machine was working so we ordered a Frappuccino .At the window we recieved a cold coffee, I said that' s not what we ordered and the young man proceeded to be very rude . Meh, avoid if possible. I tend to stop there for coffee on my way back from the beaches around Monterrey area and always regret because instead of drive-thrue looks more like camping place. This had very poor customer service . The Manager is "Claudia" not very friendly and was rude . My app had an issue displaying the special deal . The counter employee . I would much rather give a negative .. I ordered lunch for myself and my husband. He chose the chicken sandwich and I opted or the NEW DELUXE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE / NO LETTUCE. The NEW DELUXE QUARTER POUNDER is supposed to be fresh meat cooked when you order. It took 2 minutes to get my complete order and the QUARTER POUNDER was NOT fresh meat. You can see that it had been cooked long before. The meat was dry, had burn spots on it and probably during the noon rush. I ordered at 1:38 PM and when I got the car within 5 minutes, the burger was cold. I could not eat it. I called their office since it is owner operated and spoke with Auturo who disputed my claim. This McDonald's in Vineyard Town Center, is bar none, the worst in Morgan Hill, period. The main problems with this location are that the Drive Thru staff have a difficult time understanding (and speaking) the English language, therefore if you speak Spanish to the order takers, you likely won't have this problem. Nevertheless, the DT will likely get your order incorrect most of the time, I can virtually guarantee it. You are also very likely to come away with no straws, napkins, or other utensils, which is beyond annoying. If you complain to the drive through clerks, they will likely give you a bad look and accuse you of not being clear with your order. They will argue and say your order was correct. I've been to this location a number of times both during breakfast, and lunch. The lackluster service was the same nearly every time. In fact, I stopped coming to this McDonald's. Save your time, and aggravation, and goto the one on Cochrane instead. That store has their act together. read more

So we pull through the drive thru at 11:35pm and wait there.We waiting 5mins and Nobody answered even when we asked of anybodys there, so we went up to the window and saw No one at either of them. Gotta give the guys that work here 5 stars. We've been to the other 2 McDonalds in Morgan Hill and wow! It was clean, the people were friendly, our order came out quickly and correct. We did order from the kiosk as there was a small line but still, super easy. The best part of our trip, I didn't catch her name, but a young woman who works there, glasses and blonde hair in a pony tail helped an elderly man out of the restaurant as he had trouble walking. The ladies working are rude and when I asked for more sauces she gave me a look as of it were money coming out of her pocket. There was a lady on the register taking orders and trying to make it (mcflurry) rather than taking the next order since their lines were getting longer (mind you there is only one person on the register.) Then the actual person putting the orders in the bags or on trays was continuously telling the register lady to stop making the orders and to only take orders as the lines kept getting longer.
