After waiting in a line that stretched back to the traffic light I placed my order, paid, pulled up to the delivery window and waited, and waited, and waited. This is not how things generally work there, I order a pretty simple egg and cheese biscuit or two when I do go here and the longest I've been at the window was 20 seconds. This day was different. I was there about three minutes, when the order came there was a burnt to a crisp hashbrown on top, assumed this was my order, left... it wasn't my order. I learned it wasn't my order about 20 minutes later when starving I sat down to eat... and couldn't... because the hashbrown was charcoal, and the rest was not something I would even consider eating. Remembering the insane line I decided to just pop McDonalds corp a note with the details and ask for a refund. Corp said they'd forward it, and a few days later I got a response indicated that local had heard me, but the only remedy would be more training for the team. Errr... fine and all, but this was just one screw up and I just wanted a refund without having to wade through that traffic snarl that McDonalds creates every morning. This place was AMAZING! I ordered my kids 2 large vanilla McDonald Shakes, and oh boy were they amazing! The only thing that was a bit of a concernce is when I was driving I was low on gas. But than I remember that McDonald's makes me gassy. Sadly, my car takes car gas and not human gas! Haha, what a funny moment. I look over to tell my kids that I was gassy. They started crying. 5/5! Stopped in for breakfast for family on Sunday 3.23.25 at 929am. The drive thru was moderately busy. The inside was not busy. There was a women ahead of us waiting at counter. The young man that came over to ring her up never said two words to her. He really did seem like he wanted to help at all. They do have kiosks but I prefer to speak with people. I then stepped up and again no hello. I gave him my order. Tells me the amount and I give the money. What a surprise not even a Thank You. I had two breakfast burritos, which is pretty much my standard these days at any McDonals. This time they were not a filled as I have had at others. The receipt says "Thank you valued customer" Today I did not feel like a valued customer. Service goes along way, make the most of your job and at minimum greet and say Thank you. read more

Poor service. so many mistakes in our order. same mistake three times in one visit. Really bad attitude from one girl in particular. Instead of just politely correcting the mistake she argued rudely that she didn't make a mistake. Her attitude got even worse when she had to admit to the mistake. Which would have been just an easily fixable one had she not handled it so poorly. We were polite and had children with us. She made us feel very unwelcome. The food was good for fast food. !!!!!FOOD POISONING AND FOOD TAMPERING!!!!! My fiancé and I ordered doordash around midnight (doordash says they're open 24/7 so nowhere close to "closing time") the food came soggy and funny smelling. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder and they put no bacon on it. It did have extra topping of little hairs, random floor specks and grease stains on the bun that happened to be deeply soggy. The burger smelled RANCID, and tasted musty, dusty, and left a foul taste in my mouth. My fiancé ordered two other burgers which were also in the same condition. I warned her not to eat her food after throwing up not 10 minutes after consuming that inedible mess they gave me. They have been reported to public health officials. I already kind of hate fast food, so for me to stoop to the level of fast food means I'm desperate. For me to show up at the window already desperate after a 13 hour shift and have the employee straight up walk away from me in the middle of me speaking is hella rude and I'm not here for it. I feel like this McDonald's is so stingy! Almost every time they mess up my order or things are missing. I order two cheeseburgers with no meat and they will usually end up not even putting cheese and just give me a bun with ketchup and pickles. Sat in line for 40 mins to pick up a order through The app that i placed. The lady ahead of me got to order food . Get to the speaker and the chick screams we are closed at 10:40 on a Saturday night ! The hours on google said til 3am as confirmed by business 1 week ago. Incredibly slow drive through service, especially in the evenings. Having been a delivery service driver, it would be courteous for this location to offer in-restaurant pickup for delivery service drivers, as these often already made meals are often sitting and going cold while others are waiting sometimes just to place an order. Seems like a very inefficient process which doesn't fully value the time of drivers, nor the freshness of the food for its customers ordering on delivery services from this location. read more

Probably the busiest restaurant drive through I have ever seen. Put it this way, they had workers outside with an iPad type device taking people's orders to keep it moving. Inside was kind of small, but clean, people were nice, etc. No kid play area and this is in a little mini complex of a couple other fast food places. Night time shift manager, Gabriel drinks tequila and gets belligerently drunk. Had a deeply concerning experience here where the team members were trying to cover up for their manager who was screwing up orders and causing chaos with the drive thru while drunk. I was there close to closing, so I parked my car and took evidence of the manager stumbling/falling in the middle of Vantage Way court after he left work, and after he was too drunk to remember how to shift his car into reverse. Once he tried getting in his car, I called 911. Police came and found him laying in the parking lot. He was screaming and not following orders for his safety. Ambulance came shortly after to take him. I am concerned what these McDonalds employees have had to put up with under his leadership. There was fear in their eyes when they told me he was drinking on the job. I hope the manager gets the help and support he needs while never working here again. read more

The coffee machine was "down" as well as the order number status screen to let customers know when their order is up; so it was basically chaos. It looked to me like they had only 3 employees working? It took me over 30 minutes to get my small order of fries; that was all I ordered; 30 minutes?! Multiple customers in line (there were about 15 customers waiting for orders already placed) were getting the wrong orders handed to them.....And I can't find a way to complain online to management or to the owners of this particular location; isn't that convenient? . I have been to this McDonalds over 5 times and it's been equally horrific each time. I only go out of convenience cause it's right around the corner from my house. The drive thru line is always crazy mobbed and moves sooo slow. Expect to spend 20-25 mins in line no matter what.
