Being one of the scattered handful of MetroCenter eateries, I eat here occasionally. I have no issues with the food. It is always excellent. Incorrect orders are quickly replaced. Staff is attentive. Only FF place I've ever seen in MetroCenter where they come around asking about refills. However, this location has two glaring faults that I am not willing to overlook. First, they need more registers and a better ordering system. two registers and a poor line layout mean that you will wait in line during peak hours, you will stand awkwardly to the side waiting for your food, and you may get somebody else's food. They either need to implement a number system, or renovate to add additional registers. Second, the last time I ate there, my table was invaded by ants as we were eating. They were crawling along the windows, to the walls, until the sweat dripped down my brows as they climbed on my food. We reported it to management. If this issue is corrected, I'd be willing to bump my review to 3/5. Update 5/10/13: Still ants in dining area along front wall. Very disappointed as we mentioned this to management last time. 2/5 stands. Store otherwise clean (96 HD rating) so really a shame, but inexcusable for a well-oiled fast food machine. Update 6/15/13: Looks like they've got those ants dealt with finally. I'm willing to upgrade them to 3/5 at this time. A higher rating is not yet merited, as they continue to alternately ignore or comply with requests for plain sandwiches. Since I'm lactose intolerant, failure to comply can ruin my afternoon, so I take it pretty seriously. I'd say 1/3 to 1/2 of my orders need to be corrected...sometimes the fault lies with the cashier, sometimes back of house, but it persists. If they dealt with that I might be willing to move up to a 4/5. read more

Im not a picky person but the customer service was awful. The guy working the drive thru was very rude. They gave me the wrong sandwich and the frosty cream cold brew coffee looks and tastes like it has no coffee in it at all. Then had to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru for the sandwich. I hate this is the only Wendy's in a decent distance from my house. But it's always a wait. They are soo slow consistently. Went in a little before 6pm. There was a line in the drive thru and I saw only 1 person inside. I decided to go inside thinking it would be quicker. There were about 20 employees working but it took a good 10 minutes for someone to come take my order. They were switching drawers and after about 6 minutes a girl told me what was going on and said they would be with me shortly. After that it took another 5 minutes for them to change out the drawer. I waited about 10 minutes for my food (mind you there was 1 person ahead of me and he got his food while the drawers were being changed out). Fries weren't even hot and the place was kinda disgusting. Could use some customer service training. Say thank you/you're welcome to your customers...not mm hmm. Irks my nerves read more

I was craving a burger and I don't eat beef very often. The only customer option was the drive through. The lines was long but I patiently waited. My burger was cold, bread oldies the fries were like warm. I was highly disappointed . Why do fast food places serve you something that they wouldn't want to eat themselves ? I live nearby, so it's a convenient option to come by when I'm hungry. However, this location seems to just close whenever they want, rather than following their posted hours. Frequently, I will go through the drive 30 minutes to an hour before they close and will be greeted by an employee telling me that they're already closed or they're only taking Uber eats/DoorDash orders. Today I made a mobile order and went to go pick it up at 12:15am, 45 minutes before they close, and was told that they were already closed. I explained that I had already paid for the order and was simply told again that they were closed. No solution to my problem was offered and the employee behind the intercom wouldn't even respond to me when I asked how I could a refund for my unfulfilled order. read more

Worst service ever. I'm here picking up an order for Uber Eats at 11pm & waited almost an hour. 40 minutes to even get to the speaker. Luckily my customer was super nice but this is not acceptable. I understand during Covid right now they might not be able to have a full staff & I know we get busy sometimes. The absolute worst experience ever today. I went in and waited at the counter as I watched a world of staff moving about. I wanted a item that was right at the counter. Someone came to the counter. This Wendy's was very nasty! Look at the photos! We arrived at 715 pm. There are 5 workers present and not one has attempted to clean! You can smell the stench from the trash as you walk by. Worst Wendy's experience. We have been on a road trip around the US for two months and have visited approx 20 Wendy's. We like it for its salads because we are vegetarians. We always order our salads without chicken, which are cheaper. Here we asked for the discount and were refused it. The manager was called but she also said there was no discount and that she had worked there for 8 years and had never seen it. I wasn't quick enough to get old receipts out to show her. She then just took 90 cents off the whole bill.. Should have been £3. Not a large sum but it's just annoying. We were pressed for time, otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. read more

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Have not a single clue how to run an efficient drive through. The wait typically exceeds 20 minutes to get your food. Once fed up with the drive wait you go inside to order food thinking it will be quicker but unfortunately it still takes 15 amore minutes to get an oder of chicken nuggets and fries.
