I've eaten a lot of Chipotle in my day. While I still maintain the belief that nothing beats a well-made burrito bowl, the locations that are living up to the high standards Chipotle has (or had) seem to be few and far between. We've been to this store a handful of times, and it gets the job done. It's not the best Chipotle I've ever been to, but it's also not the worst. You can tell that the team here works hard, and the folks on the line are mostly friendly. Although this location has a Chipotlane, I gave up on ordering through the app a long time ago. No matter what location we chose, there was always something wrong with our order. Now I make it a point to go in and specify our exact order ... even if that means waiting in a long line. On our most recent visit, I ordered two bowls and a bag of chips. Our bowls were decently made, and the toppings tasted fresh. My bag of chips, however, was mostly crumbs, and tasted stale. I ended up throwing them out. I'd stop by this location again in a pinch, but it wouldn't be my first choice. read more

They're serving rotten guacamole as of 11:54 AM March 11, 2026. Went back because I'm staying in the hotel across the street. After all these months the same thing happened again. Except this time the guy preparing the food can't tell the difference between chicken and beef. This location is terrible no matter how many times they rotate the staff. The marijuana from the smoke shop next door must be affecting their brains in here. The guacamole is grey, they told me it's because the air makes it change colors. We all know that Chipotle's quality as a whole has decreased tremendously over the years, and this Chipotle specifically was my worst experience to date. The manager had a poor attitude and spoke to their staff in an inappropriate manner, which was disturbing to me as a guest. On my return visit here 18 DEC 23, I decided to go in to the lobby to order. I gave them my usual order and the assembly line seemingly ground to a halt when I asked for extra chopped cilantro. A request I have done at every single other chipotle I've ever been to in the history of time and every other chipotle seems to have no problem accommodating me. The workers looked at me as if I had asked for a chopped up baby arm or something. Literally they stopped serving everyone because I asked for it. What I'm assuming is a manager said they could do it but they needed to use a plastic cup. I don't know what the big deal is. Every other chipotle does not have the chopped cilantro in a prepared bin on the line but they do have a prepared bin in a table behind the line, this one is the exception. The worker made a comment that they couldn't do it and they put cilantro in the pico. Since it's such a problem here, I'll never come back. I'll just go to the one on west end. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. What an absolute disgrace of a "location" to the Chipotle brand. I've never been more disgusted in my entire life watching someone prepare "food". My Mobile order was 37 minutes late and was prepared by someone who pulled up their pants every 90 seconds and never replaced their gloves. Additionally, they prepared the bowls in a way that reminded me of the way I imagine prisoners are served- just a sloppy sloppy scoop of slop tossed into a bowl. It was the grossest group of humans I've ever seen work in a restaurant with their overall lack of hygiene as well as work ethic. I have contacted the department of health and safety regarding this visit. Lastly, the "manager" probably needs to be arrested for how poorly of a job she was doing keeping things running. I come to this location a lot, and though my previous review noted Chipotle in general as "hit or miss" (very true) this location leans toward "miss". The rice is generally undercooked and crunchy, and there is always an issue going on. I've had visits where the manager was yelling across the dining area, or the staff was yelling, cursing, and quitting as I waited for someone to take my order. You may be in and out, or you may sit in the drive-thru for 15min for a mobile order with people ignoring the window. Good luck. read more

Great location, quality chipotle. Drive through backs up into parking lot recommend parking by Dunkin' & quickly order inside. Definitely understand a couple of the low reviews, but cut them some slack.. got what I wanted minus out of pinto beans. Literally the worst experience at a chipotle. Stopped in around 9P on a weekday. There was.NO line. The person taking my order didn't even make eye contact and looked to her coworker the whole time. As I'm ordering I'm told, there's no guacamole, no sofrito- then she pulls a small container from under the cabinet opens it and throws sofrito into my meal, I ask is that fresh, I was ignored. We've been coming to Chipotle for a while. Generally, it's been clean, and one of the male supervisors has always been upbeat and helpful. Staff was always hit and miss. However, it's been a better than average experience. The last two orders have been online for pick up and been a mess and took forever. The first screw up we chalked up to a bad day. The most recent order however was done on time, but they really cut back on the product. The burrito was about the size of a Taco Bell dollar burrito. Tiny. The burrito bowl was only half filled. The extra red salsa we requested was one quarter full. Not sure if this was management directive since everything was skimped on. We brought the food back. When we explained the situation to a female supervisor, she responded, and I quote "urerghrr" and did a wagging motion with her downward pointing index finger. I tried out this Chipotle Mexican Grill location last night for convenience. The line was not that long but it took a while to get through it and receive my food. The manager seemed to be training staff. The employees were friendly. I ordered the bowl with chicken and steak (half and half), pico, lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, rice and pinto beans with a bag of chips. They were out of guacamole. They did not have any salsas. The lettuce in my bowl was not sliced down in small portions so it reminded me of a salad. The steak was a bit overcooked but flavorful and the chicken was perfect. It served its purpose for my needs and it was the closest place near the Fairfield hotel. Between the wait, missing menu items and large lettuce slices, the overall experience was okay. read more

I used to get chipotle at least once a week. Now? It depends. If it comes from this restaurant - once every four months when I'm desperate because it SUCKS. The workers are the rudest people I've ever met. Example: "WHAT? WHAT DID YOU WANT?!" - From someone that wears headphones every single time I'm there. None specific because they ALL wear them. They also get upset when I ask for a regular amount of any ingredient because they have no inventory and have to serve 4 beans and 5 pieces of rice. I have been rung up for the wrong meal every single order and when I said it was wrong I get a major eye roll and a scoff. WILD to expect someone to do their job. This also happens when I order from the app, I can't count on one hand I've gotten a free entree from the app because they've messed it up. Alright, the important part - THE FOOD. Again, when they have ingredients here, it's still not worth it. Order online? Good luck getting a correct order. Even ordering in store, it's still wrong (but don't ask for it right or they will be visibility upset). I will get chipotle here because I'm hungry and need some sustenance. If your grocery store is out of salt, check this store's beans. I guarantee they bought it and used it all for one bucket of beans. Chips? Don't exist or it has no lime or salt (because they used those in the beans). Overall, just go to the gas station right next to it. They're nicer and you can get better food. So we were ready to check out and the employee at the POS system before grabbing our bag of chips recoated her lip gloss before finishing our order. While it is a very Americanized version of Mexican food, it is still tasty and relatively healthy (especially when compared to those monolith burger fast food chains. The service here was okay. Nothing great and nothing terrible. Though I got my order to go, the atmosphere of the plavmce was your typical Chipotle. My go-to at Chipotle is their burrito bowls. I change up the proteins, but my normal two are either steak or chicken, though it seems more and more that I am going with their carnitas (pork). I used to get their burritos, but finding out the tortilla was three hundred calories made me come to the conclusion that that the calories did not equal the return in taste, so the burrito bowl it was. All in all, if you are looking for fast food, I would definitely recommend Chipotle. read more

Probably the worst chipotle I've been to. I've been here I think four times and each time there's something wrong. The first time I went the guac had the avocado stickers in it and a half of an avocado that was so hard it couldn't be mashed (photos below). Every other time I go in they're missing something. Today they had no sour cream and no veggies, that's 25% of my order. The last time I went there were no veggies, and guac that was more black and brown than green. And the time before that I went in and the sour cream was either spoiled or as the lady said "still frozen, that's what those chunks are". At this point I'm better off driving farther to a different place that makes better food. read more

Horrible service!!!! Card reader went out, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, which is fine, but I was told to order/pay online and they'd make it right away. I ended up waiting over another 25 minutes for one bowl.... Wasting my entire lunch break. Was treated so horribly by the staff, after being extremely understanding. Basically had my food tossed at me from behind the counter. To top it all off, once I got back to work and opened the bag, I had someone else's bowl, even though my name was on the bag.
