Ive come to expect poor customer service from this place, but today was exceptionally worse. Labryant was very rude becasue I didn't understand a question he mumbled at me. We generally don't have many issues here. Today however, I found several strings of "lint" all over my bread on my rueben. I ignored the first one until I took a bite and pulled a very long thing one out of my mouth. Upon further inspection, I noticed several strands on each side of the sandwich. I did not take any more bites after this and promptly threw it away. I'm assume it's from some sort of rag/cloth but how the heck it ended up covering my sandwich is beyond me. Somehow got charged $5 per sandwich on the 2 for $6. Mentioned it to the lady at the window and she charged me full price anyways. My water cup had Hi-C in it and I mentioned that to the lady and she gave it to me anyways. Asked for ranch and got both the lady at the window and the lady bagging food rolling their eyes at me. Kind of a mess of an experience there and I don't think the employees care about the terrible service they're giving. Don't think I'll come back anytime soon and I frequent this area. I used to manage a Chick-Fil-A and I'm just writing this review because I know from experience that good service is not that hard. read more

I hate that I only leave negative reviews. ‍ oh well when service is that bad its mandatory. This Arby's is not even open for dining on the inside. I asked why in the drive thru- short staffed was the answer. I went back 2 weeks later... still not open Drive thru only! On top of that I ordered a Diet DR Pepper in the drive thru.. they said what size, i said large, they said sorry were out of diet. Most service in Nashville is bad. It all feels ghetto and like they can only get the worst of the very worst to even show up to work. In Nashville its especially bad eating out. Service is usually ghetto and pretty slow/bad/missing or out of items on the menu. Guess its a Nashville thing. The Arby's on Metro center apparently does not know how to handle a business. Monday through Friday lunch is very busy and they will not open their lobby for lunch. They could just open it for 2 hours and it would make it possible to get lunch at Arby's. 99% of restaurant lobbies are open now so Arby's has no excuse but they are too cheap to hire one person extra for lunch. Don't waste your time if it's between 11:00 and 1:00 Monday through Friday. read more

What a great experience, at one of my favorite fast food restaurants! Arby's never disappoints, with quick and fresh sandwiches. This location in particular was friendly, efficient, and delicious. I also stick to the sliders, as they are quick and easy to eat, as well as their classic curly fries. Possibly the WORST customer service ever. We were in line for nearly 10 minutes with NO ONE in front of us before they took our order at the drive thru. When they were taking our order the associate was extremely rude and seemed very annoyed that a customer was even there. Once we got to the window to pay and collect our food she gave us the wrong size drinks. When we asked for the right size drinks she was combative and said we didn't order that size, which was clearly on the receipt she then gave us. Even after this long wait, we were then told to pull up and our order would be out on a few minutes... AFTER waiting forever to even order. After we pulled up we saw associates sitting around in the dining area not working. When she finally brought our food out she was very rude about it and just walked away. Very friendly staff at this location. I usually go in at their lunch rush. They are able to handle lots of customers in a short time span which is refreshing. I am obsessed with their Gyro specials. You get two Gyros of your choice for six dollars not including tax. You can mix and match. They have Greek style, Turkey, and Roast Beef. This location is always clean and bathrooms tidy. read more

I LOVE the ladies who work here! They are so sweet!! I work nearby and come here a lot... one day I could not find my wallet and started digging in my Jeep for change... the employees were observant enough to come to my car and let me know not to worry about a thing. They took fast food customer service to a new level and I am very impressed with this location Arby's. My favorite thing to get is Beef and Cheddar and the. value curly fries and value Jamocha shake... (secret is to dip fries in milkshake... so delicious!) Absolutely horrible service and I'm completely grossed out. We stopping in Arby's off metro center blvd off I-65 today to grab some lunch before going to the Titans practice. We went through the drive thru, ordered, at the window the lady asked us to pull forward and she would bring it out, after about 15 mins the MANAGER came out and told us the cook was getting sick everywhere and she was about to start cooking our food but needed to wash her hands first.. Instantly grossed out. We pull around my boyfriend goes in to get our money back and then manger really argued with him for another couple of mins before she finally refunded our money. Horrible customer service, and we will NOT be back. read more

Metro Center fast food is the worst, but today, Arby's should be ashamed of themselves for their service and food. Recently, my family received beautiful food and service at the Charlotte location and wanted a repeat. We asked for chocolate shakes with no whipped cream. Charlotte location asked if we would like the chocolate drizzle. Yes, thank you. Metro Center didn't ask. Worker was talking to another person while we placed our order, which was rude and unprofessional. She had to keep repeating our order, which was correct, but she was still distracted and talking to someone else and she had to keep starting over. We received no chocolate drizzle and she said its bc I said no topping. I never said that, so she walks away from me and didn't come back to fix it. Another worker gave us our food after a long wait. The shakes were now soup. No apologies. The food wasn't hot. we believe it was microwaved. read more
