McGreasy for some warm breakfast! Sad News: We were informed lunch was being served at 10:30 am - whaaa?
    John L.

Stopped for a breakfast sandwich in the midst of post-Tropical Power Blight. After two days of scrounging the partially refrigerated food stock at home a change of scene welcome. Open only for delivery and drive-thru. Drive-Thru speaker ordering has never been my preference for the fear of encountering "Charlie Browns' Teachers voice on the other end. "Wa wa, whaa waa wa waaaa." Anyway, we quickly order with precision, "Two Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin's with two unsweetened tea..." From the other end, "Sir, we're serving Lunch now." It was 10:30 AM - who does this? So with the building hunger, off rolled the usual, "A Number 3 with Medium Sprite...and a McGrill Chicken with..." Again interrupted from the other end, "I'm sorry we only have the Crispy Chicken sandwich." Oh boy. "Oookay that will do and a medium unsweetened ice tea." From the Waaa Waaa box came, "Okay, your total will be..." not listening I drive up... ...pay the amount, and roll to the next window. Beverages, check. Medium #3, check. Crispy McChicken, in nowhere land. Fed up, I quickly tell the wife she can a one of my two cheeseburgers from the #3. We both agreed and left in disbelief. Normally, this would have been dealt with, but not after this week. Food was portioned out and every McGreasy bite enjoyed.

Big Mac with Pattie's stacked together instead of putting the sandwich together like it's advertised.

Only reason why I come here is the play palace but at this point I don't know if the convenience is worth it. First of all. I ordered my food and was told they don't have apples. The one reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is they gave me ice cream in place of the apples. I go into the play area with my kids and immediately started sweating due to there being no air on. I asked if they could turn the air on and they said they don't control it. Almost every table I sat at had to be wiped off. I didn't get a photo because I cleaned it first but one table was covered in dry chocolate ice cream which I cleaned myself. My burger came and was just slapped together (two Pattie's back to back) in my Big Mac. The bathroom by the play place had had a sign on it for over 2 months. I'm sure it's due to not wanting to clean it. I assume this because before they decided to put a trash bag over the toilet I took my kid in and used the toilet and bathroom just fine. I went to throw away my trash and barely had room to do so. Lastly if you don't use the kiosk for self order and pay you could be eating 2-5 mins (which I witnessed a few times) due to no one covering the counter. All in all I would not recommend this place unless you absolutely have no other choice. ***oh and I just remembered...my last visit I got the Quarter Pounder and the burger patty was not cool all the way. Still had pink in it. Luckily I didn't get sick from it***

NOTICE! Apparently McDonald's charges $1.00 for a SMALL Cup of Water! Receipt CLEARLY SHOWS $1.00 S Water NOT CUP!
    Mike M.

They charge $1.00 for a Cup of Water, a TINY cup of Water! LOOK AT THE PICTURE I uploaded to Yelp! I called the National McDonald's Customer Service line and they claimed they were charging FOR THE CUP, yet the receipt plainly says "$1.00 S Water" NOT CUP! Eat at Burger King DIRECTLY across the street! Don't dare eat at that McDonald's or ANY OTHER!

I went back recently, after having not been for a while, and it was as good as ever. They have a delicious quinoa and veggie based patty, and I have a signature way I usually like to order it: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, Swiss, brown mustard, & their own hot relish. All of the ingredients are super fresh, and they execute everything they do extremely well, crucial with burgers, hot dogs and fries. The fries are hand cut, and I always go with the Cajun fries, accompanied by their addictive chipotle aioli. It actually has a kick, but also a strong depth of flavor. The Cajun seasoning on the fries is always just right. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is always super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They don't rush to make sure they have your burger/topping combination exactly right when you customize your own. It's actually a very nice space inside, too. I like eating there even though I have probably gotten mine to go slightly more often. Lately I prefer eating my burger & fries fresh there. Anytime someone asks for an in town food recommendation, my family & I say Riley's. It's a must try for foodies period, but especially if you're a burger lover. And again, they have a top tier veggie burger. It's a very special place.

The sweet potato fries were very crispy and delicious. I would get the same meal again as would my wife. What really stood out was the outstanding service. Crispy on the outside, packed with well-seasoned chicken inside. Good spice, not overpowering. Came with a salsa and a ketchup-mayo style sauce, both worked, but the salsa had a little more life to it. Before that, warm ciabatta hit the table with a house-made dipping sauce. Oil-based with garlic, blue cheese, and a few other layers going on. The blue cheese gave it a subtle kick without taking over. Nice way to start. Now to the burger, the Luger Burger. I'm assuming it's a nod to the classic steakhouse, but didn't get full confirmation. The sauce is made in-house: slightly sweet, a little acidic (I picked up balsamic), smooth texture. It's a good sauce, it just needed a bigger voice on this burger. The burger itself is large. And I mean large. Menu said thick-cut bacon... that wasn't the case. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. Now I'm going to get a little critical, because this is where it matters. The burger needed more salt. There's a lot of beef here, and it can absolutely handle it. Even something as simple as salting the tomato would've helped bring things together. If the bacon had actually been thick-cut, that alone might've bridged the gap. This was a very beef-forward burger, to the point where the supporting flavors barely showed up. The patty felt a bit too tightly packed, which gave it a denser bite and let the beef dominate the whole experience. A looser grind or lighter hand forming it would've made it more tender and allowed everything else to come through. It also needed more acid. The Luger sauce was applied lightly, so either lean into it more or bring in something else, a pickle, a sharper onion, something to cut through the richness and balance it out. The bun was soft, nicely toasted, and held up well, which isn't easy with a burger this size. Fries were hand-cut, properly salted, and exactly what you want. No complaints there. Overall, this is a great spot. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Staff was excellent. Food was good, with flashes of being really good. With a few small tweaks, mainly balance and execution on the burger, this could easily jump to the next level.

I got the disco fries as an appetizer and they were a delicious combo of gravy cheese and seasoning. You could also tell by the bite and the shape that they were made fresh which is also a big plus. I got the hungry bull burger and they were accommodating with substituting the horseradish crema for the house sauce. You would think double meat might be a bit much but it works well and the onion straws really make it shine. Finally I got the strawberry milkshake which was probably better than any shake shack milkshake I've had! This place was well reviewed, so we decided to make this the spot this time around. Ordering was done up front, but there were tables to sit at. Missus ordered while I took photos, and the food came out relatively quickly. Took pics and dug in. Sweet potato fries were the highlight. Hand cut, fried and seasoned. With ranch, they were really good. The burger and hot god were good in terms of quality and quantity. The condiments were a little overpowering though, ended up taking over a lot of the dish and really muddled the meat. The meat itself was lightly seasoned, relying on the condiments to bring the flavor. Not bad, but all elements should bring their own identity and add to a meal. The burger felt absent, and although flavorful was lacking that extra bit of salt or fat to make it truly shine. It's not bad at all, just lacking. Everything else was good, the price easily reasonable for the quality. It was just missing those finishing touches to be truly great
