It feels so weird to review a fast food place to me, but this McDonalds is the best one I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few, all over the country. The staff is always nice and personable, my food is always actually hot, line moves quick... I've never had to pull up or to the side to wait on food like many other restaurants. Prices are also cheaper here than all the other stores in the area! I truly do not understand the other reviews -- If we're going to swing through a drive thru, I always wait until we're closer to home and can go through this one! read more

Ate there today and lost my keys started calling as soon as I got home and discovered them missing started at 4pm calling and let it ring at least 30 times kept this up every 15 min until after 9pm no one ever answered so now I have to.make a personal trip back to check and I live out of town. One star only because there is no 0 star review. Your expected to use the kiosk but they have none of the number teepees to put in to complete the order. No one stocked anything, no receipt paper no ice in the fountain drink/ice machine. Not a smile from an employee if by chance there is an employee that greets you. we waited 35 minutes for our food. There are girls that are not wearing hair nets or hats working near food, there's girl laughing and picking at their braces as they take orders. When they don't wanna walk out too the lobby because there too lazy they will set your food off too the side and wait for you too come get it. The restraunt is nasty all on general. Floors not mopped. Ketchup all over the lights, not a single table was cleaned. My service was bad and you need too do better! read more

This location is actually pretty nice appearance wise but be prepared to have issues if you don't use the kiosk to order. I waited for someone to finally come to the counter to order and I gave her the code on my app to order and even showed it to her because there seemed to be a language barrier. She then pretended to put it in the computer! I ordered our food and when the price came up I told her that was too much. She even tried to get someone to help her fix it but that was no help either. I went ahead and paid the $22 for breakfast anyway, just to be done and let this poor girl go on with her day. I figure it's only a $10 loss to me and I'll take it as a learning experience and order at the kiosk next time. Once our food came up I realized she charged me for three of something instead of one and the biscuits were literally so stale that I had to peel 3/4 of it off of my sandwich and throw it away. I worked in Hialeah, Florida so I totally understand how hard it is when there is a language barrier but I was also taught enough Spanish to help customers and always had someone else I could call if I still needed help. The manager was there today and never helped or acknowledged the issue. Of course the bottom of the receipt says no refunds and have a nice day and now I see why. So much for a celebration breakfast as a reward for my little being a big boy at the dentist this morning. Be aware it says "NO REFUNDS" at the bottom of your receipt & they charge for tap water-which i think is Bullcrap. I went in to order breakfast here today while there was only a few customers and overall I was not pleased at all. The order taker was very kind though, but they got my order incorrect Then I drove up to the window to be greeted (by an american manager) with a negative tone she asked "how'd you want this" about my L iced mocha because I asked for no ice, so out of empathy(because she acted like I ruined her morning), I replied just make it regular. Then i got home & had to drive back to get my order corrected, went inside to not hold up drive thru & talked with the same manager as before. She then proceeded to give me attitude for my return visit without any manners at all-No sorry, no thank you, nothing & even acted like she had better things to do even though they only had a handful of customers & at least 4 employees that I could see (dining was empty)then listen to why the order had been messed up. She also made me feel stupid for not knowing about the mcmuffin which I never order. I just hope she doesn't treat everyone else the same, but judging by these reviews this is not the case. I eat here often seems how I live close. Its just like any other Mcdonalds really. Orders messed up from time to time and sometimes slow. When going to fast food its not always fast. The inside is clean, up to date, and the staff is friendly. My kids love the interactive table and the tablets. read more

Horrible slow service. They get my order wrong at the window almost EVERY time and I even repeat what I do or do not want. I waited and waited for them to take my order and they helped someone who pulled up AFTER I did. So not only do they not listen, they are not fair by not taking people in order. About 15 years ago this used to be a Hardee's, then the owners got smart and changed it into a McDonald's, lol. The place is usually pretty busy, but the lines move quickly. It seems sometimes they are open 24hrs (maybe summer or weekends) and other times I drive by they are closed late at night. They have a large parking lot. The inside of the store is usually clean and well kept. I think most customers drive thru at this location. The food is the same as other McDonald's, love or hate it, haha. I crave some big mac's and fries once in a while. And they do accept coupons and have specials. Limited choices in this town and unless wanting to drive 10 miles to some place else, this is a good fast food place to eat at. read more

I usually don't complain but again this morning when I paid at the drive up window, I was handed my change with the coins on top of the dollars and they were shoved out the window with all my change but 1 penny falling to the ground. Granted it was only 22 cents but I just wonder how much money they are collecting at the end of the day. All I got from the cashier was "I'm sorry" no offer to give me my change. And I am not getting out of my car to pick it up. It would take 1/2 second longer for them to hand your change to you then dollars. An older lady that was there last week did hand me my change then dollars and I thanked her. The next time, I will demand they give me the change due me if they hand it out the window this way and it drops to the ground. read more

The New Pal McDonald's is the worst run McD's on the planet. I have finally had to stop going. Over the past year I have been here a dozen times to get food. My order has been correct twice. Once I had to go in a third time because they gave me the wrong sandwich TWICE! I went back last week because my youngest wanted some chicken nuggets. I gave in despite my better judgement. I ordered a happy meal for my two boys and a couple of cheeseburgers for my daughter and I. We checked the bag to ensure everything was there and after getting the fries they forgot for a happy meal we went home. When we arrived at home we dug right in, only to find BOTH cheeseburgers had no MEAT!! How do you wrap a burger up with no meat? Well, I am done giving them my time and money. The New Pal McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's that I've ever been to. My first issue was with having nasty charred grill residue on my burgers. They fixed this for a about 3 days and then started doing it again. Later my issue was with my quarter pounders being almost raw and completely cold all the way through. This is the SLOWEST McDonalds on the planet Earth. A few times my order has been royally screwed up but they seem to have that under control. Seems to be a lot of employee turn over. Visited again on 6/8/18. The average wait time for food, according to the restaurant monitors, was in excess of 20 minutes. I watched as two managers, Cynthia and Linda, watched one employee work her butt off to make food while an additional employee room orders. The lobby was devoid of customers. For a McDonalds, it's great. Fast, freindly and clean. As a longtime customer who visits every day, I can say with expertise, this staff works their tails off. At times it can be slow because the shear volume of people who go here to eat... especially after soccer and baseball games. This place is not even worthy of 99% of the one star I am rating it. We are sitting in the lobby and have been waiting nearly 20 minutes. Sadly, this is an every-single-bleeping-time occurance. There is not a solitary positive thing to say about this establishment, other than the fact that they donate money locally. Awful awful place.
