This is another one of these STUPID pickup only places, but the "lobby" and I use that word generously, is so small that 5 of us in there were bumping into each other, plus, the place is so small, there is no way to figure out whether someone is waiting to order or to get their drink already ordered. My go to is a Double Tall Breve Latte which I have ordered many times at this Starbucks and again today disappointed. Cup was only half full and only one shot of espresso, which I paid for two. This will be the third time in a row that I only had one shot and paid for two and several times I only had a half a cup. read more

I always Love my coffee in the morning especially the dark roast. The store is always busy and seems the Crew needs some Team Building exercises or a better manager. Disarray. The moron hands me 4 $1 bills, and $1.05 in change when I asked for a $5 back. Horrible! I ordered ahead from home. It takes 6 minutes to get to the store. I can see they are busy, do I wait 5 more minutes before going in. No croissant, no drink. At the 22 minute mark, I get my croissant. 5 minutes later, still no drink. I ask to make sure it didn't get lost - nope, "it'll take me a few more minutes to get to yours." I wait and wait and finally get "a" drink after waiting a total of 30 minutes. But not the drink I ordered. I got an iced drink when I clearly ordered a hot drink (and the tag on the drink does not say iced, so...? Aargh! Other people were getting their drink long minutes apart as well. My croissant was no longer warm by the time I got my drink. I KNOW that people who order at the drive-thru are not waiting 30 minutes once they've ordered to get their order, and their full orders are coming up all about the same time. Okay, not real sure where to start. I order coffee from this location almost every day. There is not a day when my order is not correct. Today was the day that I said I was posting a review. I ordered my 15.00 worth of coffees on the mobile app. After I made my payment you know it tells you your pickup time [7:45]. I walk in the door shortly after that my name was called and I advised the short young lady ( unhappy with her job)and stated that I had to drinks, she replies and said she is working on it. I10:00 am I just left this location after getting a full refund... the place is chaos ...people standing around 15-20 minutes waiting on their orders... orders done incorrectly...drive-through had 14 cars in it and online orders were pouring in people showing up to pick those up And being told to wait because the staff fell behind...poorly managed store. I ordered an iced tea lemonade and and iced lemon loaf ...the cashier gave me the lemon loaf and while I waited the 20 minutes for my drink...I ate the loaf...I heard my name called so I thought it was my ice tea lemonade ...I walk over and it's a second iced lemon loaf so I carry it back to the girl who called my name and laid it on the counter ...I told her I already ate this I need my drink ...she replied "I don't do drinks. You need to go over there." she looks away from me and looks at another customer and mumbles something. So I say 'Excuse me." and she ignores me and avoids looking my way so I say it again and then the customer looked at me as if he felt bad that she was ignoring me...so I walk over where the customer was standing and I ask her if she knows where my drink is and she says "I don't do that you can check up there". Blew my mind that she was discussing me with the other customer and not looking my way when I was talking directly to her. VERY dismissive! Finally they called my name I went up and got my iced tea lemonade took a sip of it and it tasted like water I handed it back to them and ask for full refund. I won't go back! Bathrooms were very dirty and they were completely out of coconut milk, which changes my order completely since I can't have lactose. Not my usual starbucks so I rolled with it and got something else....only 3 stars because it felt like they could've made some suggestions for substitutions or something since what I wanted wasn't available, but instead he kind of just said "we're out" and waited for me to give him an alternate order.
