My food was out before I even had time to check my email and texts. My burger and curds came out hot and my milkshake was super thick. I always eat my curds first as eating them cold is not my favorite. So I enjoyed them, then I tried my shake, still too thick to drink. Burger, deluxe butter burger. It was very good. Starting to cool down a little. Shake still thick. Burger was perfectly yummy. Finished it at the table. Wiped my mouth. Shake still thick so I took it with me. I saw cars park on the left side of the driveway, and the man in the car came back with a bagged order. Then I saw the man get out of his car again, and go back inside. At this point I had been waiting 30 minutes, and had seen the cars on the left side of the driveway receive their orders and leave. I left my parking space and went back to the drive thru window and told the woman at the window I'd like to get my money back. She became flustered and asked for a manager. I'm not going to go into details, as I don't need to spread that negativity. I did receive my money back, after someone tried to hand me half of my order. I know it gets busy, and I understand that. I suggest the manager(s) take charge and recognize when something has gone wrong, and take steps to improve the process.
