If I could give this McDonalds a fat zero due to one particular employee, I would. My mom placed a decently large mobile order since my family is quite large. This employee said that they didn't receive the order and receipt and that I needed to show verification. So I showed her a screenshot of the order and even a screenshot of the email receipt. She then walks back to the food making area and is probably talking shit since she made a few side remarks, like "I need a break" and "seriously, 8 hamburgers?" I asked for help about 4 times, and each time, she kept telling me that I needed to wait or that she couldn't find the order. The last time I asked her about the order, I was clearly upset that I'd been waiting there for so long, and she said something along the lines of "no need to get upset." Of course I'm upset, because how do you not help me after I've asked so many times. She finally yelled "CAN I GET 40 PIECE NUGGETS, 8 HAMBURGERS, AND 3 LARGE FRIES?" to the people making the food. I understand it was a large order, but I was only picking it up since my mom couldn't, and I waited for an hour. I was also as polite as I could be while still feeling impatient, yet this employee continued to make side remarks. When she FINALLY called out the order, she slammed the food down, and I heard the customer next to me say "DAMN" because she slammed it down so harshly. I didn't look at her name tag because I was so focused on the order, but she needs to be put in check about her customer service or fired. I was disrespected for no reason. But I would like to say that another employee tried to help me and was very polite, and so was the woman that printed out a paper receipt for me. The manager was extremely disrespectful to all the coworkers. The other manager was extremely nice. It was the shorter one of the two the food was ready in adequate amount of time. I sat inside to eat, but the one manager had my attention the entire time as she was yelling and being very disrespectful to other employees she should not be in a leadership position. read more

I initially went to McDonald's for a quick and easy meal, but to my surprise, I found a foreign object in my food. Shocked and disgusted. Despite the inconvenience and discomfort caused by finding a foreign object in my food at McDonald's, I remained calm and asked to speak with the manager on duty approached The manager informed me that it appeared to be a tooth . Another manger appeared and quickly removed it from the counter, tossing it in the trash. However, when I requested that i needed that item back cause i have to know what it was. The manager took the bag out of sight came back and claimed it was no longer in the trash and it was unsanitary if i look my slelf . She even suggested if i have a issue I call the police .I persisted, but the manager denied my request, citing sanitation concerns. To my surprise, the object was no longer there. I couldn't help but feel suspicious and wondered if the manager had intentionally disposed of it to cover up the incident. This experience left me disappointed and concerned about the safety and quality of the food at this restaurant. I was shocked and disgusted by the lack of concern and accountability shown by the staff. It is unacceptable to have foreign objects in food, and it is the responsibility of the restaurant to ensure the safety and quality of their products. The employee at the speaker asked me what sauce I wanted, so I told him. At the second window, when I checked my bag, there was no sauce. I asked the employee at the window for sauce and he told me I had to pay for it. I told him I ordered nuggets and wouldn't be paying. He got my sauce and when I pulled off, I saw how empty my fries were. If the line weren't moving so slow, I'd get back in the drive through but I don't feel like dealing with anyone at this location. read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and by far the slowest but when you fly in at 10:30 pm where else are you going to go?

I know the standard is low for what to expect at McDonalds but this location is by far the worst! Someone always has an attitude, the lines are slow. There is always something wrong with your order (i.e. missing food items or condiments, wrong order or the most common NO SYRUP IN THE SODA MACHINE if I ordered a coke, why is my drink clear?). I certainly see why this particular McDonald has a low rating. So I'm getting my day started and stopped by the Sewells Point location. I ordered two hash browns. I paid for them at the first window, the cashier was pleasant saying good morning and have a nice day. When I came to the second window that's when trouble starts. I received my two hash browns. I asked for ketchup, she gave me two packs with a disgusted look on her face. So I asked for two more. She pause for about three seconds as if she had to think about it then takes a deep breath and gives me the ketchup while rolling her eyes. I just smiled and drove off. My four year old asked, "mommy why did she do her eyes like that". My response,"She must be a very sad person."...Don't ask for ketchup at this location and definitely DON'T ask for extra ketchup. Went to this McDonalds at 3:50 because their website stated they are open 24/7. We saw a long line of cars at the drive thru and decided to wait. Sat there with no movement and decided to drive to the window to find out what was taking so long when an employee that was not dressed in their uniform came to the window and stated they are 24/7, but they don't serve customers until 4AM. Then why does your hours say 24/7. That made zero sense to me and they were rude about telling me this information. Every time I go to this McDonald's there are always problems with the food. I don't mind hittin' up a McD's every now and then, and considering I work late, this is one of the few places still open when I finally leave the office. I'm happy with this particular McD's because it's open 24-7. Of course, everyone knows what McD's offers, and their food is typical, run-of-the-mill fast food. It's not the tastiest but it's inexpensive. And regardless of what anyone says they still have some of the best fries around. And I love French fries. The staff is friendly and they work fast. I always go drive-thru, so I can't comment on their interior, but after the remodel the place looks much better (smells better, too). McDonald's has been around for years and will likely be around for many more. This location seems to epitomize why this chain has been successful for so long So if it's really late and I'm too lazy to cook I'll hit them up. I use to go before work, but the drive thru in morning is to slow. I can understand the speed, morning rush maybe not enough workers, but my peeve is Constantly not getting my order right. I go to McD's maybe once a year and most times it's not a mistake. Got a old school cheeseburger and it was nothing like I remember. It had no pickles , no onions and was dry as hell. Gift cards from McDonald's seemed like a fun gift to cram in the Easter cards I sent to my grandchildren. The drive-thru was busy, but there was no rush so I didn't mind waiting. After placing my order and making it up to the window, I waited and waited while the young man manning the register rubbed and caressed the face of a young woman. They giggled and flirted while my money flapped in the wind expecting to be snatched up and stuffed in a drawer along with other bank notes in exchange for gift cards. They seemed quite astonished that there was anyone at the window with a trail of cars behind. He abruptly seized the note and jammed it in the drawer and went back to playing kissy face with the girl. Much to my amazement, he offered no receipt. I lingered there for a bit and realized that all of the cars ahead of me were gone so I pulled forward to the next window. I asked the worker there for a receipt. He asked, "They didn't give you one at the last window?" A woman, who appeared to be a manager, walked to the back and brought a receipt to the employee for me. This McDonald's is seriously slipping. If going through drive-thru, don't be surprised by a long wait for anyone to notice that you are there to give an order. This is particularly true if using the outside station. As for your order, you need to FULLY check it when ordering inside or via drive-thru. Issues have been experienced during different visits and different parts of the day. After getting a tea instead of Diet Coke in drive-thru, I went back and entered the lobby. I was merely handed a new cup to fill myself and given no apology. Recently, on a late night stop, drive-thru was not moving despite hardly anyone being in line. After waiting behind the car in front of me that couldn't get anyone to take their order, I went inside only to wait for someone to take orders from us three fully visible customers. Then, despite reading the receipt as my items were being bagged, I was shorted a Chicken Sandwich. Handed the missing sandwich with no apology again. Today, via drive-thru, my two Egg McMuffins had no Cheese on them. Considering the unhealthy menu, rising cost with lowering quality, and poor service.... I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!
