We went to McDonald's drive thru in north plains at about 520 pm. Ordered three cheeseburgers ketchup only. The person working the window dropped the drink into my husbands hands and it spilled. The three cheeseburgers had all the usual condiments. We went back through the drive thru as the front doors are locked. Asked for the correct order and they started to hand us three hamburgers. We pulled over to wait for the correct cheeseburgers with ketchup only. We were then handed two cheese burgers. I went to the door and knocked loudly. The employee came out and I explained the issue. He rolled his eyes and said they'd get the third one. Not once did anyone apologize for the incorrect order three different times. I called the manager and explained the issues we had and the 20 minutes it took to get our order. The woman clearly did not care about the lack of customer service her team had just provided. I asked for her name and she then asked me for mine. When I explained that we'd never received an apology she very reluctantly said "sorry". On this day, May, 23rd, 2018, the coffee prices skyrocketed from $ 1.00 to $ 1.50 per cup. A 50% increase and the only way to combat this type of cost Killing Increases, is to STOP EATING AT THIS SHOP!! I have been working in North Plains for 26 months now, and I have seen too many cost increases across the board with this facility. I come here frequently because I work down the road at the mill, and they frequently mess up my order and are pretty rude, and normally I don't care because I'm not a picky eater and I don't have time to sit there and complain or wait for them to get it right, but today (7/28/2022) I went to McDonald's for lunch and I ordered like normal and paid, they told me to go wait in reserved spot two, so I did and while 4-5 cars pull in and out of the reserved spots I'm still waiting there in the heat on my 30 minute lunch break. I finally got tired of waiting and backed up into spot one so they could see I was still there and then FINALLY someone came out and it was the guy who took my order, who then proceeded to tell me he deleted my order and I'm assuming didn't tell anyone. he grabs my receipt and runs in to grab my food, comes back and is a burger short for my order so has to run back in to grab it and brings it to me and now that I've spent 30 minutes in the drive through and my lunch was a over I didn't even get to eat. I normally never complain and even tip still at restaurants when my waiter is in a bad mood but my time is valuable and i feel like it's unacceptable, the least they could of done was comp my meal or even give me a coupon but I didn't even get a sorry. read more

A quick stop this morning on the way to the coast for some early morning clamming. Ordered a sausage mc-muffin, bacon and egg biscuit, egg and cheese biscuit and two hash browns. Received a sausage biscuit, two breakfast burritos, and three hash browns. Seriously, why did I bother to order at all? I should have just told them "family of four" and allowed them to give me whatever they thought we should have for breakfast. Then there is the issue of cost differential. If I could give negative stars I would. I've only been here a handful of times but EVERY single time I've been my food has been screwed up somehow, not fresh or just not what I freaking ordered. This time I got someone else's order all together. And when I got home and saw I drove all the way back to get what I paid for and didn't even get a sorry we messed up again. It took over a minute to even get acknowledged at the counter and my replacement was cold. The staff is so unfriendly and unwelcoming as if it were my fault they screwed up. Always pissed when I ask for hot sauce at the window and asked if I would include it in my order so I tried that numerous times and they never put it in. What am I supposed to do then? How can a restaurant not have paper towel dispensers in the rest rooms? Many people don't wash their hands after using the rest room, as disgusting as that is. This means those door handles are contaminated with who knows what? I have always kept a paper towel in my hands until I've opened the door in a public rest room and then tossing it as I leave. In this restaurant, that's not possible because there are no paper towel dispensers. This means that not only some customers, but employees are using the rest room, presumably washing their hands, and then exiting touching contaminated door handles! The employees are then preparing our food with contaminated hands. Food's good and hot. Great remodeling job. Employees are nice. But how any responsible restaurant owner, especially a Mcdonalds franchisee, can avoid having paper towels in the rest room is beyond me. I won't eat there again! read more

I stopped in at 2:00 pm to get an ice cream cone. I waited 10 minutes, then pointed out that they forgot me, since they delivered food to two families with numbers higher than mine. Two employees said it wasnt their station. So i waited longer. Finally the man at the cash register got the cone. The service I did not receive was unbeleivable, Saturday night May 13th I entered the drive threw,at 9:32-ordered my meal, pulled ahead to pay, then pulled ahead to wait atleast 10 minutes for them to deliver the meal to the first car - then I pulled ahead and waited at least 15 minutes. This place doesn't even deserve one star. The employees that work there are incompetent! This location has ALMOST NEVER gotten our order right. Maybe twice... Out of many many visits. They rarely pay attention to the customers speaking to them in the drive thru. They need to learn what active listening is. Shame on us for returning. I walked in the restaurant today with a very unhappy, sick, crying baby. Cirenia was my cashier today and without any hesitation told me to go sit down and she would bring me my order. Not only did she bring me my order, but as I fed my hungry son, she asked me what I wanted to drink from a normally self service soda machine. I was so grateful for her in that moment. It's been a long time since I was shown that amount of kindness from someone. Especially someone in the food service industry where workers frequently talk to you like they hate their jobs. Terrible! i Have been to this location nearly 10 times and every single time they have had some body on the drivethru that Can not understand your order, and even worse you cant understand them. every time i have ordered either from drive through or dine in i have had to repeat my order over 6 times. i dont have difficult orders. its the same every time. 3 cheese burgers no pickles and a large coke. some how i get every thing but what i order. Came to this McDonald's prior to a camping trip with my family. We had a large breakfast order (a little over $25.00). I turned down getting a copy of my receipt at the first window, a mistake I will never make again. I checked the bags before pulling out of the drive thru and noticed that four of my items were missing, two breakfast burritos for my six year old sister and two sausage mcmuffins for my ten year old brother. I told this to the woman at the window and she said that she would need all of our bags back to check them and we would need to pull around the corner and wait. After about five minutes, a manager (a hispanic woman) came back with the same bags and a receipt that did not have the burritos or the mcmuffins on it. However, the receipt only said the order was like $19.00 when I knew I had just paid more. When I explained this, the lady still refused to give us the rest of our food and told us we would have to go through the drive thru again and pay for it. After saying that, the manager simply walked away and ignored the fact that we were clearly not finished talking to her. In the end we did repay for the food only because the food was for children but I will NEVER go to this location again. I mean really, we were nice and understanding right until the end when I became very upset, but I have never, ever had a worse experience with a drive thru. read more
