They make me wait 10 min when i try to pay in cash because there was nobody at the checkout to pay. when i was coming back from my class I stopped a moment at this MC Donalds. this local McDonalds has the worst service and they are 0% professional. i dont understand so much the English and when i said to the person "please talk more slow" he ignores me. and because i dont check it in the moment but i think he gave me the wrong change. the overall of the service: Bad, i feel cheated and upset after this nightmare service. in burger king they attend better and give you the whole order. when finally took my food i started to go back to my home and when I saw the receipt, I saw they forgot to give me the drink, can you just imagine this? Would give 0 stars! First, ordered using the app and arrive for breakfast after 7am. Got my coffee which was warm not even hot???? We used drive through. Items where not ready so we were sent to area wait. Waiting cars began to pile up. Why? People behind us received their food not us and more cars waited. We waited 5 more minutes nothing, no food and none for the people behind us. They said eggs were not ready. It's breakfast how do you not have eggs ready in a fast food joint???? We waited a few minutes more and then I went in. There was not a single item from my order was ready. Why, why????? Who is running this place? I told them to keep my money and forget my order! My family is done with McDonald's and their garbage service after numerous issues this past year, not listed here. This is the absolute WORST and I mean WORST McDonalds we have ever been to. We moved to this area this past year, it's the closest McDonalds. Tonight was our second time here. Just like the first time they messed up our order. The bun on the chicken sandwich was burnt, we asked to add mayo to the sandwich, guess what, no mayo. The first window lady was so oblivious as to what was going on around her that she was slamming her window on our questions for payment... twice. Then on the third time she waved her hand in the air like us as the payers were inconveniencing her and she proceeded by saying she could not do what we were asking as far as payment... we were trying to do part cash and part card. Regardless of being able to or not she was cutting us off and didn't even attempt or consider the option of payment (which I know they can do because they have done it before). I asked for a manager at the second window and bob claimed he was one so I directly told him he needed to speak with this lady, not about even the question at hand, but about her body language when in front of costumer. The staff at this location are generally quite friendly, so I've hesitated to write a review for some time. But, unfortunately, the drive-thru order accuracy here is terrible. More often than not, at least one whole sandwich is missing. At breakfast, hash browns are usually missing. Why do I still go here? It's close to my house. If you like that 90% chance that your order is going to be incorrect, this is the place for you. I try to avoid this McDonalds but sometimes I have to. The past 3 times I've went to this location, they have screwed something up. I wrote McDonalds the first time and a manager was to "send me a gift card". They must have screwed up the postage because I didn't get it. Avoid this place if you can but if you have to, make sure you check your order before you get home. This McDonald's has a gift card scam going. They. Claim no money on gift card, looks like their throwing it out. If you challenge they claim problems with the computer. How many times do you hear "No money on your card. Then they tell you your paid but still don't give card back with balance on it. This is ongoing throughout all McDonald's. Be vigilant. read more

Every time I go to this McDonalds, they screw up my order or give me some ridiculous made up sandwich that doesn't exist. This was the last time I will allow this to happen. It's ridiculous! I ordered a #2 meal Quarter Pounder with Cheese. That means it's got two slices of cheese, onions, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. The sandwich I got was a quarter pound patty, no cheese, with a big slice of tomato and onions. What the hell even is that?! How do you screw that up?! Are you people mentally incompetent?! I literally asked for the simplest thing, no custom requests! #2 meal! So simple!
