I should call the health department, rather than just post here. I came in for a meal, to eat in the seating area. THE PLACE IS FILTHY. Almost impossible to find a clean table. This review is for INSIDE the restaurant. Wife and I came here twice in the last week. Sunday afternoon it was slow and we wanted to order at the counter. No one there and no one paying attention. The young lady came out to deliver an order to the one other person in the lobby and wanted to quickly run away. Had to call her to come back and take our order. Seeemed like she didn't know which little buttons (the ones with the little pictures) to push. Had to call her manager to help when she had trouble. No complaints about the food, but service is nonexistent. Today, even worse. Lunch time around 1:00 the drive-thru was busy so went inside. Again, no one at counter. Just workers coming out to bring orders. 5 people waiting for food in line. Went to Kiosk to order and waited 5 minutes. Noticed my food order wasn't coming. For some reason, order didn't "take" so flagged down a girl coming back from delivering food outside to take my order. Came pretty quick but before leaving, looked in bag and no napkins. Went back to table opposite counter. Napkin box empty, and it was dirty. We're done eating here. I know things have changed but c'mon . . . put one person at the registers to say hello and take care of the customers. Now we have to enter our own orders. What's coming down the pike, will we be required to go in the back, cook up the order and bag it up? In fairness, it isn't just McDonalds, but man o man, it's like, does any fast food place, at least want to ACT like they care about the customer??? Please somebody get your act together. read more

Absolutely terrible experience with a member of the staff here. This was my first time and will be the last at this location. I will make sure nobody I know ever visits this location as well. I was going to call the store manager or corporate but after reading reviews this type of behavior seems to be the norm here. Also, to the individual who had a terrible interaction with, you are your own worst enemy. I tried helping you while you screwed up at least three times and you wanted to get an attitude. My first and last time at this location. I placed my order and the kiosk and hot to pay cash. No employees around. Finally a lady came out to drop off food than starters to run back. I had to yell to her just to pay. It took a bit to get my food. 4 Big Macs, quarter pounder with no cheese, no mustard, and no salt, add bacon, and a 10 pcs nugget. I can honestly say I have never tasted such bland food at a McDonald's before. I ate McDonald's all my life so I know how it taste. Even the chopped onions on the quarter pounder didn't have a flavor on the sandwich. I had to take one off to taste it to make sure it was onion and not the white piece of lettuce. Worse part was it was not suppose to have cheese and they put two pieces on it. I have an allergy. I was not able to peel it all off. If I could give 0 I would This location used to be wonderful, now it's garbage! Food burned on multiple occasions or clearly was old from being made earlier in the day or even from the day before! Very rude employees regarding having food remade/refunded. Garbage cans are never emptied around the building! Overflowing with trash constantly! Found hair in my McFlurry and an employee was yelled at by management that they needed to serve it to me and I have to deal with it!! Recently came because I worked a late shift and they are opened 24 hours. I often ordered nuggets because my recent shifts have me not coming home until 2:00AM or later. I asked for the food to be made fresh and over the speaker I hear, "it's always fresh, you witch!" I said excuse me? "It's always fresh... Second time I've been here. First time it was HORRIBLE. I decided to give it a second try and it turned out to be 100 times worse. The kiosk was a mess , we couldn't pay and we had to do it at the register it gave my grandpa anxiety. They gave me my drink with the wrong lid and I spilled it all over my shorts. They got our order wrong and the manager literally started yelling at my grandma! Unbelievable. Other customers even felt bad, they even threw out burgers in the trash we paid for!! It was dirty and a worker had to clean our table only after we asked . (She left it wet and didn't use a towel) Our burgers were burnt. None of us left with a smile on our face. The manager who yelled at us shouldn't be a manager. More then half of the McDonald's was closed and the play place to because a kid pooped in it, you heard me popped! Such bad service this is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, will never come back, DO NOT GO HERE! Live one mile away and will share our thoughts. Managers should be empowered to make things right for the customer. I'm 72 years old and my 11 year old granddaughter wrote the beginning of this review. With the staffing issue we have now its best to point out the good and hope the bad doesnt happen again. However; that is not an option today. I saw the drive thru line quite long so decided to order on the app. I ordered no problem then went to my parking spot #1. I waited and waited after 15 or more minutes I went in. My order was placed at 10:11 Fri Sept 1 2023. I asked the girl at the counter if my food was ready. She said Im working on it. Mind you the drive thru completely cleared out 2x at this point. I told her I had been waiting 15 min. She said I know but do you see all these people waiting here for their food? (She pointed to the several people waiting). They are all looking at me here wanting their food. I cant just stop and run out your food. I said I have been waiting 15 plus mins. She said do you want me to go bag your food? Implying that I better let her get back to work. I said I will be waiting in my car. After 29 mins of waiting she brought my food. I think the manager should pull any video of this to see for himself. She handed my food to me holding the bag between 2 fingers and said HERE and walked away. The location on Lorain Rd, N. Ridgeville (next to the car wash, by Sheetz, Taco Bell, Burger King is open 24 hrs. as of 12-5-21. Breakfast starts at 3 am. The employees have always been great! I'm glad they are still open late, especially 24 hrs. and especially since almost every single other establishment has extremely restricted hrs. due to Covid. read more

My first time doing a Yelp review. I've made my last visit to McDonalds on Lorain Rd in North Ridgeville. This was the last straw waiting in the drive through line for 30 minutes trying to order breakfast. When I got up to order it was 11:01am and they refused to allow me to order breakfast. At no time did they send an employee out to make people aware of the situation and the manager on duty (when I finally got her to get on the drive through speaker) was completely insincere and made no effort to resolve the issue. Probably a good thing anyway since breakfast can cost up to $8 to $10 if you don't have a coupon. I can order a nice and healthier omelette from a good restaurant next time I get breakfast out. read more

This has a great play place and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They've also recently started bringing food out to the table, which is really nice when you've got kids in tow. Another new change - they now give you your cup when you order instead of making you wait for the food. I'm not sure why this is such a difficult concept for a lot of franchises. The crew here always messes up my order or doesn't care about what they are handing out. I ordered the bacon Big Mac and they forgot the bacon, got the bacon cheese fries and the fries were stale, cold, and just flat out unappetizing a few weeks back. Then tonight I ordered an artisan grilled chicken sandwich and they forgot the lettuce(only two items come on that), as well as tried giving me fries that were a 1/3 of the way full.
