    Hamburger made without thought.
    Ray S.

Not sure what the confusion was when I ordered my 2 Double Hamburgers with ONLY ketchup and onions, but when I got home there were pickles on my food and not an onion to be seen. I've had problems before with this location putting cheese on my hamburgers, I thought it would be obvious that I didn't want cheese since I didn't order a cheeseburger. I was told though that the fries were delicious.

not tartar/Mac sauce.Terrible management team guess they really do not care about their customers at all.I called, read my review.

MY FELLOW YELPERS..I NEVER EAT FAST FOOD AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY FEED BUT THIS IS BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN LIFE WITH IT.. I was going in LIDL and figured I better eat something.Sweetheart wanted a McRib and I wanted a filet-o-fish double cheese & tartar on the side to guarantee it is fresh(not the number 1 item on a burger chain's list so..) and a small fry.First my fries are cold..I HAVE NEVER HAD COLD FRIES FROM ANY MCDONALD'S EVER.Then I open the box that should have the tartar:MAC SAUCE..at 15 bucks an hour you should know your primary colors. Errrgh,I call and get Hailey..I explain the start of the issue and how I've never had all these errors at Islip(my lifetime local McDonald's) as I went to explain that it was not only my fries that were frozen but my....NEXT THING I KNOW WITHOUT A WORD OR WARNING a man is on the phone(guess the manager does not wanna manage),I had to ask if I was now speaking to a manger:yes is his response once again not introducing themselves properly or politely as a customer no matter what should be addressed. I ask him why I am speaking to someone else now.No reply.I now ask his name John,I have to explain the situation all over again(great).I was still in the lot because we were going to Lidel.Out of nowhere it becomes extremely loud like he was by the fry fan and he can not hear me..what..hello.I then ask for corporates number because I'll speak to a clown named Ronald instead of this bs.John tells me there is no corporate number,I ask for the district managers number.JOHN TOLD ME AS A PAYING CUSTOMER TO GOOGLE IT HE DOES NOT HAVE IT.I told him to give it to me and that was impossible for him not to have.Suddenly,he had it.I told him good luck during the coronavirus because...everywhere is convenient now you must value every single cuztomer. That phone switch was extremely rude also.I have very very few bad reviews....pass this location and go to the next.

The prices for the coffees are comparable to other corporate coffee companies but it's still not for me. The coffee isn't any better than any other coffee place in my opinion, and they have a lot of fancy flavors and look flashy but are at best mediocre. Im bummed because I really wanted to love this place.

However they did it, the space feels roomier with more seating options. The coffee is very good, they have a very diverse coffee menu including espresso drinks, regular and cold brew options. They offer a variety of fresh baked goods, wraps and breakfast sandwiches. Get there early for the breakfast sandwiches, as the need to be reheated in microwave later in the day. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the lines can be long as the espresso machines are manual, producing a superior product in comparison to the national chain, but it can take some time when people are ordering Carmel Latte's and other specialized drinks in front of you. Sayville is lucky to have two independent coffee shops. I always prefer locally owned and managed. Give them a try, even if line appears long they manage to move people through fairly quickly.

Such a gorgeous, hidden gem vibe with plenty of seating whether you want the bar or a table. The food was genuinely unforgettable, we were still talking about it days later. If you love bold flavor with a little heat, this is your spot. We got the Bruschetta (grilled herb crostini, mozzarella, plum tomato compote), P.E.I. Mussels (chorizo, cherry pepper, riesling white wine), Wasabi Calamari (sesame crusted, spicy soy ginger sauce, wasabi aioli), Shrimp Mezze Rigate (pesto, sun-dried tomato, asparagus, breadcrumb, ricotta salata), and Cherry Pepper Pork (pounded, breaded, pan-fried, lemon cherry pepper sauce, melted parmesan, green beans, roasted potato), every dish was packed with flavor. Don't sleep on dessert either: a chocolate shell you crack open to reveal mousse inside, we were fighting to get the last bites! Bonus: they carry LI Salted Spirits cans and cocktails right at the bar, so you can keep the tasting going. Plenty of parking, super friendly staff, and a great spot for everyone. Highly recommend, ten out of ten!

Their specials sounded amazing and their food is fantastic. Myself, I enjoyed a cherry pepper pork chop cutlet. It was huge, and I loved every bite of it. Once we arrived, we were seated in a comfy booth. The restaurant is still the same, its geared for breakfast with counter seating and the open dining room. I'm excited to see what the Chopped Champion created for his pop up menu. I made reservations late and the first issue we noticed was a limited wine selection. My wife ordered a cocktail and man was it awful. Her cocktail was a Christmas themed cocktail and I'm thinking Krampus snuck behind the bar? The waitress was nice, she took it off our final bill. We started with a shared whipped ricotta dish. This was a fantastic starter, the whipped ricotta was sharable but we quickly ran out of bread. Our rock star waitress came over with more toasted bread. My main entree was the squid ink pasta. I loved the addition of shelled seafood with the squid ink pasta. The pasta and seafood was cooked perfectly, this was indeed a Chopped champion dish! Chef Eric came out to the dining room and asked how we we're doing. I told him we're big fans and everything was deelish! It was a meal I would expect from the finest NYC restaurants. If you ever see a take over in the future, I say make reservations. It was a great dining night.
