How hard is it to get an order given to you correctly? I just got to work after going thru the drive thru. Ordered a filet o fish and small fry with ranch dressing. They had me pull around to the front and then after a few minutes a guy comes out and doesn't even stop at my car, but goes to other cars at the end of the line out front. Finally comes to me in the front of the line and I tell him what I ordered. He looks in the bag and hands it to me, so I'm thinking he double checked. I don't think anyone expects much from McDonald's except for a fairly consistent food quality and someone at the counter to take your order. I walked into this one and went to an order kiosk to place the order. Got through most of the process but then it wanted me to take a table tent number and enter it, but there weren't any in sight. Anywhere. So I went to the counter to order. For nearly 5 minutes no one was there and no one in the kitchen made any indication that I nor the rest of the line had been seen. Finally some poor kid comes out of the kitchen and stumbled his way through taking orders, though there was apparently no receipt paper so he had to go back into the kitchen to look at the monitor and then come back and tell us each our numbers. The burger itself was subpar as well...slightly stale and not as warm as one would hope. I realize there's a worker shortage, but this was ridiculous even with that in mind. read more

When the guy came and gave me the rest of my order I told him that they forgot my straws and spoons for my ice cream and he then told me that they should've given it to me in the drive thru. I love this place! Every time I come to this location with my friend a little Asian dude likes to fondle my friend's balls. He does it while he twists his nipples. All while reciting some Kpop song.
