This location is one of the remodeled franchises, and is very clean and neat and sports all the new looks. We ordered very simply - the breakfast wraps and a quarter pounder without cheese, and they managed to pull it off perfectly. And you'd be surprised how hard it is to get a quarter pounder without cheese. Nice location, the staff puts out what you order, and they have the pandemic restrictions down pat. Well, this is a first for me. I ordered my food in the drive-thru and left without my food (that I paid for!). I ordered one item ... a crispy chicken sandwich. That's it. I pulled up to the first window and paid, pulled up to the second window and waited. A girl eventually came to the window and told me to pull all the way up to the first pick-up section. So, I did. And I waited ... and waited ... and waited. Meanwhile, I'm watching car after car leave the drive-thru line with big bags filled with food. But I'm waiting on ONE sandwich?!? Eventually, a young girl comes up to my window and says "uh... what did you order?" I told her a chicken sandwich. She then spun around and walked back into the restaurant. ... and that was the last that I saw of her. I drove away eventually because I was going to be late to work. Waiting 20 minutes for ONE chicken sandwich is ridiculous. I don't know what was going on in that restaurant today, no one offered any reasons for the major delay. The one in Orland, on LaGrange Road just north of the mall has the nicest, most professional drive thru staff I have ever encountered at a McDonalds. This location is a good McD's. I love me some McDonald's. This is my go to location since it's located close to where I live. Most of the time the food is consistent. I have however ran into some trouble with the order being wrong/things being left out. Nuggets without dipping sauce are not pleasant. This doesn't happen that much but still it's frequent enough to where it's annoying. Moral of the story is always check your bag before you leave. read more

I have to write a review about this McDonald's because I am very impressed. I was on my way to work this morning when I decided I needed and Iced Coffee! So I went to the one on the way to my office. As I pulled in the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building! When I pulled in it was 8:55. I turned up the radio because I thought I would be siting there at least ten minutes. I found a used cigarette in my Chicken Mcnuggets the other day. Was very dissapointed and got a refund. The food at this establishment is cheap and tastes that way.
