And it wasn't that we were waiting on a batch of fries or chicken to finish cooking as each of us had to wait several minutes individually. The best part was the guy who took my order was friendly and capable. Whoever put the lid on my drink wasn't paying attention as it popped up as I grabbed it, thankfully from the bottom. There was liquid all over the windowsill of the drive-through so I don't think this was an isolated incident. For a restaurant that bases itself on simplicity, they should do the simple things correctly and efficiently. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
