This place is rude as all get out. They forgot stuff, and then had the nerve to get mad at me when pointed out. Like what? Just because there's a pandemic doesn't mean I don't deserve to get what I pay for. I can't have much salt, so I asked for no salt on fries. They did not do this and then refused to make fresh fries for my no salt that I requested. Thats ridiculous. And this is not the first time they have been super rude. Robbery. I asked for 2 sides of BigMac Sauce (thousand island dressing). Some places charge like .25 cents for sauce. Though I think this is ridiculous considering you're already giving them your business. But this place wanted to charge me $2 for Mac sauce. I argued for a couple minutes with the manager as to why this is asinine, and yet they stuck to their guns. There is a perfectly good Wendy's next door that doesn't try to take advantage of their patrons that shall receive my business from now on. read more

This is possibly the worst establishment in Orovilles history. Cockroaches crawl to and from the drive through area. They wouldn't even let my son use the bathroom, yet helped another woman when the lobby was closed. They took well over 20min for a fast food order, enough time to walk across the highway just to find out that arco was closed. Very poor service and I shouldn't be seeing roaches when I pull up...from my vehicle. Hopefully they turn around and become a decent establishment otherwise Wendy's will have my business. Seem to always have bad service. Every time we order they mess up our order. One time gave my kid two fries no apples, other times yogurt instead of apples. Always forget dipping sauces for chicken. It's always something. Most recently they let customers get in the drive through and to the intercom before telling them the card machine was down. So we were stuck in the drive through for 10-15 min with a hungry crying child who didn't understand why we weren't getting food because he's 2. I called corporate (local) to voice my concern with the regular problems and no one has returned my phone call. read more

My three kids and I were driving through Oroville and stopped at McDonald's. It was late at night and all of us were hungry order food. After going through the drive-through we jumped back on the freeway. Only to find out that McDonald's had given my kids rotten apples. And couldn't even fill up my fries. Today on 11/20/22 I went to McDonald's for breakfast and usually I have a good experience but today I was not having it. When I got to McDonald's i was going to go through the drive through like usual. When I got in the line I didn't wait to long to get up to where you order. When I got up there I placed my order, now here is where it goes bad, I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito meal, I ordered a mocha with it. But the lady said they didn't have mochas even though it was on the menu. So I said I'll have a orange juice instead, and she said the same thing. Now I started to get upset. Then I said I'll settle on a water, this time she said they did have a water but she was trying to charge me $2.00 for just a Dasani water. So I said never mind no drink. Then I continued with my order. I then ordered a sausage mc griddle and 2 hash browns. Then I said that was all. Then she said she couldn't here me so I said my order again, then again she said she couldn't here me, I had to repeat myself 6 times in total. Then she said ok that time she could here me. Then I saw she put 2 breakfast meals that I didn't order on there. I said that I didn't order those and she said well sorry I couldn't here you fully and thought you said that maybe I could here you better if you turn down your truck. I said well that would be a great idea if I could turn it down because it's not my truck! I am in the Chrysler 200! The guy at the other menu is with the truck! She said well too bad. And then took off the things I didn't order and told me my total. Then I moved up to the window then when I got to the second window. She gave me my food and when I checked all the hash browns were in one wrapper. That just goes to show how lazy she is. I ordered 2 McChickens and a side of large fries with bbq sauce. I go up and pay then once I'm done paying I move forward to pick up the food. Once I'm at the window they give my my 2 McChickens and a sprite. Which I didn't order. So they tell me to pull over to the side and wait for them. I check my bag and there's no bbq sauce just the two McChickens and the sprite I didn't order. I've been waiting here for 35 minutes for my god dam fries which is ridiculous. The McChickens taste like hand sanitizer. Horrible experience. I'm going to Wendy's. read more

Every time I go thru the drive thru, doesn't matter what time of day, the employees of McDonald's always get the order wrong. I have called and left messages for a manager to call, never happens, no one ever returns the call. I try to check the order before I leave, but sometimes the line is so long, I try to quickly look at my order and I don't always catch the error. But I shouldn't have to constantly double check their work. It is so frustrating. read more

Owner is a nice guy but possessed of the idea that his business is being stolen by persons of lower class. Thus, under normal times (pre-Corona) everything is under lock and key. You can't get so much as a napkin without help. Then, the slots for the trash are so narrow you cannot conveniently slide the contents of the tray with cups into the receptacle--too low. of course, his better customers--knowing "how bad it is now" -- are pleased to take the time to sort the tray. (It CAN be done.) I am no help. All I ever get is a coffee or tea. The owner--unknown to me until then--caught me tossing the lid of a 5 gallon bucket, car trash, into his dumpster before getting in the drive thru line. Since I objected to his attitude ( covers it with "Sir?" ) he banned me from his store. Bottom line: This is not McDonalds. It is 100% Orovillan. And all this during the stress of Corona. However, I must praise the workers. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. read more

Kids or not it is a basic simple job! Not only is it unsanitary but disgusting. Ordered lunch for my family and as usual they ask us to pull to the front to wait for our fries. After 10 minutes I go in to find out if they are making them from scratch and the young girl is bringing them out I ask are those for me she says is this your vehicle i say yes she hands me the bag turns around and walks off. I get in my car check the bag and I am missing a large fry. Yes it was annoying but i still remained civil.I went back in explained and waited for them to argue about if i had one or two fries. After figuring out this hard to solve puzzle. No sorry for the wait, have a good day, nothing. No customer service requirements here. If I could give a place 0 stars it would be this location. Completely ridiculous as a consumer who was driving thru the town. Not only did we have to be buzzed in to use the bathrooms but NEITHER of the restrooms had a changing table in them. Completely ridiculous. I despise mcdonalds anyways, but last week i was sick and told my husband to just get burgers for dinner. He chose to hit up mcdonalds. All 5 orders were wrong. All 5 fries were half empty and soggy No straws Horrible customer service. He sent off an email to corporate, to get a generic "sorry please try us again" reply. More than once my order was given to the car ahead and I have to pull over to the side so they can remake it. They aren't nice or even necessarily clean. First of all I have only eaten there two times since they rebuilt it and the first time my friend got a nasty hard onion that looked like a toe nail on her mc chicken! The second time was today and the lettuce on my mc chicken was brown and wilted... I mean really if you see something that looks like brown wilted lettuce would you eat it? Why would you put it on someones sandwich? This has got to be the worst Mcdonalds I have ever eaten at and it is the one in my town! Bottom line is, Brand new building, same old crap service... My husband and I went through the drive through because it was after midnight. I was the one driving so I ordered. This McDonalds is by far the very best when it comes to quality. When my family and I went to Oroville, we had nothing on our mind but a nice, warm cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. We were delighted to see that the cashier was the nicest I, personally, have ever seen. He helped us with the orders we made and didn't even ask for a tip. And when I needed to deposit fecal matter in the lavatory, the toilet was squeaky clean. The whole room smelled like roses. The tables were excellently clean and the seats were very comfortable. Zero stars, I had just worked a 16 hr day had two 20.00 bills in my pocket and ordered two fish sandwiches at 11:50pm. The gal at the register gave me back change for a 10 instead of 20, before I could catch her attention she was off to another station in the back leaving me with the night manager who insisted she count the money to make sure they were off. She went to her office and came back and said the money was all correct and basically called me a liar. Yelled at me I yelled back and left. OMG, this place pisses me off!! I went thru drive thru and got ripped off!! They made me pay for another person's order. I was wondering why the price was so high just for coffee and an egg mcmuffin, with a coupon deal. My order was suppose to be around 4 dollars, but they charged me 10 for it. Turns out.. I paid for the person's order behind me and they paid for mine, so they got an awesome deal and i got ripped off!! One would think that after a full rebuild and having a new facility that management would ensure the place stayed clean. Nope not the case. the place is already filthy with less then a week of being open. Fries tasted like they had been sitting since 10:00 this morning at 4:30 in the afternoon. Could not order my order as a large fries and drink because they were out of the sleeves for the large fries.. I guess putting together two medium fries and calling it a large was out of the question. This place should have a whole new outlook on business after being closed down for a couple months during their rebuild. Simply I am going to hold the words that should be in this review due to their nature.. I would beware of the facility being dirty after less then a week of being open. Management and employees should all be fired and they should start with people who want to provide customer service and not be rude to the customers. Incompetency is not an excuse for shitty food and shitty service. McDonald's loving it.... I think not. read more
