2nd time in a row my food was cold. Bigmac and fries both cold on 2 separate occasions . Staff is mostly friendly though.

This McDonalds only gets worse with each passing year. I recently received a 1/4lb cheeseburger that I didn't realize wasn't cooked until taking a large bite. Yikes, it was actually cold and red inside and yikes I got food poisoning for trying to power through and swallowing it vs spitting it out in front of friends. There's almost zero presence for anyone wishing to order in person. The drive thru is covered but the front of store cashier is too busy running food for online orders that you're treated like a third class citizen if you want to order in person. Fries are regularly served cold and soggy (undercooked) and I finally understand why so many people say FRESH fries when they order here. If you don't say FRESH, you're practically guaranteed to get them cold and soggy. I'm not saying they don't try at all here because the workers do run back and forth a lot -- it just seems like pure chaos behind the counter. Worst of all, despite going on 3 years of Covidity, they still have the soda fountain blocked off, stopping you from refilling your own beverage and even worse -- stopping you from topping off your drink when they hand you large soda that's not even filled two inches from the top. One extra star is added for not putting mustard on the burgers, unlike their misguided Peekskill sister up the road. read more

Came in and ordered the Canadian Tomato Mozzarella Chicken sandwich, it was honestly delicious! But as I was eating through the sandwich I was waiting to taste the mozzarella cheese which is suppose to be on this speciality sandwich. Alas I continued to eat my sandwich hopeful that the cheese was on the other side. I stop to check and without a doubt there was no Mozzarella cheese on my sandwich. McDonalds is one of the world's most popular Fast Food joints. However this McDonalds contradicts the foundation and values this franchise is built on. Instead of Fast Food I got Slow Food. I ordered a very simple meal consisting of chicken nuggets and a McFlurry and it took around 15 minutes. We were the only ones in the Drive Through and they still took their jolly time. They have good pokémon events sometimes. They had the hoopa event for generation VI. That was really nice. The food tastes like McDonald's, though. You can definitely do better in this town, especially since landmark diner is right across the road. If you're broke or if you have kids screaming for McDonald's...you can still probably do better, actually. If you're broke then go home and cook your own food. The staff is very friendly,helpful and always get the food as fast as possible. They are very busy which makes the food take awhile but they always tell you that they are sorry for the wait and say that your order is getting ready. They don't let you question their service. There drive thru is always very quick which is how it's supposed to be. They also keep the area clean when you want to eat outside and they have the new ordering thing so you don't have to go to a cashier which is incredible since not all McDonald's have that yet. read more

Any McDonalds in the suburbs is better than what you get in the city and this includes the Ossining location too. Sure I've gotten my orders wrong and had to wait a while sometimes but this can happen at the best of places and I'm not here to complain about the service but rather the new ordering kiosks that were recently installed. Call me old fashioned but I prefer human interaction with a friendly crew member over an electronic board. Now, Disclaimers aside, allow me to give you the full buyers experience from the drivers seat perspective of a repeat customer. I can't buy a seltzer water at this drive thru. Seltzer water, club soda, sparkling water, carbonated water. I can speak Spanish. Today they told me they didn't have seltzer, i asked if they were sure and they confirmed that they did not have any seltzer water to serve me. I asked if they had soda. They have soda. How do those fountain machines work anyways (he wondered quietly to himself). Who cares right, just drink sierra mist, right? Obviously there are people in this world enduring hardships that my over privileged, self serving self could never comprehend but, sometimes, i want a seltzer water to drink because i am thirsty and i want to hydrate myself. i don't want to pound a liter of syrup. I often lay awake nights weighing the injustices of my life. All i have to forfeit to occupy even a meager existence in this world. Slaving away all week so as to ensure that when my wages are reaped at the end of the month i have enough to buy myself and my girlfriend some delicious McDonald's. I love watching my girlfriend eat McDoubles. Confessedly, i am a feeder. These sessions of binge eating are prefaced by my weekly ride threw that fateful horse-shoe of which we are speaking. I cannot be expected to "perform" with a stomach full of soda pop. So In conclusion if you are in the mood for a clean, crisp, and refreshing taste of Sprite (or any other of Coca-Cola Co's wonderfully satisfying beverage products) stop by this or one of McDonald's 34,000 other restaurants and have yourself a fulfilling and and intellectually undemanding experience, but if your in the mood for a sparking mineral water don't go to McDonald's and expect them to fill those multicolored recycled cardboard cup with some Perrier for you. Almost always gets orders wrong. Tonight we ordered an Oreo mcflurry and not only were they out of the correct lid, they put maybe, a tablespoon at most, of Oreo in it.
