When I got to the window, the gentleman gave me these items along with the rest of my order. When I went inside to point it out and ask for an adjustment, it turns out that the gentleman who had served me and lied about the up charge was the manager and refused to help me. He refused to honor my coupon for the free drink but didn't inform me at the drive through, and only stammered when asked why. I kindly pointed out that had I known I would be paying over $11 for a sandwich, 5 onion rings, and a shake, I would've forgone the shake. Again, he just stammered and said he couldn't help. I guess I should've taken the hint about this place by the lack of customers. I would advise you to stay far far away.

Tremendously Improved From Last Year…read more I went to Wendy's just once last year and they gave me bland watered-down chili, watered-down natural lemonade, bland fries missing salt, and a delicious Dave's Single. For the fries I went to the condiments counter to get some salt and add it myself. Turns out there were no salt packets there. There was ketchup so I added that instead. Last year's experience shows they were a dismal failure. I felt like they owe me an apology for screwing up so much. This year thither I went again. This time the kitchen was crowded. Can't say they're understaffed this time. They had a new set of employees working in the kitchen and an older man running the register. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was very good but not fabulous. The fries however came out superb, were perfectly salted, and were cooked light brown. They were awesome. I got a strawberry lemonade too and thank god it was not watered-down this time. Everything about this meal was properly made. Even tho I didn't need additional salt I went to the condiments counter to check if they had salt stocked there. Sure enough there were packets of Sea Salt there.
