GENERAL MANAGER CELIA IS AN ABSOLUTE WINNER ! Her team is awesome, warm, welcoming and kind. I met Celia today and told her that this McDonald's was/is the " Gold Standard" for the famous chain. I conveyed that this specific location was the VERY BEST McDonalds I have ever visited!! The employees are excellent and exemplary. All working together so hard to ensure that the customers have a positive experience. I actually had better service at the restaurant than some of the fancy restaurants on El Paseo--SERIOUSLY. Celia and her team are a fantastic reflection on the McDonalds Brand. Senior management should recognize and reward Celia and her team for setting-the-bar in service and customer satisfaction. We did the drive through! But mom did run into the bathroom and said it was very clean!! Always a plus when you are traveling I love Mc Donald's for one reason CONSISTENCY!! A burger in LA is the sa me as a burger in Hawaii...sometimes you like to know what yore getting! This fish sandwich was crisp and fresh! This Mc Donald's is located right off HYW 111. I used my app to purchase the app deal which is very similar to their current McDouble deal for $6. I also purchased kids meals at the front. Gentleman who rang me up was pleasant and courteous. They were very busy today. It is lunch time. They brought the food out very quickly. The deals are what brought us in. Food was okay....staff was not friendly... no smiles....we ordered on the kiosk.... When we picked up our lunch they didn't offer us anything.... First time and I would mentioned that food took way longer 10-15 min but i understood that they had lots of customers inside (placed mobile order while waiting on table ) but my table was dirty but here's the positive point I will mentioned * employee was walking around checking trash can and cleaning tables and he looked at mine and approached and started cleaning I like that I didn't even had to mentioned that too him he just went and took care of it . * that huge line of costumer the cashier took care of them fast and efficient (Only 1 cashier was attending he kept his cool and kept on working). *Employee serving my food follow up by asking me if I needed anything which I replied a take out bag and they went and got me one . I ordered a sweetened iced tea and when I went to take a drink of my tea and it was unsweetened. I then took it back and asked them for a sweetened tea because mine was unsweetened. I arrived, parked in space 1, placed online order; after waiting a very long time, I called to enquire about my order; I was told she was busy and understaffed (As if somehow this is my problem). . The Oatmeal had no cream, even though the app indicated otherwise. The ice in our drinks seemed melted, as if the drinks were made a long time previously. The BIG Breakfast came with ONE, as in ONE pad of butter. One tiny butter for three COLD pancakes and two English muffins. Who here is dim witted enough to think a tiny single butter is sufficient?
