Ordered a medium latte, and then in my combo I asked for a medium latte instead of a soda. The service here absolutely sucks. We ordered at the drive through and our order didn't go through so we were brought to the second window. When we got to the window they asked for our order and told us to pull up to the side and wait for them to make our food. We told them we had a 4A with no pickle and 4A with extra pickle. When they brought our food out there were 2 quarter pounders. We told them that wasn't the right order and they took it back in. A lady came out and asked us what we ordered and we told her the same exact thing we told her at the window. She started getting loud and snooty with us saying that we were wrong and that it wasn't their fault but she was the one who took our order. They take your order ...they are rude non smiling and could care less what you order. Every time I order more than 3 things the order is wrong and I have to wait and watch my food get cold as I do. I'll give this McDonald's 4 stars. They usually take your orders pretty quickly, but yesterday was a different story. Me and my mom walked in and we were standing at the register for about 20 minutes! The other register wasn't open for whatever reason, and there were about 2 staff members who were working at the front register and making the customer in front of us's drink! Went through the drive thru tonight as I have several times in the past. If my previous visit to this location wasn't already bad enough, my experience was even worse this time. My fiancé and I came here and it was busy. We had ordered 2 meals and double checked with the girl at the first window to make sure she put 2 large meals on our order. She said yes, we paid, and moved to the next window. We get to the second window and get handed our food and double-check it and find out they only gave us one meal and only the burger for the other. So we say something and explain we even checked with the girl at the first window and we get attitude and one of the employees was even laughing after they closed the window. This review is only applicable to their night shift because i haven't had a day that i had to deal with bad service with their morning crew. Regarding their night shift's gross service, we found ourselves waiting for 10-15 minutes for the cashier to finish her conversation with fellow co-workers for no apparent reason. The worst part is, when our order came, most of what we ordered were either wrong or missing something. I guess you could expect that from someone who is not paying attention to their work. Seems to be 1/2 hour commitment for drive thru many days around 4pm. They haven't learned how to get cars to pull over to wait for special orders. Also- the soft drinks always taste like one big mixed-up flavor- kinda coke, sprite and something else- maybe Diet Coke(?) all mixed together. read more
