Maybe when people review McDonald's they could compare it to other McDonald's, and this is a good one. First, the staff is friendly and quick. You don't get that at every McDonald's. Also, they somehow know how to cut up while they're working and still work. I love it when I go somewhere and the people who work there have good rapport with one another and enjoy what they're doing (or make the best of it). Second, my order has never been wrong here. I can't say that about every McDonald's. Third, it's really handy right there in the gas station because I always stop here on road trips (it's inevitable, this is as far from home as my bladder can do). They have some employees that lack the skills needed to work for customer service I had paid for my food at the window with cash...didn't get my drink or receipt... then was told to pull and wait a few minutes, which I didn't mind. Then once I saw the guys that brings the food out with no drinks I brought it up to him and his response was someone told me that you got it....THEN I WATCH HIS EYES LOOK AT MY CUP HOLDERS AND THE INSIDE OF MY CAR where you can obviously tell I didn't have any drinks. Then he went back into the store and start working the cash register.....how tf are you gonna look at my empty cup holders in my car then say to my face that I already got it smh so disappointed in the lack of intelligence in this place. read more

Typical off the interstate McDonald's. I use the app a lot to order carry out orders. They didn't "get" my order. I waited a while and and asked. They said I didn't pay, even though I had proof. They finally received my order even though nothing changed. The food was the same as usual. read more

HORRRRIBLE location. My husband went in here and waited for a large frappe for over 30 minutes. He stood there and watched them serve every other customer, even people who just order frappes only waited for 5 minutes. He spoke to the manager, didn't get his name but he said he ordered a large frappe. The manager walks back there and tells them to make a medium frappe, my husband says it's a large,they get it made and then a worker named NEVAEH put it on the counter and then grabbed a straw and slammed it. He also mentioned they was laughing in the back. I'm sorry didn't realize yall not doing your job is funny? It's actually sad. I wouldn't go here again. He waited patiently too. The food taste like usual McDonald's but at least it's hot. I can speak for the drive through but after being on the road and coming in to eat I have no issue placing my order and receiving it promptly. The tables are always clean and it's nice to relax. read more

When the fries are already cold when you pull away from the drive-thru you know they have issues. Sadly this is the only option at this exit besides the equally poor Subway. If you have the app drive on by. This McDonalds only has 1-2 deals per day, which are never that great. read more

I have no idea why this location has as low of a yelp rating at it does. The service and staff at this location are incredible and fed 200 of my teammates without warning, and did it quickly and efficiently. The food was also very good in quality, and fresh. Bravo McDonalds. read more

The only reason why this place still gets my money is because it's literally the only drivethru open around here when I come through at 4:30 on my way to work. I regularly am in the line for 10+ minutes even if there's only one car in front of me; this morning I got through four songs on the radio before I even got up to the window with one car in front of me. What did they order? A biscuit and a coffee. That's literally it. I ordered a McGriddle, Coke, and a coffee after about 15 minutes total of waiting. Specifically ordered my large coffee with 10 cream and 10 sugar (McDonald's coffee is strong as it is, but I don't like black coffee at ALL), and when I pulled up to my job and took a sip, I found that they literally didn't put ANY sugar in it at ALL. Not even gonna get into how bad it can be in the afternoons. The ONLY saving grace for this McDonald's is that there's like 4 employees total that are extremely friendly to me, because they all know me, either personally or because I frequent (sadly). All in all, if you don't HAVE to stop here, then don't. You're better off going to the Subway across the street. At least there you can watch them make your food and correct them if they mess up ‍ read more

By far the worst McDonalds ever. We live close by and gave this location MULTIPLE chances to change my mind. About 50% of our orders end up missing food. When we advise something is missing, nothing but attitude. About 90% of the workers are straight up rude and sound like life is miserable. This last visit we were missing a Big Mac. When my dad circled back to let them know they LITERALLY threw the bag with the Big Mac into his truck. So...I guess I'm saying....if you can, go one exit south to La Grange. read more

Ordered oatmeal. When she handed it to me it was without the apples and cranberries. I asked and she said they were out of them. So why didn't she tell me that when I ordered? No bag for that, either. The scrambled egg was in a bag but with no napkins. Plenty of salt and pepper but not a single napkin. I can see why this place is rated so low. Fast service is one thing but getting orders incorrect or not complete is another. They have a sign that says if your order isn't out in 30 seconds, then you get a coupon for a bakery item. I am absolutely heartbroken. I was looking forward to an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle all morning and then we stopped and I got it and after 10 minutes of waiting for a coffee. I received it but what I saw was just devastating. They put the caramel on the top. WHO DOES THAT? How can you live with yourself after this.
