I said a couple of cuss words about it's people not software that provide good customer service. Manager came over and said it was the software and I should not blame his staff. We got up and left. I think this place is hit or miss. Obviously, my wife were in the miss section. There were folks in IHOP section that seemed to have good interaction with different servers. Won't go to bat at this place again and will share it with my fellow neighbors.
