Close to our residential area. That's where the positives stop. Went to drive up, had a hard time understanding the Order Associate but again I didn't have my Hearing Aids? Ordered a Big Mac and Filet of Fish Meal to find out Soft Drink Machine was not operating so I substituted a shake which they added a $2.60 up charge, that I feel should have been waived as it wasn't my original beverage choice or decision. The Bun on the Filet of Fish was "ROCK HARD" Unbelievable and inexcusable! Probably had been sitting around for a while, even the fish filet was dry and hard??? Stopped in today to this brand new McDonalds to grab a few Mc Flurries. I used the app and curbside pickup which was easy although there was a bit of a wait but that is expected when you go on their first day open. The attendants were friendly. The McFlurries were good but the packaging was different (all paper and no lid for a carry out). I look forward to coming back again for a full meal. read more

However, The orders are always wrong, tonight the bun on the fish sandwich was hard and his Quarter Pounder had onions on it. He hates onions. This was easily the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The employees were unbelievably rude and acted like helping customers was a burden. There was zero sense of urgency, zero professionalism, and absolutely no customer service. We waited 20 minutes for curbside pickup with no update, no communication, nothing. Finally had to go inside, only to stand there for another 15 minutes being completely ignored. Staff made eye contact and still chose not to acknowledge us. When we finally got someone's attention, the attitude was just as bad--dismissive and unapologetic. If you're expecting quick service, don't bother. One Star -- McDonald's Vistancia This location has repeatedly failed on basic operations, customer service, and food accuracy. First experience a few weeks ago. I ordered breakfast through the app right after opening. I paid in full. I arrived to find the front doors locked and no one responding. I did not receive my food. I did not receive a refund. There was no resolution from the manager after calling them later that day. Second experience. Last night my wife ordered dinner for the family. When she got home, my sandwich was incorrect however the fries were correct. She drove all the way back. They refused to remake her food because she her food was correct, so she ended up eating cold food. However, they did remake mine. When she got home and the burger was finally correct, but now the fries were cold soggy and over salted. I am not driving back a third time. Third experience. This morning I ordered my normal breakfast in the app and paid with Apple Pay. I arrived at 10:31 and the app showed my order was canceled. At the drive-thru I was told to pull forward to speak with the manager. The manager said the app automatically cancels breakfast orders after 10:30. That is not clearly shown in the app. When I asked how this could be fixed, I was told I could only buy lunch. I declined to give them more money and left. I then called the store and asked for the district manager. I was given the general manager instead. I could hear staff discouraging her from taking the call. When she did, she talked over me continuously, refused to de-escalate, and would not discuss any meaningful resolution beyond blaming the app. The conversation went nowhere, and I was ultimately told I am no longer welcome at this store. Fine, you don't want my money then I will take it elsewhere. This owner-operator has no control over unprofessional managers, no control over customer service, and no control over food quality. When customers get upset, they threaten to have you removed from the store, call the cops, or trespass you. How do you make any money if you can't keep customers happy and you kick everyone that has a legitimate reason for being upset out? This location is unsatisfactory from top to bottom. Do not order food from this McDonald's. You will likely have one of the worst McDonald's experiences possible. There is always a best and a worst McDonald's. this place is wild! We placed an order at the kiosk and it took 20 minutes to get two cheeseburgers & two iced coffees. We came a few months ago and thought it was just a bad day, but I guess this is their regular thing. I don't expect people to rush with a sense of urgency when they make fast food. But, a general sense of movement forward is necessary. I don't know how long it would taken us to receive our order if I hadn't presented the receipt and asked for an update on my order. I ordered two cheeseburgers without salt at the drive-thru window after a hard time understanding the garbled voice that was taking my order. This was my fifth visit to this location. I gave it one more chance. Every other visit has been horrible. One time in the drive through they had me park because my order wasn't ready. I was parked for 15 minutes and was still waiting on my entire order of 2 happy meals. I went into the store and found out they hadn't even started my order yet. Then I saw an employee drop two nugget boxes on the ground and he picked them back up to be used! My husband got a burger on the way to a job site and they left the paper on the burger then cooked it! We gave it one more chance today as we are moving and needed a quick bite. We ate inside and ordered at the kiosk. Three McDouble meals. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went to the counter and complained to the manager. Mobile app never works here. Kiosks inside won't let you put your app id in so you can get the points easy for an order. No one is at the front counter to take your order. Multiple orders have been wrong. Very disappointed with how this store has opened. Until I hear of improvements I won't be giving this place any more of my money. read more
